I was very satisfied by the quality of the service and the quantity of different varieties of alcohol. They literally have everything and know what they are talking about. Every time I have been in here they greet me and find a specialist for the type of alcohol I’m looking to get and match my taste preference. If your looking for a moscato and are looking for something sweet I would definitely recommend Luccio. Enjoy!

The amount of selection here is actually incredible. I would be really surprised if you couldnt find what you seek. Picked up some blue label today and im sure Ill be back to explore more of the scotch section.

Absolutely incredible selection, it’s Disney for the adults interested in understanding ABV. The staff really know the products too and make good recommendations. Very clean store as well. A decent yet not too diverse humidor that has a few of the cliche yet decent cigars that are widely known.Customer service as I’ve already semi touched on is absolutely superb. I go here above all else for my needs in their specialty.

The store overall is great. Their staff…. I needed to find a specific champagne. Went to the front to ask for help. 3 of them are just chatting away. One gentleman tells me where it’s at by pointing the finger doesn’t even really finish with me before talking to someone else. I go and try to find what I need and honestly it’s my first time and don’t know where anything is….make my way to the area and this other employee that works there was aware someone is looking for something (me) and here we go again just being loud and pointing as if I work there and know where everything is….Better customer service not everyone that goes there knows the store and a little more professional guidance would be nice, that’s all.

Wow. Its all here. If you drink ANYTHING, you should be able to find it at Total Wine. I needed some Courvoisier and wasnt able to find it in the aisles, but staff was everywhere and an employee quickly retrieved what I needed. Nice visit!

Total Wine is a well stock store. There is always someone on hand to help you find what you are looking for and escort you directly. This place has great customer service. I always enjoy my visits.

Rude. I’m a server and I am 20 just wanted to buy a wine key (wine opener) for work. Refused service and not even buying alcohol. Whoever the manager was who did not let the man behind me purchase what I was going to get needs a new job. He can buy whatever he pleases. Shoutout to that man!

This is one of those places that are near perfect for people who want something different or obscure or just a decent price. Honestly for a chain place Id say this is my absolute favorite liquor store. They have a massive aisle or two of make a 6 pack variety shelves to pick whatever you want and try it. They have a whole or almost whole aisle of every version of liquor, huge selection of mixers and alcohol oddities such as slush pops and have vendors sampling there product every time you go there. Hard to even detail all the things this place does right. If I had to say whats wrong with this place it would be in stock conditions are a bit scattered with specifics missing here, but understandable with vendors supplies varying from company to company.

Its gonna bother me but there is a gentleman there named Dan or Joe that is amazing. I wanted some wine but know nothing about it. He helped me find a few different wines that were all amazing! Ranieri is now one of my favorite wines!

I don’t come here often, because when I do I always buy more than I need 🤣🤣They have a huge selections of wines and spirits, and the staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. I was there recently and one of their staff went out of her way to make sure I found the perfect bottle of wine.Smaller bottles can usually be found cheaper elsewhere (like Walmart’s liquor store), but it’s hard to beat their pricing on bigger or foreign bottles. They seem to always have coupons for their Spirits Direct line of spirits and liquors. Recently I saved 15% on a bottle of Rum and Bourbon!

My favorite place when I need to buy wines and liquors. The variety is very good and offers you many options. Also for gifting. The store is comfortable, offers courses and tastings.

They did believe me when I told them that the price I paid was not the same price as what was listed. $96 compared to $20 for a box of cigars was not what was listed. They said they keep the boxes sealed fir longer life even though the five packs inside are sealed in metal and plastic wrap. They said if I wanted that price you just open the box. I would never open a sealed box thinking that it was per pack not per box. Not happy. Management said they did not think it was misleading.

The store is fully stocked on many beverages (more than I can imagine) however, the point is missing bc the staff seemed to move like busy bees. I was asked if I needed help once and wasn’t even sure what I was looking for so declined. The store offers an assortment of snacks as well mixers. There seemed to be a room in the rear where classes / gatherings could be held.Drew the cashier was polite.

I walked in looking for a Fathers Day gift and was greeted within 30 seconds and was asked if I needed help. I was not sure of the full name of my Dads favorite wine but the employee knew right away and led me to the exact spot. Knowledgeable and friendly employees.

I was there to buy for a party. I was told I HAD to wear a mask. Their choice mine was to leave and make my purchase elsewhere.

Here is why! A Cigar was mispriced yesterday, the cashier went and pulled from computer and still was mispriced then another cashier came over and then went to go check the price at this point its been a few minutes mean while I have been very patient. Most places would say what did you see it and get a manager approval. Also your loyalty program is a joke as well. You should do a vault access like ABC.I gave 3 stars because prices are excellent always retail and never marked up.

