I has been a long time since I have been astonished by an employees exceptional customer service. Mandy, in the print department, did this to me 3 times in one day. My first phone call regarding an urgent print matter was met with quick decision making and assurance that she would watch for my specific order and get it done fast. When I went to pick up my order she was helping an elderly gentleman put a photo print in a frame, speaking to him with such respect and kindness as he struggled. She took the conversation away from his struggle and asked questions about his photo in the print until he was beaming with pride.When my heart dropped that I had not requested enough copies and had to have her make additional copies on the fly, she managed the other customer orders in line at the same time she got right to work on mine.There was NO hint of get back in line, one at a time, wait your turn, your mistake, not mine.She managed her time and tasks like a flight control operator, all the while with a friendly smile and a I got you! wink.Impressed to the max. Dont buy a gift card from them if you do and something happens for example it gets stolen and someone else uses it they wont help you at all.
