I really appreciate upon entering you are asked to sanitize your hands. 🙌 The store was a little busy but reps were still friendly and very helpful, making good suggestions for us. My daughter has eczema so generic products are hazardous. We purchased a shampoo bar and a couple of bath bombs. So excited to come back and try other products!

The one time I was in there boy ! Customer service team was great.. helped me out on the smells I can smell through the mall.. not kidding.. smells great.. need more stores like this

A business has a right to make their own policies - however i believe in personal freedom and people being able to make their own decisions. which means i won’t be supporting a business that requires masks after the mandate has been lifted. my first and last time “shopping” at lush.

The girls were very helpful and got me in and out quickly when I came in with my toddler and had my hands full lol

Great people. Great vegan products too. They mostly close at 7pm now due to Covid so I suggest you call ahead to make sure theyre still open if you want to shop after 5pm. They do the best they can for you to still shop safely.

Brought my mom and grandma on their first visits to lush today, they have everything I wanted except for 1 shower bomb, pretty helpful and respectful employees, I will be going back soon.

They sell products for him on sale. Store is at maximum capacity. Most men and boys like to shop at Lush. Adjacent to Losoon Park that sells Korean foods.

Lush corporate: i hope you read these reviews. I’m all about sharing positive experiences when people deserve to be recognized. The manager in the Braintree location (sorry if there’s multiple I’m blanking on her name) is incredible.I used to be a frequent flier, and my personality is rather strong so I’m easy to get to know. I found myself getting to know the staff chatting with them about product over time.However, i stopped coming to lush pre pandemic. Ima. Type 1 diabetic, and even if the mall was open i didn’t go much of anywhere besides work.It had been maybe, a year? Since i had stopped in, but somehow the manager recognized me under a mask.It really made me feel special. I was just returning pots this day, and i totally forgot to clean them. God forgive me; they were like... not ok, and gross. I totally didn’t realize, but she assured me that it was ok and it happens. Asked me what my skin was feeling like, and she grabbed me 3 fresh masks to cater to my needs completely. Didn’t make me feel pressure to buy, but i literally felt guilt for not because she’s such an angel. You can feel it just being in her presence before she even opens her mouth.Lush, you need to keep this woman around. I don’t know her, can’t even remember her name, but she needs some kind of cool position in corporate where she gets paid to be awesome.Thanks,You’re cool AF.

I love their natural products. Ive using their products for years. I especially love the stuff they have for my hair. Their soaps aint bad either.

I love this location. You can demo anything in store and they are always friendly and helpful. They will up sell you products that are complimentary. Lush is expensive, but I know it is because of the ethics of the company. It is a place to splurge because I know my money isn’t going to unethical practices. Much respect!

I got a black rose bath bomb for Valentine’s Day. First off, it was very expensive for a bath bomb. Not only that, it stained me black! I tried to take a shower and it didn’t wash off. But I did get another bath bomb and loved it. This review is pretty much to say I don’t recommend the black rose bath bomb, but no hate on lush. I love their products!

You can smell the store the minute you get to the top of the escalators. The staff in here are super friendly, although occasionally you’ll get someone who is new and a bit pushy.I absolutely love Lush products and use it almost exclusively for shampoo and conditioners, body wash, bath bombs, hair styling, and other body products you all don’t need to know about. ;)

Awesome soaps and lotions. I have very sensitive skin and lush products are the only lotions I have ever found to minimize my bumpy skin almost immediately. Highly recommend you try them out. They are pricey for a lot of their stuff but also make great gifts at Christmas!

Lush is great for people who are looking for natural products for their body. Ive used a few products, but the one product I like is their Dream Cream. Its apparently their most popular product and its also great for people with skin issues like myself. Its great for moisturizing on dry winter days and smells nice. When I was working with the sales associates, they were very enthusiastic and helpful. When I decided to just purchase the cream, they offered to cut a soap sample for me to try at home. They also encouraged me to come back to tell them about my experience with the products. Customer service was wonderful!

Went in to get my sister something for her birthday. Not only did they help me find the right thing, they went above and beyond with giving me a free sample of something AND wrote out a birthday tag for my sister saying happy birthday! Excellent customer service and will definitely be back.

Came here today for the first time in awhile this girl with a cute ombre bob helped me but she wasnt too pushy which i appreciate i would come back i also think she deserves a raise based on her personality alone .

Got soap for my Sister an Mother they where very happy.

Went in to look for new items and I even let the greeter know when she asked me what I was looking for. Unfortunately she just pointed at areas in the store that had new items..was hoping for someone to show me and get a few new products.

I love how all their products are organic they are so sweet and kind and they love you as much as they love their products my friend and I shop there everytime and we have a blast we even call ourselves lushies! Lush is love. Lush is life
