We visited back in August. Long line to get your ice cream. Definitely worth it!

What a fun ice cream shop to visit! Such a great variety of flavors to choose from. Everything from the staff to the ice cream was a fantastic experience! Be sure to check them out when you are in the area.

Fantastic! always super nice people, great customer service, extremely generous scoops, incredible variety of delicious ice cream! the waffle cones are to strangle a bear for, no joke. some flavors work better in cones than in shakes, but that might also be up to personal preference. their stickers are tough and high quality, and they also sell pints of select flavors. my college roommate and I visit this place once a week.

Would recommend! Reasonably priced and unique flavors of ice cream. Personally I liked it better than Sweet Peaks because it was creamier. You’ll find something better than the classic flavors here. I got the Ghost Coffee one and it tasted like an iced coffee– not too sweet and not too strong of coffee flavor, the perfect balance.

Absolutely love this place, they have really good ice cream and a large selection.I spent 4.50 on 3 scoops witch was really nice. A little more on the expensive side, but its worth it cause you get more scoops for less. Would totally recommend 10/10

Delicious ice cream with unique gourmet flavors. The wait was short and the staff was very friendly. They’re requiring masks, which is ridiculous, but the ice cream tastes great. We had the Nutella crunch, cinnamon Cookie Crunch, Coffee, and Mexican Chocolate and they were fabulous! Also, we had a chocolate banana, which was pretty good also.

Only one employee on a Saturday evening. Half the customers in line in front of us eventually left without ice cream. I would have done the same except my kids had their hearts set on a cone. 45 minute wait for an ice cream. Go to the supermarket and sit on a bench. Avoid this place until it has better staffing.

I try new flavors all over the U.S.Ghost town toffee coffee was SO good. Not too strong flavor and the toffee was really small-not the kind of large chunks that get jammed in your teeth. Friendly people to chat with in line and good customer service. Who isnt happy while waiting for ice cream?! Love all of the variety in flavors. Quality ice cream made in Bozeman! Quite a hike, since Google Maps had it listed 7 blocks East of the actualization. The ice cream was well worth the walk. Rich, creamy and great! Homemade waffle cones too! Fantastic!

Excellent ice cream served in a bowl, sugar cone, or homemade waffle cone, or blended into various drinks. The service is perky, friendly, and efficient. The only downside is the wait to place an order; being one of just 3 custom ice cream shops, the demand can be high.

Not the best ice cream Ive ever had, but the service is top notch and love that theyre open later than most places in Bozeman.It would be great if they added hot fudge, a two scoop sundae option, and rocky road and mocha flavors.

Our family loved the ice cream here! Lots of tempting flavors to choose from made it hard to decide. The shop is super clean and social distancing and masks are firmly observed which made it feel like a super safe outing. Staff is friendly and fun. We do wish they had outside seating but that wasn’t a biggie for us. We just strolled around the cool neighborhood. We can’t wait to come back!

Delicious and freshly made local ice cream! Think they had 15-20+ flavors to choose from. The PB Chocolate Chunk and Lemon Cookie were both superb!

And its a plus they are open till 10pm!Plenty of flavors, its difficult to decide but you can taste as many if you do not have a crowd waiting in the line behind you (which is typically the case for Genuine because they are so good!) - imo ice cream from genuine (salted caramel + peanut butter chocolate chunks!) on waffle cone from sweet peaks!

Friendly workers and delicious ice cream! Loved the flavor offerings, and was pleasantly surprised to see they make their own waffle cones in shop. Definitely a place to stop if youre in the mood for some ice cream!

I was driving through Bozeman over the weekend and pulled over to shop at the book bus. They recommended getting some ice cream at the shop in the lot and I was not disappointed! Such a wonderful treat! So many flavors and smiling faces enjoying the food! Don’t miss out!

Quaint little local ice cream shop off Main. First time in the shop but have purchased the ice cream in local groceries. Very good ice cream and some unique flavors too!The shop was very clean, required masks and even had seating that was labeled clean and ready to sit at. Young gal behind the counter was very nice and prompt with the order. Their kids scoop is perfect size for little ones. We will go back for sure!

Their ice cream is a level above what we are accustomed to eating. You can tell how good a place is by the size of the line of people eager to get in. We all got different flavors and loved it. Will definitely return one day.

We decided to cruise on down to have some icecream 🍨🍦 in a 1936 kinda fashion. What a fun evening downtown. The staff was friendly and great and you can taste test the different flavors! I picked coconut to try and decided on chocolate. It was delicious and we dreamed of what it was like back in the day while we sat in the coupe. Stopped here for a cone and loved mine, blackberry! Waffle cone was great, not over thick like many but just right, perfect crunch and flavor. My daughter had the Nutella crunch and loved it, great ice cream, great service, Ill be back!

We’re visiting from out of state and I’m a huge ice cream fan. We will go out of our way in the summer to try different ice cream shops within an hour+. My husband and I both got sundaes. They weren’t bad in any way, but they weren’t something to get excited about either. They were okay. The ice cream was fine, it tasted okay, but I’ve had similar sundaes at any fast food joint for a third of the cost. The staff on the other hand was amazing. Very kind and efficient. The line was wrapped around and they just kept that line moving and worked like a well oiled machine.

I love the pistachio, but my kids are partial to the milk and cookies and the huckleberry.Theyre also the first ice cream company to earn 2% Certification for giving back time and money to conservation efforts!

Got the cinnamon honey, got food poisoning from it. on a roadtrip and was puking it up on the side of the road for hours.

It wasnt bad. Nothing to write home about though. Got 2 scoops, whichwasthe biggestthey offered, and they were small scoops. No frills. Ice cream quality would rate just behind a Baskin-Robbins. Probably wouldnt recommend if asked for a good ice cream spot, but wouldnt discourage profusely if someone said they were going there.

This has got to be the best ice cream in town. My favorite tonight was an Oreo ice cream with ghost town (A local coffee roaster) coffee!

Hands down, the best ice cream in Bozeman! You can tell by the taste its made fresh, with quality ingredients, and they dont charge an arm and a leg like other local spots in town. Plus, they offer a little pup cone for free for your dog - a company that acknowledges the type of town we live in. Thank you Genuine for your care, great customer service, and even better ice cream. My go to ice cream shop in Bozeman. They rotate 8 or 10 new ice creams according to the season and have 6 or 8 permanent ice creams. They use the freshest ingredients possible, and the ice cream is just plain delicious. They are dog friendly, and will give your pup a little whip cream cone as well! Enjoy.
