The employees at this location are so kind and helpful, especially Marisa! I needed to make an exchange for an online order, (not knowing exactly what size my wrist was) I ordered the wrong size bracelet. With the receipt printed out, as well as the email address associated w/ the purchase Marisa was able to quickly figure out what size I am and corrected my order. I was in and out, AMAZING customer service! I would definitely recommend this location.

It was horrible 😣 i order online all my stuff. First online said everything was in stuck that’s why i make the order. Nobody call me or text me ti said the one of my items was canceled by an employer. I live in Rhode Island and i travel one hour and half for nothing. Also the woman it was so rude. Never again

Multiple bad experiences while trying to shop at this store. Employees are rude, act like it’s an inconvenience to help you. It starts at the top, their store manager Seymour also needs to also work on his customer service skills as well. If you don’t like dealing with people maybe a career change is needed.

I must say this was the worst experience I ever had going first time to Pandora with my mother and daughter. I always wanted to get a charm for my mother and we decided to go by the Braintree mall and find out. The Asian lady at the door was disrespectful she told us right away that they were closing in 10 minutes and started to move her stuff inside the store. My friend that was with us told me that she will wait at the door with my daughter and that I should go inside with my mother the at least take a glance at the charms. The store had customers inside and when a few came out we went in and the lady told us that they were closing in 5 minutes ( mind you she had said 10 minutes prior). A young African American and a nice lady came and talked to us, asked if we have any questions, and showed us the prices. The Asian lady came again and told her that they are closing in 3 minutes. She tried to rush us out. I ended up leaving the store until my mother said something to me that that lady was stupid and rude. I decide to go back and knocked at the glass door. The young lady came to the door and I asked her who was the Asian lady if she was a manager. She said that the lady was a leader, but the manager was inside. At the door loudly I said so that all of them could hear She should not be a Leader, she is very rude to customers and she should know that you never know who you are talking to and I left so mad.I will never return to that store again.

No long wait. CVD19 protocol in place. Masks are required 6 ppl in store at one time. Prices are great for the quality of the product. Great go to for the hard to shop for without breaking the bank.

Ive been to pandora stores in multiple states and this has to be the worst pandora location that I have been to. I asked the representative to clean my bracelet and she gave it back to me with brown stains all over it and then refused to acknowledge that she put brown stains on my bracelet. She also slammed my bracelet on the counter and had an attitude.Miss please leave your job if you hate it so much, you make pandora look bad. Never going to this location again. Customer service is terrible.

I have been a cardholder for a few years. I opened my account with excellent credit so they gave me a high credit limit. I only used for special occasions. Even when I shopped at this location in Braintree, the customer service was not great. I went in today to get my Granddaughter a gift without my card which in the past I was still able to purchase but this time i could not & I was told to call to get a new card replacement. When I did call, the rep put me on hold only to come back to say they closed my account. They told me they rechecked my credit without my permission & said it was too low to have an account with them. I couldnt believe what I was hearing. I never carried a bal because I always paid off quickly. How can they do that? Closing is one thing, but, rechecking my credit is another especially when I was not using. This could happen to you also. A unhappy former acct holder.

The service was horrible. I went to buy my 6th charm at this location and the lady at the door was so rude. She was trying to sell me the charm outside saying that was too many people inside the store meanwhile 2 people just left the store and she still wouldn’t let us go in so I left without buying anything. Never coming back.

Ive been told their service at this location is terrible. I personally did not experience it, but according to the recent reviews and personal sources I encourage you to NOT consider this location. Other Jewelers stores were helpful and friendlier than this store.

They do not keep their word!!! I had my girlfriend’s rose gold bracelet and charms for less then 4 months and it started fading. They did not honor the 1 year warranty and all that they offered was to “clean it and make it sparkly” while smiling In my face! Never will I shop here again. They took advantage of my money and I hate when people play with my money!!!!!

I used to LoVe going into Pandora in Braintree- the sales associates were always welcoming and would take interest in my charms and what I was looking for to add to my set. I told my boyfriend oh they r great here just wait and see! So I smiled walking in expecting the same Stella customer service yesterday Sunday 2/16 @ 3pm Braintree Location- I walked up to what looked like the manager and asked if she had a particular charm- she said nope don’t have any like that just one . I had to prod her further and she said nope just the one. my boyfriend and I exchanged glances like wow ok- so I said ok what charms do you have ? She said these ones (in front of the case she was standing directly in front of ) and pointed across to say those are clearance. Another associate at this moment chucked a charm at her which went skidding a across the top of the case and said put that with the animal ones. I was like get me out of here. Idk what happened to standards here - I used to think you guys had the best customer service around. I know we all get tired and cranky but I was looking to spend a lot of cash and didn’t even bother to look really because the vibe there was stop bothering us is our shift over yet?? I’ve worked customer service for almost 20 years and I treat every customer with personalized service and respect- it’s part of your job. Very disappointed -won’t be going back and online shopping for me I guess from now on-too bad I had some great memories shopping there it’s a shame.

Weird to have employees standing in the door way blocking shoppers. When GRANTED PERMISSION TO ENTER THE SACRED GLASS ENCLOSURE it was a tremendous disappointment and annoyance.I usually purchase several charms and possibly earrings or a necklace when I go into a Pandora store.This store had such a limited offering of merchandise it was sad. Couple that with everyone crowding around the display counter and the staff acting as if they were gracing you with their presence, I told my husband not to bother, that store would NOT be getting my money.The only Pandora store more ride than this one is the Asheville NC store.At some point these folks will have to learn there are other options available. No one MUST shop Pandora, in fact, I may either limit my purchases to the Canadian stores and one in NYC or just shift my charm preferences to other brands all together.

I must say I am really disappointed in this so called Pandora Jewelry. I received a bracelet for Christmas 2018 and unfortunately the clasp broke off December 2018, which proves its poor quality. The sad thing about it is people who arent use to real jewelry do not know its not worth the money youre paying for it. I am catching hell trying to get them to either replace it or return it. Dont waste your money its not worth the hype. BTW my mom purchased it using her Pandora Credit Card.

This pandora store is small and the employees have 0 customer service I dealt with Cali who acted like she did not want to be bothered every question seem to be an annoyance I wanted a yellow gold but she boxed rose gold didn’t realize until I got home. All the employees are miserable not one smile from the male manager was rude and disorganized another employee African American older woman seem to be miserable also worst customer service I have ever experienced at any pandora jewelry store best to go to any other one

Been here a few times to buy a few charms. Store is tiny and the staff only wants to help you if your spending $1000s not $100s. Literally was ignored for 30 minutes because they were helping some woman who was buying enough product to supply a store. If she was going to buy that much she should have done it online. To boot, if you dont know exactly what you want 2 seconds after walking into the store they get super pushy, almost like you are inconveniencing them by making them do their jobs.

. Did not appreciate Amani or whatever the womans name was service. Yes we came in like 15 minutes prior to closing. My girlfriend wanted a spur of the moment accessory. That is no excuse to be yawning in front of a customer like youre bothered by her questions and want to go home. Or talk back to her when she tells you shes afraid the ring might slip off.Went to Dedham Pandora where the staff was HAPPY to assist us.
