Great Store. Great Staff.

I was having feet pain and needed a pair of casual sandals. My wife suggested I look at sandals from Happy Feet. I visited the Brandon location and was helped immediately by a female salesperson. I bought a pair of sandals for a whopping $100.00. While being checked out the salesperson and I engaged in small talk and I found her to be a very pleasant person. I wore the sandals home as they were comfortable. When I got home I tossed the box, receipt and old pair of flip flops I had worn to the store into the trash. Four days later the strap on the left sandal that had fake sticking came unglued. I immediately took them back to the store. On arriving I made eye contact with the female salesperson who had sold me the shoes. She waved acknowledging me but was with another customer and unable to break away to help me. I ended up with a the store manager assisting me. I showed him the shoe and pointed out it was not stiched as they made them appear to be and were lightly glued instead. I explained I did not have the box or receipt he requested but pointed to the female salesperson and told him she could verify I had bought them early in the week. She heard me as I mentioned her being able to verify my purchase but was still with a customer. The manager very rudely said their policy is strict, no box, no receipt no refund. I told him I was not looking for refund, just an exchange. He refused an exchange and basically told me I was out $100.00. The female associate looked at me as if she felt bad but signaled there was nothing she could do. What a bad decision the manager made. My wife and children have bought a lot of shoes and sandals there. I will not allow them to spend another penny there and would recommend potential customers beware. The sandals I bought were cheaply made and over priced. I will never shop there again.

Best shoe shopping experience Ive ever had. Genuine concern for my issues. Accurate assessment of my problem. Honest recommendation for remedy. Can not recall the last time my feet felt so good.

This is my second trip. The first was 2016 and my feet were hurting then too. Debbie assisted me both times. Amanda was helpful as well. All three ladies worked as a team while helping the other customers and myself. I walked out feet NOT hurting today. Some people think the shoes are expensive but either you pay in the front or with doctors and hospital bills later. The staff was great.

Friendly, Knowledgeable Service

Purchased the shoe inserts as well as shoes. Inters brushed my arches still having problems from the blisters... bought new replacements stated had to wait for corp to refund. No call nothing. Called today to find out not a defect and they attempted to call me 1 time back on the 27th of January. Never had a missed call. Ripped off again. Shame on me for believing the pitch I was given about not to worry about the return. They know I am 12 hours away one way. Got a store credit that wont cover 1 pair of shoes. Talk about a scam.....

First time here and was relieved to find a casual friendly atmosphere. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable

Shoes are overpriced, quality of shoes/flips is lacking, good experience in the store, but we placed an order and they ordered the wrong size of the shoes. Then when you call you cant reach anyone within a half hour of their closing time. If youre looking to pay big bucks for grade A uncomfortable shoes, with surprisingly pleasant costumer service, then this is your store.

Disappointed, Ive bought many shoes from HF, its really hit or miss with the salesperson. Apparently I got a new person this time and I left empty handed and disappointed. When I called to ask about my experience they said shes new and didnt seem to care. Its too bad theres not other options in the area.
