The absolute best Publix we have ever been to!This clean and state of the art facility is an easy stop for sandwich. The upstairs seating area is remarkably quiet and has little traffic.We have shopped here before, but today was lunch on the “veranda”, with views of the parking lot.Access will be greatly improved once Bells Shoals construction is complete.Bottom Line: I highly recommend this location for all your grocery needs.

Its your average Publix. The prices are way too high. The service is usual 5 star and the store is always clean and well lit but I cant give a 5 due to the pricing. I understand prices have gone up for multiple reasons but youre one of the largest chains there are you should be able to adopt things for less than the smaller stores who dont have your buying power.

I had a very uncomfortable situation today with my cashier at Publix in Bloomingdale my cashier Corrine, she was tossing my items in the bags as if she was disgusted with me, this day and age I didnt think they are still prejudice people. We were made from the same God. I wonder when will it end. So sad .

I frequent at this Publix because of how close it is to me from my job. Every morning we are greeted by happy people with smiles behind their mask. The check out is always quick and they maintain a great variety of things always neatly stocked. The produce is by far better than most others and theres always an offer for any help and a sticker and coloring crayons and sheet for my son! Always a pleasure

Always clean and food is fresh looking and displayed beautifully. Unfortunately, the store associates have not been very friendly towards me. Thats why they get 4 stars. Customer service needs more training.

Jonny at this publix was AMAZING! He helped put through a stubborn coupon at the register, helped me to my car and loaded it, and then I realized Id forgotten coffee creamer for the morning, he asked what kind I wanted and ran back in to get a bottle for me and brought it back to the car. Totally perfect customer service, and totally why I dont shop at walmart 🤣

They go out of their way to help you find Anything. I was so impressed when two people helped me find a hard to find soup. One who used his cell phone to hunt it down was not only very pleasant but would not give up. The two found it and we had a delightful dinner at home thanks to the dedicated people.To top it off at check out I had a great smile ringing up my items while the gentleman bagged up my items and went out in the rainstorm to load my car and of course every single person involved had a nice thing to say.Bloomingdale square Publix Manager you have a team that are not only the reason I will return but that same moral was flowing from the deli as well. The fact that the sandwiches were great was a plus on top of their smiles and chats that made the short hot sub heating n fixing went by almost to quick. What a great group of employees. We need this atmosphere after what we have all been put thru the last year and it was DONE RIGHT.Thank you one and all at Publix. Ill be back for bird seed very soon and looking forward to another great experience.My Best !

This is a really nice Publix location. All Publix stores are very clean and have very pleasant and friendly staff. This particular store has a hot food bar and a salad bar. Not sure why other public locations don’t have this. This raises the bar on Publix. No other location; at least that I’ve ever been to, has had this setup.

Don’t bother wasting your time ordering a sub online. It is are never ready at pick up time. They don’t start making till after your pick up time, this has happened more than once. The manager nor the associate offered an apology. I will not go back to this store

Placed an order for in-store pickup at 12:34pm to be picked up at 1:30pm. I arrived within 5 minutes of the pickup time… I’m now standing here wondering where my item is at 1:41pm. Everyone is giving me the “we’ll be right with you”… will not be going back.

This is by far the best Publix that Ive ever been in. Every employee was friendly and acknowledged us. The young man working the hot foods section was knowledgeable & kind. Even the young men in the Meat & Seafood section greeted my husband and I as we walked by that section of the store. This Publix is beautifully designed and is truly a pleasure to shop in. Thank you Publix for giving us a GREAT shopping experience!😁🤝👍

Store is nice and new. They have self checkout which is very helpful when u need to get out quickly...I dont like when they have the bakery and deli on opposite sides of the store as it is here. I like to grab cold cuts and grab some fresh Italian or white mountain bread and go...but not here😐 still good experience!

This is a great new store with friendly people working. I dont go out too often but when i need to go grab my WIC items before they are gone, i go to this publix. Even though i have one within a mile of my house, this one is nicer! And always have the WIC items displayed so i can easily see which are on the list or not. Makes things a lot easier.

Customer service needs to be improved. The nicest people are in the seafood areaEveryone else since to have a bad attitude.

The store is great! Organized and stocked. The parking lot on the other hand is atrocious.

The stores are all laid out differently. But, I find them to be very clear and well stocked. The only time stock was less than normal was when covid first started.