The greatest liquor store on the face of this earth. The moment I walked in I thought I had died and gone to beer heaven. I went in for a 6 pack and left with a shopping cart. Ill be back next week.

Oh my God one of the best places Ive been in in a while to get what I need especially my cigars!!!!!

An amazing wine, beer and liquors supermarket with the best selection Ive ever seen. The store is a big national chain, run so efficiently and with such a helpful on the floor staff that other retailers should take a lesson. And, as theyre such a big company, as with other big box retailers, their buying power is obviously immense resulting in amazing pricing and hundreds of bargains to the public for their stock. They also have a wine tasting bar, a beer and ale tasting bar, a big humidor room for fine cigars, a small glass-walled cafe-type venue and a selection throughout the store of edibles and spirits and wine related paraphernalia for home use such as corkscrew kits, drink ware and kitchen tools. Their selection of wines and spirits and beers is further enhanced by staff selections notes posted throughout the store indicating best buys and best picks for flavor, nuances etc. Additionally they have a frequent buyers points club which can be accessed online by customers to check on status leading to bargains and discounts. Im sincerely impressed with this wonderful store!

Their delivery is awful. Had an issue with them scanning my ID (this has happened a few times) and they ended up driving back to the store with my order. I call the store and they say they can’t deliver that night but will deliver the next day. Next day comes and I don’t hear anything so I call to see what the status is and they tell me all delivery windows are filled up and it will be the next day. Definitely shopping elsewhere from now on.

This place has the biggest selection of any place I have ever been.They dont have everything, but they try.My only complaint is that every time I come here, they have rearranged the store yet again, so I am rarely ever able to just pop in and grab something quickly.

Needed a bottle of wine so I decided to stop by this new store. It is the size of a Walmart inside. Amazing selection of wine, beer, alcohol. So much wine to choose from, it was almost overwhelming. It was Sunday, with lots of people in the store. There seemed to only be 2 or 3 sales guys on the floor. Friend told me they had 8 sales people trying to help them on weekday. Probably better to come back during the week. Still, I am happy with the incredible selection and took home 4 bottles of wine that seemed promissing plus a gift for son-in-law.

They carry Rekorderlig, thats all I ask for as a very moderate drinker. They pretty much carry everything in a nice clean environment and tons of free swag during events.

Total Wine is Toys R Us for us Winos. I was looking for a German wine and couldnt find it, but little did I know there was a hero on staff that day. Justin got on his hands and knees and found the last bottle of that wine. From that day forward Justin is forever on my Christmas card list. I will NEVER go to another Total Wine (unless Justin transfers)

I love this location. They have a great selection of everything you would ever want. The staff is always friendly. The option to save coupons to the app is great and the in store wifi always works.

Most of the staff were pleasant and courteous, although one staff member was borderline rude. It wasnt so much what she said, it was her body language and tone. There was a man that walked in with no mask, but he had a doctors note, stating a health issue. She could have handled it so much better and not offended the man and other customers. I will think twice before returning to Total Wine.

Gr8 selection; one of my go to locations for whiskey... prices maybe a little higher, but bigger selection... and unique wines and spirits only available at said chain... knowledgeable staff on hand to help you in your selection of alcohol.

They force you to wear masks! Just go and support local liquor stores or go to ABC. FYI in the state of Florida theres no mandate for businesses or public to wear masks. When I refused they said its store policy.

It was my 1st time going to buy something special for my father. I did find all of his favorite tequila. I asked for help in getting the tequila from the display cabinet and the employee told me what do you need or want to know but in a bothered manner.. I told him I would like to purchase it and he told me to ask for it upfront. I did and told me they didnt have it. When in deed I seen it. Had me waiting for a good 10 to 15 mins and kept telling me it wasnt available. They ended up finding it. And I purchased it. It was just an experience I didnt expect to have at a place 🙃 well known in the area.

Disrespectful to the core. After walking in like i have done several times recently, i collected the two bottles of wine i went to get. I was approached by a manager on my way to check out and was told to go to customer service and request a mask for myself and my young daughter. I explained i had a medical exemption and was told by my doctor not to wear a mask. That manager told me i would not be able to check out if i was unable to wear a mask. I explained that is discrimination and a violation under the Americans with Disabilities Act. This manager had the audacity to tell me This is private property and they have the right to do this. I ignored him and walked to the check out counter.This manager then began to harass me and caused a public scene. This was extremely embarrassing and i was told not to come back into the store if i am unable to wear a mask. Only after publicly shaming me did the manager inform me i could do a curb side pick up instead. Complete lack of professionalism and flat out disrespectful to those of us who are unable to wear a mask due to health reasons.This is complete violation of my rights.
