Awesome products! I love the Elevare skin care products! Some people complain about the price, but it’s the same price in this store as they are online, but here you get good customer service from the sales associates and shown how to use the products. I work and sweat all day, these products help my skin very much!

My friend bought a product from this place and left horrible marks and pimples all over her face. She went back to the store to at least return the things she had bought and get her money back but instead the “manager” said no refund. Her face obviously had a reaction from it the least you can do is give her, her money back !! Disgusting

Providence Place Mall location isnt listed btw. Salesman was rude and aggressive to the point he insulted me because I did not want to spend 400$ and laughed in his face at the bold lies he was trying to pull on me. A vogue contractor with his own secretary, he told me he consulted A list celebrities. What is he doing at a Rhode Island mall?! Told him he was on the wrong coast and thanked him for messing my makeup lol. Your marketing tactics are immoral and too aggressive for the amount of money you want ppl to spend.

The sales woman was so nice. I bought a face scrub and moisturizer that I love. Its only been a few times of use and I can already feel a difference.

After reading an article in the Boston Globe about this company, I would think twice about going there. A local woman was given the hard-sell about these products, never having intended on buying anything. She bought products in excess of $9,000 and immediately regretted her purchase. She tried returning them soon after and was told all sales were final. They eventually returned about $2,000 of the $9,000 after a family member rightfully and relentlessly badgered them. This particular franchise and its general manager, Benito Malool deserve every piece of bad press they get. Oh, and the woman they defrauded was an elderly woman on a fixed income.

I would not visit this store after reading in the Boston Globe on Tues. March 2, 2021 about what happened to that poor woman. It sounds like your company is a sham & the Boston Teachers Union will hear about this one. The biggest union in the state. Shame on you for not refunding the money to that poor woman. What an article for every teacher to read!

I love coming here, it’s very relaxing and Benito wonderful usually I don’t like people touch in my face, but he is amazing and I feel comfortable with him . Me and my Sister Ann Mary love to go Forever Flawless at Braintree Mall .Really recommended

I went into this store looking for some lotion and this short woman approached me and started showing me many other things that I wasn’t interested in and then yelled at me, said that I’m dirty and told me to get out because I didn’t buy what she wanted me to. I didn’t catch her name but she had an accent and said she just came back from Israel. This store used to be one of my favorites but I will never come back to this store again to buy anything.

Stay Away-the people who work at Forever Flawless are nice but they are sales people and their product I bought for $150 evaporated. I was supposed to use the Diamond Infused Skin Care product every morning, just a dab, I forgot more times than I remembered, and now the Forever Flawless is Forever Evaporated. Not kidding, has totally disappeared from its container at the cost of $150. Now the container is going to disappear from my house and I will not make eye contact with Forever Flawless sales people when at the South Shore Plaza.

I’ve been a very happy and satisfied customer for about a year and a half now, I first bought the daily system and came back for the facial I ended up purchasing the blue light therapy machine which specifically fits me and my skin type(I had bad acne/rosacea and my pores were also improved but I saw drastic results with my acne and rosacea within a couple months). I’ve never been so happy with a purchase before(specially this one because it’s more than I’d usually pay for a product) I can honesty say I don’t use ANYTHING else. I don’t like creams anymore since I realized this was the cause of my skin issue, the blue light SAVED my skin I get no more acne.

Dont get trapped in spending thousands of dollars on these products. Ebay sells them for under $100 or less.

I walked by this store while shopping at SS.Plaza a woman approached me at which point she was standing outsise the store looking to bring customers in.She pointes to my eye which is puffy and says sit hereShe applies the Celestolite to my eye to show me the difference in which i noticed a small change.Then Benito come over and applied the Celestolite in which it made a difference.I agreed to by it as Benito says it comes with a facial for.free that retails over 2000$.I did not get the chance to go to counter and pay Benito asked how i was paying i said credit card so he takes my cred card as im sitting in the chair and runs it thru for 100$ for my purchase.I new then nobody just gives away anything worth 2000$ especially to someone you dont no..He then said lets make ur appt for facial.I.said i thought i was gettin in todayHe then asked the woman at the desk if the facial room was available she said no.So he sat me down all this while he still has my credit card in hand.I asked him for my credit card a couple times he says jeez.Then gives it to me.While im sitting in.the chair he applies the facial creams on my face again trying to get me to purchase them for 450$ then 350$ i told him over and over no i cant afford it.Then he said i can charge your credit card in installments i said no again.Hes trying to convince me to buy the facial product over and over then walks me to the facial room in the back to show me pic of his customers who used his products and their results.So noticing no one.was in the facial room i new they were lying.He lied straight to me face the whole time saying i want to give u a good deal because u work hard its not about the $.After i finally left the store i look at the receipt it says no returns.I will NEVER go back.

I was walking through the mall to make a quick stop at the Walking Store when a young man asked me if Id like to try some samples. I politely declined, but he then followed me a bit and ask if I had been away blah, blah. I am a bit of a sucker and sat down while he gave the whole spiel. It started off nice, but when I continued to refuse he became a bit pushy. Although the products seemed lovely if a bit expensive I was not impressed with the service.

I flew into Boston for cancer treatment Thursday. I went to the Braintree mall to see if I can find something to put on my skin for my cancer, the manager of the forever flawless Benito was very good at sweet talking me into buying some for for the tune of 371 dollars. I was concerned about not being able to use the cream due my cancerSo I asked him several times if it can be returned and he said yes yes if your doctor doesn’t approve it. He had this blue light therapy that he was pushing me to buy you asked for my credit card number and I said I can only give you this if you don’t charge it until I verify with my husband and my doctor that is something I am able to use. He said yes yes I will not charge it until you give me permission. That night he message me to see if I wanted the product I told him that my husband had agreed to it on the condition that my doctor approves it if not I will have to do the return everything I purchased. I said I will call you tomorrow at 9:30 when I’m at the hospital if my doctor approved. He said OK. Friday morning came I was at Chemo then I have my meeting my doctor, She look at the product and said absolutely not she did not want me having anything that wasn’t prescribed by her used on my cancer spots. She wrote me a letter so that I could return the stuff which is what I was told to do. I messaged him again asking when the store opens and just to verify that I was doing a return and he said yes again. So we drove all way out to Braintree before my flight. When we got there Benito came over and acted like he hadn’t said anything even though I had text messages and would not return the products. I left and just handled it with my bank who is returning the product. But I didn’t realize that bonito had tried to charge my credit card 4× for the tune of 6000.00 dollars in total. So at the airport when I tried to buy food it wouldn’t work and then I found out that my credit card company had turned off my card because of the fraud. This is the worst company I’ve ever come in contact and I will be charging the manager was fraud. Stay away

Absolutely awful!!!They do not do any refunds at all!! My boyfriend was persuaded by them to buy these creams, but I didn’t like it and tried to ask them for a refund. I didn’t even open the packaging, it was just at the same day. After I tried to talk to the guy who was working there he said he was going to call security if I continue to persuade him to do a refund for these creams. He was rude and unprofessional, and he said that it was written in the receipt that they do no refunds, but he never told about it.Disgusting service
