I just had the BEST experience in this shop with Chris! I went in to get some juice and some coils. They had everything I was looking for and more. When it came time to pay, I was a few dollars short, but Chris told me not to worry about it. If the story had ended there, this shop still would have had a lifelong customer in me. But it gets even better. I dropped my mod in the parking lot and my glass shattered. I went back in looking for replacement glass, and when Chris couldnt find one that would fit, he set me up with a BRAND NEW TANK SYSTEM FOR FREE! This shop is hands down the best in the area. I would go out of my way just to come here. Huge selection, reasonable prices, and absolutely fantastic people! What more could you want? I will NEVER shop anywhere else from now on,, and Chris, if youre reading this, YOURE AN ABSOLUTE LEGEND!!!!!

Very poor experience here. Went to Moon Mountain on recommendation from someone else, after the vapor store that I used to go to moved out of town. Staff seemed very impatient when ordering vapor juice and asking for recommendations based off of what I liked. Sorry this was my first time here and I did not know your juice lineup off the top of my head.Before entering the store I was happy to see masks required posted on the door, well so much for that, no one was wearing a mask. I understand at the bar, but not even the employees who were working in the non bar area were wearing masks. This is the type of appearance that gives vapors a bad name as people who think that the rules do not apply to them.(Edit to reply)Thank you for taking the time to reply. I am assuming I did not make myself clear in my writing. I was the one asking for recommendations based off of what I like. Personally I like vanilla or mint flavored juice. At first the person helping me directed me to a vanilla custard, not really a custard fan, so I asked if you had anything minty. He said there was only one, it was a kiwi flavored juice, well I like kiwi. And after getting home, well there is no mint flavor. The brand is called Pacha Mama The Mint Leaf, the juice is honeydew berry kiwi, not mint flavored at all. Well, at least the juice flavor is good, even though it is not what type of flavor I was looking for.

I’ve been going to Moon Mountain since they opened & am loyal to them for many reasons. They’re an incredible group of people, who make everyone feel like family. I love the variety of products, flavors, and the blended ice cryochino’s are AMAZING! I recommend Moon Mountain to everyone who is interested in vaping and that those that already do. The staff are so friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful every single time I go in, and make sure to honestly and fully answer any and all questions and concerns their clients have. I made my way to this place for the first time, after waking in I immediately liked it. I dont drink, but LOVED the atmosphere. I was immediately helped and directed to the other counter. I was again immediately helped by a very pretty blond. She was very helpful with suggesting different flavors. Unlike another review I just read, which was NOT a good review, I would like to mention I am GRATEFUL that no one in the place was wearing a freaking mask. All these Karens need to let it go for gods sake. Ok, enough of that... this place is great, I WILL be back.

Good people, with a great shop. E juice (freebase and salts), coffee, and beer; among other. I have been buying their product (from another retailer) for years, and its always good. Im sure they havent had the money to submit PMT applications, so who knows how much longer they, and other small shops like them, will be able to sell their house products. This is definitely one of the top 2 shops in the Pinellas/Hillsborough area.

They’re not trying to sell you some cheapo vape. They take the science seriously, and research all of their products.

Really love the vapor trail Legacy juice, unfortunately I dont live in Florida anymore. Website has been down for months vapor trail was never in stock. Never get replies when I send emails never get a call back when I call even though they always take my name, number, and email. Have yet to find a juice like it.Edit: Thanks for the update, I had no idea. But if I had gotten a reply I wouldve known.

I’ve been a customer at moon mountain from the time i started vaping...This review is long over due. For the past 5 years I been buying juice and hardware here. there was a time where they fronted me juice when I was having issues with my debit card, and all they cared about was me having it so I wouldn’t smoke. All the guys there are friendly down to earth dudes. Don the manager is the man, I don’t see him often anymore because my schedule, but no matter what anyone that works at the store in great. First time there, Wow what a shop. Great staff, very a knowledgeable and super friendly. Awesome selection of premium juices, mods and other equipment as well. Purchased 2 RDAs and some juice. Joined their points club and asked a lot of questions that the staff were more than happy to answer.They also offer a cafe type atmosphere with full beverage service. My only regret was not staying for a cup of coffee. Awesome experience, and I thought I heard the staff say that they would be expanding the floor space of the shop soon as well.

I went to your shop on Saturday 19th and had the pleasure to talk to Ricardo, I mentioned that I bought my unit like 3 weeks ago and it was leaking, the crystal has a crack, he told me that you guys cannot do nothing about it and he told me to use tape on it, yeah...just like that, so I bought my liquid there (for the last time) and take my business to another place. I gave you 4 stars (before my last visit) because you have a good selection, but now I will give 1 star in customer service. By the way, I asked for you Jason and they told me that you are the owner, but you dont come often and Ricardo could help me, so my issue was not resolved or gave me the option to buy another unit with a discount or something similar. I did not want something for free and I dont feel like use tape on it was the answer I was looking for.

Terrible customer service. We came in and dropped $300 on new kits. They weren’t set up for us so we went to the car to set them up and it was a nightmare. Juice. Everywhere. So I went back in to ask if there was a better way to fill the tank to avoid this issue, and the man working there (tall with a beard) gave me a blank look and said “Idk what you want me to do about it.” Well, you can return everything we just bought and we’ll take our business elsewhere. $300 for that attitude?! NOT. They just want to push kits out the door and won’t help if an issue arises. Not to mention... I just bought a different kit from here a month ago and the charging port just fell out, and they wouldn’t do anything about it. Worst. Customer. Service. EVER.

Ive always ordered from these guys because cant find a match in quality and taste. Was in Anna Maria island for memorial weekend and had a chance to stop in on the way home. The staff was very polite and when I told them this was my first time there they gave me a discount. Hopefully I can find my way back to the physical store someday but until then I will always order from them. Great job guys.

I absolutely felt the need to write a review of this place. It was an absolute pleasure shopping at this place. The customer service was untouchable to other establishments of any kind. They took the time to shake hands and ask the names of all their customers, however I wouldnt expect them to know my name next time I go in there based on the immense amount of customers they must have. Theyre VG juice just exploded with flavor and their candy was delicious. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. I came in to get help with my Mutation v4, a screw had broken inside the center post and after 30 minutes of effort, they were able to help me get it fixed.The juice selection is a wide variety, and the prices are fair. Overall a nice atmosphere in the shop as well and they had some snacks and beverages too. I feel like I could bring some donuts and relax here with the staff for a few hours. One really cool thing was they had single serving juice packs that had 2-3mls per pack. Definitely would love to see more of those.Seriously, check it out.

Today my husband and I went to 5 different vapor shops to find a new vaporizer and some liquids, this one was the best one by far. Better prices, much better selection of juices, and hands down best atmosphere. The first one I went to a month ago ripped us off terribly (Billionaire on MLK) which is why I insisted on going to so many shops before getting anything but I know for sure Ill be coming here for everything. Very very friendly, especially to my daughter that is always with me.
