I love Publix stores! They usually have most of my grocery needs and its very clean! Employees are always very helpful and friendly, and you feel welcomed for being a customer. The one, only one, drawback, is trying to get into the center during rush hour traffic! Whew! But, a little later or earlier makes it much easier!

Very good location, selection and service. Parking is a little tight, but its still very easy to enter and exit the lot.

Love to shop here love to save here is really a thing. I came in looking for dinner and the gentleman at the seafood counter was very helpful. He even seasoned and prepped my lobster tails so I could easily cook them with his instructions at home. It is always a pleasure to go to Publix.

Is there any better place to buy groceries in the Brandon area? Maybe Whole Foods but thank goodness we don’t have one in the immediate area. Publix is a Florida company and a Florida favorite. Fresh produce, fresh meats, delicious deli subs, friendly pretty people. Ever notice only good looking people work at Publix and Chick Filet? Just an observation, not complaining. Honestly, what is left to say about this wholesome, much loved and respected company “Where shopping is a pleasure”?

Better selection than our usual Publix. Its also way less crowded! In and out with everything we needed.

The people here were SO NICE! The gentleman in the seafood area came and lifted cases of water for me. A cashier came and got me out of a long line and then helped me unload my cart. The girl bagging helped me out to my car and lifted my water for me. This was exceptional service. Love Publix!

Easy accessibly from major streets....plenty of Parking. .. In-store. Arraignments of Staples-goods easy identified by location signs.. Quick Check-Out by friendly Cashier....overall, a pleasant shopping experience.

This is my favorite Publix location in the area. I always say, Im at the cool Publix in my head when I approach the store. This branch benefits from being in a more diverse section of Brandon, so there is a wide cross-section of customers who make an effort to be courteous to each other: Its common to hear sir, maam and excuse me from customers and staff alike. Its as if everyone knows they have a good thing in this store and they want to preserve the vibe. The staff is always kind and respectful, but never obsequious. People are really cool here, theres no better word.Even though its an older store, it is still nicely maintained and clean. I appreciate the layout and merchandising of the store–even over other newer and shinier stores. It just makes sense to put more grab-and-go items at the front of the course and then to place items that require more consideration (such as produce, wines, diary and personal care) in the last aisle as is done here. Ive found products here that I thought werent carried in other stores, but its just that the merchandising makes that much sense; youre encouraged to notice new things among favorites.

This place could be better, but it always clean, if you want different options for apron meals, this is not your place. But its convenient due to its location

Got off work decide to stop in the store to grab some items get inside the store absolutely no shopping carts. So I see a manager bagging Asian guy and say do you know theres no carts in the store he looked back at the cart area and continue to bag. So I ask are you not going to call for cart assistance and he didnt the store was also out of the green carry cart . I was very upset and left the store. This manager need more training on customer service

Old publix so the sections are completely different from all the relatively newer stores. Also smaller and out of many staple items. There is a bunch of empty shelf space if that tells you anything. Still better then most grocery stores because well... its publix. However, in relation to most of their stores they are not up to pár. And we all know they charge enough money, hence make enough profit to invest it back into this store. Especially when it is dead center in the citys (Brandons) urban center, AKA the busiest and most well known part of town. Right by the mall!It is always extra agitating when one knows that the only neglect it because it will still be highly profitable due to its location and the number of people residing there that are by default forced to use it regardless of quality. In other words: they neglect it because they can.One of the reasons I hold publix in higher regards from many companies is because I like to think Publix has a more humane business model differing substantially from the normal or expected culture that most big corporations are known for. This store however is slightly compelling to feel like that is a naive notion. Tighten up your game publix!

They have the best baked Chicago bread they have the best sandwiches that they make they always have excellent deals The pharmacy is my number one pharmacy The girls and guys are all great couldnt ask for anything better everybodys very friendly and for Jose that is the awesome man of the year. My neighborhood Supermarket I love this place and their sales.

This is my hometown Publix and they never disappoint. There is always someone around to ask where something is, they actually have PEOPLE that check you out at the check out stations, in stead of like Walmart - where you have to check out and bag everything yourself. They always have someone to service you at the deli which Walmart never does. Or youll be there waiting for the rest of your life there to get anyones attention for help.

The service was excellent ! the crew put the chicken on for us,when there wasnt any on the counter. And very professional about the mishap.

As with most Publix stores, its clean, easy to find things with the row directories, and plenty of check out lines that are actually open. it is next to a busy road so people have more of a tendency to fly thru the parking lot.

Not the best Publix experience. Store not prepared for the dinner hour rush in the deli area. All chicken varieties out of stock @5pm. Silly. Cashier was rushing bag boy (unnecessarily) and damaged baked good.

Manager made woman using her WIC feel very uncomfortable. She was evidently taking too much time in line. So instead of him letting the cashier finish with the two purchases left, he came over and got her out of the way and quickly rang her things all together confusing the order and the woman. He was very rude to her, not explaining anything other than pay for that purchase and I will take care of the rest over there. The poor woman was embarrassed and confused at what she had done wrong due to the mans attitude. I was next in line and she wasnt bothering me at all, the people behind me said the same. The government makes you use the vouchers the way they do, not the people, and the cashiers all know this. The cashier was embarrassed and was apologizing to everyone. The manager handled the whole situation wrong. He was wrong and I am glad it wasnt me being embarrased.

I shop at Publix 95% of the time not just this one but others around the Bay Area and I would have to say that this one here is the worst one I’ve been to. And that it my personal opinion. I don’t have an issue with the store or the products it’s the people it seems every time I shop at this particular Publix the cashiers that I’ve always had the pleasure of ringing me up seem to always be in a mood like they don’t want to be there or they’ve had a bad day. No hello or any kind of communication unless I start it and then they still don’t respond. Like they didn’t hear me. Also they need to train their baggers a little better. Today I had one put about 7 pounds of bottled juices on top of my bag full of small yogurt cups. Yes some got crushed. It just seems like there is no organization when it come to putting your bags in the cart. I literally had to remove them myself to fit right. I’m telling you I should of took a picture of it. It was a heaping pile of grocery bags. It’s not hard to know that heavy solid things go on the bottom and then your perishables on top. Not the other way around. Ok I’m done thanks for giving me a platform to rant. Have a great day.

Went there for spectrum to return equipment to get upgrade and they have the dumbest setup you have ever seen make sure if you go there you set an appointment do not go as a walk-in you will be highly disappointed

Ordered birthday cake for a 21st birthday, had specific colors I wanted. Was told by manager in bakery I needed to bring in a photo of colors. Which I did. Colors were not even close to picture. Also asked for roses, never got, ordered marble chocolate and white, got white only. Also never got the little swirly drops on side of cake. I spent hours looking for the right cake colors, did not have to be exact but at least close to color in picture. And I asked for 3 layer cake, I got 3 layers with each layer cut and icing added to make 6 layers, cake was way too sweet, I cing overload. Not sure why I was asked what I wanted. Cause I got whatever the maker wanted. Also, store bakery manager Renita acted brothered and annoyed with me ordering cake, no help at all. Also acted bothered when I asked for some rolls on rack behind counter. Was told there the same as ones out on shelf. Well I didnt want to walk over there for something that was right in front of me. Back to the cake.The colors of gold and pink was so ugly. Never ever ordering anything from publix or shopping there. I wish I could post pictures.

The ultimate service EVER, from Brent at the Customer Service and his crew, to Ricky and Rohnda at seafood, to the butchers. You always amaze me, cutting my lobster, or making me a prime rib roast to my size and getting it tightened with cooking string, just ready to cook, and the willingness to call me when they have whole red snapper.There is no other place like Publix.
