Waited ten minutes while trying to get help. Only one in line. Lack of customer service is a big no no in food industry. Had lots of good looking items but I walked out.

Traveled quite a ways to buy some Tamales for my husband. He was very excited to fry them. But sadly they turned to mush. I am not sure what kind of corn flour they are using but any other tamale I have had does not turn to mush when you heat it. Also the prices are way high I bought two bags of tamales, a small thing of sweet potato ended up owing over $60

Finally made it to your market. Im so Happy I found it. The menudo was the best. Tastes like my Moms . Corn tortillas are yummy I will be back.

Try all the empanadas, so darn good! They have apple, strawberry, guava flavor!! Overall the store has a lot of things!! Mexican candy, beautiful piñatas, have made in Mexico toys for kids, like traditional wooden toys!! They offer a lot!! Worth stopping by!!

Best Hispanic market in Bozeman. We bought tamales and green salsa for the holidays. Both were perfectly made, and it felt like we were back vacationing in Mexico. The store is fully stocked and the meat counter is incredible! Look forward to being able to cook authentic Mexican dishes!

LOVE this place - they have a lot of bulk specialty items (like dried chilies) and their homemade salsa is delicious. So are their pre-marinated meats. Its so nice to have a store like this in the valley, especially in four-corners! It is PACKED with what you need and with a super friendly staff as well

El Mercadito is a hidden gem! It is packed with ingredients that are difficult to find in other area stores, and laid out in a way that makes it easy to peruse for as long as you want. They have fruits, vegetables, meats, prepared foods, candies, boxed goods, beverages, cosmetics... Everyone I encountered who works here was so friendly and kind. I felt like family here. I love this little market and wish I lived closer. The posole, tamales, ceviche and salsas are fresh and fabulous, with produce, dried chilis, and specialty dry goods you cant find elsewhere. Its a vacation to Latin America right here in the Gallatin Valley.

A real hidden gem. Would absolutely reccomend to anyone!

Delicious fresh salsas, quesos, chiles, fruits, seafood, chorizo and products that I could not find anywhere else. They still could improve if they sell thayudas and quesillo de Oaxaca. There is always this typical Mexican music playing.