This is my local publix i always have a pleasant experince in here but a few days ago i asked a young man that was stocking the meat section a specific question about the steak i was looking for, i didnt know the name i had just had it somewhere else and wanted to replicate it at home. he showed me a few options and told me he would take them in the back and slice it how i needed it because they didnt sell anything prepackage like that. I was so grateful he offered to do that. He came out after a couple slices to show me and make sure it was to my liking. He then finished and brought it out and i said thank you so much. He said my pleasure, have a great day come to find out he is new!! He went above and beyond without having to be asked and i appreciated that so much. His name is Chase, he is a younger gentleman. Thank you for the excellent service Chase!!!!

Manager stopped bagging my groceries and walked away to help another customer and didnt first find someone else to finish bagging. When I approached him he looked away and said sorry about that without never making eye contact. 8.24.21 at 3:41pm. Cashier was Emily. Whats wrong with my 182.00 putchase????? Shopping was not a pleasure.

Except for the fact that 80% of the time my Challah Bread is missing this is my favorite Publix in the Brandon/Riverview area!! They have a Salad/Pasta Bar which is awesome for people who work close.

The sub station was wonderful and the lady working there was awesome, but explain to me why there are no bar codes on the Publix water bottles and why the self checkout is so freaking sensitive? The person I was with didnt make it any better but the machine was certainly no help. The poor girl working that area had to scan her code way too many times for an overly sensitive bagging scale.

This is a new build location so it has the newer sandwich and hot food stations as well as the salad, olives and chilli stations. Employees are professional as usual.(that is standard at publix) check out was quick. New self service stations

Keeps most things in stock. When it doesnt have something in, its mostly due to the vendors not keeping things in. The place is very clean. Everyone is very polite and more than willing to help.

Typical chain store. Clean courteous staff, yet fake overly friendly management that smile lots but are disingenuous in the end. I have found this to be true at many public chain stores, yet have not had a bad experience there while shopping.

My neighborhood Publix moved to its new location in the same shopping center, but now in the bigger space once occupied by the old Walmart. Beautiful store with many new additions for our shopping pleasure.Friendly employees are still featured here, along with new faces offering to help you find what you are looking for. They even handed out a cheat sheet to tell you what isle to find you favorite foods.The wine isle has expanded significantly along with wine tasting in itty bitty cups😊. There is a new salad bar and a self serve hot food and hot soup bar that rotates according to the day of the week.

The produce department never seems to be stocked. I have found rotten cucumbers on several occasions. This is very strange for a Publix produce department. Thats really the only problem I have found at this particular Publix.

On the small side for a Publix, but I absolutely love the layout here, and the selection is good and the shelves well stocked. A huge plus to this store is that they are well staffed with plenty of checkouts open so the lines werent long even on a Saturday afternoon.

I walked all over the deli and produce section looking for it. But then I asked you and you were not sure if your store had it but you found it for me!!!!! You are a lifesaver!!!!! My Thanksgiving would not have been the same without that great relish. Your customer service and willingness to help was awesome. Since moving from Tallahassee over 3 years ago, I have not been able to find a Publix store that match the awesomeness🥰 of the Publix stores in Tallahassee until today.And shout out to Yolanda and Thomas in Produce who went in the back to find us some fresh Rosemary and Sage for our turkey. My cousin, Jsana Jones and I are so thankful for your assistance today as well.

Some of the things that you need they dont sell like if youre in a specific fidget and vegetarian diet from the Indian Ocean. Theres only a few things you can get for it. And a lot of the stuff is overpriced

All of the people here are so very nice and helpful - from the deli, stock personnel, meat department, cashiers, people who bag your groceries, the pharmacy to the customer service desk. Awesome people who make you feel welcomed every time you go shopping.

They new Publix is really awesome they have finally moved into the 21st century with self checkout registers though they still have registers that have cashiers that will help you. They have approximately 6 self checkout registers which can make things go quickly. The store is very clean and for the 1st time in many years I saw one of the men sweeping the floor with the big dust mop like they used to do back in the seventies and eighties. I was very impressed at how well stocked all the shelves were and how clean. Though new Sandwich bar where they make you fresh sandwiches is much nicer in very clean looking and much more improved than the other stores. Kudos to you publics keep it up hopefully you will be able to retro fit the other stores what the same type of layout and sandwich bar.

I had a wonderful experience on my last visit with an employee named Johnny . I needed extra help after my surgery and he did everything from helping to find products, helping me organize my items at the register and load my car after asking what would be the best way to set everything for when I got home. You could see the smile in his face under their mask the whole time. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with this Publix. I will definitely come back here for service like his. Thank you Johnny and thank you publix for hiring the best.
