I had an awesome experience shopping here. I was looking for a good picture of the Patriots or Brady and walked out with 2 awesome, framed pictures. I was lucky they were having a Fathers Day sale, buy 1, get 1 half off. The guy that worked there was so helpful and extremely friendly. If youre looking for classy sports paraphernalia, this is the place to go.

Great people that really take the time getting what you want. I worked with Andy and he helped me get all of my items matched to what I needed. Could not be happier with the result of my Tom Brady jersey that was framed from them. I highly recommend!

Had a great experience at their private signing with Andy Moog last weekend. This was my first time attending a signing here. It was very well organized and provided for a really smooth customer experience. I was also really impressed with their selection and pricing on their other memorabilia offerings and will definitely be back for future purchases.

New England Picture team are composed of good set of people. contacted South shore plaza branch for extra-large custom picture frame, they immediately connected me to store manager from New Hampshire workshop. I requested manager Timothy Hannan, that picture should be framed in my presence and they agreed. I traveled to workshop and they finished the job in an hour. Very impressed with the frame quality and the behaviors of employees. Very professional . I pray for their well being.

Its a very nice store, well organized, went to the Gordon Hayward and Smart signing which went well although there was a bit of a confusion with their staff and my premium ticket i paid for which delayed the process, im assuming someone mustve overlooked my order and forgot to put it with my other tickets but most of all it went well b/c they fixed the problem. I also want to thank the manager whos friend is a trauma eye doc for making it a great experience for me, :You were awesome and thank you, Im sorry I didnt get your name!

Visiting from San Diego, this place sure makes me miss home. Had a brief convo with a couple of the guys working, good peeps. If youre at the plaza, this is a must stop store.

My experience at new England picture was amazing the people there are so kind. I went there to get 4 sports photos framed and matted and I did not know how they would come out. I got my pictures back and they did a wonderful job on them I highly recommend them if you want to get sports photos done they did a wonderful job.

The variety of items they had for Boston sports was excellent!

Guy was very nice but very pricey for their stuff they do have pats or Celts players go there for autograph signings

I went to what was Julian Edelmans first public signing tonight, which was run by this company, New England Picture, at the Boston Marriot Copley. I understand they have their job to do, and I understand they dont care where the money comes from as long ad they get it, but did they have to be so rude and unprofessional to someone who dropped $600 on their tickets? Julian and his staff were great, but I cannot believe how I was treated. They TOLD me to give them my items, and started putting them in front of him before I was even in front of him, and oh, they stood between him and me so I had to go around them. I didnt do anything wrong, i just wanted to see while he signed my stuff. They put my jersey face down so he could sign it on the back, didnt even ask me and I when i saw what they had done, I said noooo because i couldnt believe it. If I didnt plan to frame this jersey, they ruined it. Even after Julian told me to take .y time, one of the workers turned and said that if I didnt hurry up that Id have to move it along. I wasnt bad and didnt do anything wrong. i didnt try to talk his ear off. I spent $600 entitling me to four items. I thought itd be ok to take a selfie while he was signing them, wouldnt you? This place makes me sick. I am a grown adult, yet the way they treated me was enough to make me cry. Youd think that being in the people business that theyd know how to treat them, but seriously, they couldnt have treated Julians fans any worse than they did, or me at any rate.
