I have had feet issues for a few years now from years of being a runner. I went into the store and Jalissa waited on me. She spent a lot of time measuring, digitized my arches and much more to fit me properly for inserts. My arches, heel Spurs, ankles and hips are not having any discomfort and I am so pleased to be back up and running.. literally without pain! Thank you, Jalissa! 😁

Pete, at the Brandon store was phenomenal to work with. Went to see about getting something for my teenage son’s soccer cleats, he had experienced heel pain in the same types prior and since beginning this season started having arch pain not just from the repetition of kicking the ball. The cleats are the only brand/style that fit him well so we were looking for anything to make them fit and support his feet as good as they can get. Pete was helpful and fun and derived from his training and his personal experiences to find the right product that worked for my son. He had him bring his cleats and ball and even invited him to kick his ball around the store to really test the insoles out. Since they don’t work on commission there wasn’t high pressure sales tactics and I didn’t walk out feeling like I was taken advantage of. It’s only day one but the amount of movement and kicking my son did in the store he said the cleats felt better and his feet felt more secure and supported in them. The entire store was friendly and even with two addition little ones the time spent there didn’t feel as long as it could have. Would recommend and taking my mom there when she visits next.

I went to the store because I started a job that I am on my feet my whole shift and was experiencing problems with my feet hurting all the time. I would barely be able to walk at the end of my day. After going to the foot doctor several times and not getting the help I needed I decided to go to Good Feet store. Within hours Taylor was able to fit me with what I needed. I am so happy I decided to go. Worth every penny to get relief and be able to walk without pain.

I actually went in to buy shoes. I came out with an arch support system that is realigning my feet. I have a toe that was moving and becoming crooked. I feel like my toe is moving back to where it should be. So far, Im loving the arch support system.

Great personal service. The technician worked with my individual needs and fitted me with three different arch-supports: to be worn different increments of time. Now after a week and a half, Im almost without heal pain in the middle of the night on my trips to the restroom. I got a lot of good information, but I would like to have had idea of the price before we spent an hour.I didn’t purchase the insoles because of the price. I knew they would be pricey…….. but $1,400.I’m going to try other avenues. I made an appointment with a podiatrist.Thanks for the socks.

I came into the Brandon location a couple weeks ago, grumbling and in pain and was greeted by a charming man named Richard. He was extremely kind and helpful, and did not let my skeptical attitude get to him. He listened to my needs and made sure i left the store satisfied. I was not able to afford the whole shebang 3 step system, but he hooked me up with a foot massager and some short-term arch supports that should do the trick. Im a skeptical millennial thats always cross-referencing review sites in order to make sure I get a good deal, because money is always tight. Richard understood this and he was more than willing to help me find an affordable option. He took imprints of my feet and we found out that my left foot is a 6.5 wide and my right foot is a 6 wide. I got a really good idea of what shoes to buy in the future and how to take care of my feet. He also helped me pick out some really comfortable house shoes! Its too early to tell if the arch supports are working, but I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from the Brandon Good Feet Store, and the Medi-Rub foot massager, if anything, is a great socialization tool for my therapy dog training. I tested it out while training a 12 week old puppy and she had a blast investigating it, and eventually laid down nicely next to me and let me pet her while i was getting my feet massaged 🐶 Thank you, Richard, for your expertise and kindness!

Jalissa did a great job in educating me of how their feet support system work. Staff is friendly, she offered me water, a free pair of socks, foot massage machine, while waiting to try the orthotics. Unfortunately it was too pricey for me, thats why I gave 4 stars 🌟, her customer service was excellent.

Let me start off by saying these things are fantastic, and get what you pay for as these are not cheap.Went to take care of my and the misses sore feet and hip pain. After about 90 min from start to finish, we felt an immediate improvement just trying on these miracle supports. After 15 plus years of foot, hip and back issues, I finally decided to visit a Good Feet store! I worked with Kassandra and really appreciated her patience, her ability to listen to my stories and her guidance to figure out what I needed. After 1 month I am seeing and feeling so many improvements. I am taking it slowly but already I am able to do some light cardio workouts 3 times a week and that alone is a huge improvement to what I was able to do before without pain. I stopped in to the Brandon store this weekend because while skeptical, I was hoping they could help me. I had seen commercials where folks explained what a difference the Good Feet inserts made- but I wasnt sure if it would help my many issues with my feet, knees, hips, etc.WOW- Suzanne was fantastic. She was warm and friendly. She explained the products and provided me good education on my feet and how improper alignment impacts my knees, hips, back etc. She was entertaining and authentic and I didnt feel like she was in a hard sell mode at any time- she just let me explore the options and see if that helped. I waited a day or two to post this review because I wanted to see if the improvement was real--- I feel better and better every day- thrilled with the early results and looking forward to less pain every day as my feet continue to improve.

Savannah was very knowledgeable and very helpful with my problem. She explained what was wrong and what I needed to fix my problem. I was expecting to need a new pair of shoes but she checked my foot print and current shoes, and said I only needed a stronger arch support and longer cushion! Viola! Everything was like new and with the same pair of Brooks shoes.

Id heard about The Good Feet Store on the radio, so we decided to see the product for ourselves. My 15 year old son has flat feet and a leg length discrepancy. Hes worn orthotics for 7 years with a slight lift.Our sales guy Ricky at the Brandon office helped us. He explained the process and the benefits of these orthotic/insoles. WOW! My kids posture and legs have never looked better. Ricky explained more in 1 hour than any of my doctors have done in 7 years. VERY HELPFUL!!

I cannot even begin to describe my experience. First I will say Savannah at the Brandon,Fl location was awesome. Informative, personable spent about an hour with me and explained everything. She even pulled my husband in and had him try them in and he is now a customer too! So customer service was great. But the product...THE PRODUCT! Why have I wasted so much of my life not wearing these?! I walked in with a pain on a scale of 1-10 I would say an 11! Within 24 hours of wearing the 1s I would say my pain went to a 4. I haven’t been able to walk without excruciating pain for over a year l received injections from a podiatrist but this is not a temporary fix this is permanent and I cannot wait to get back to a more active lifestyle. I know that this sounds too good to be true but I am telling you it is life changing you can wear these with any type of shoe so it is not limiting at all. I am telling you hip pain, sciatica, knee pain, ankle pain, plantar fasciitis I had/have it all and lived at an 8 for about a decade and then an 11 for almost a year spending most of quarantine barely walking and literally overnight feeling so much better. Not perfect yet of course but dramatic improvement I look forward to what the future is with these! Thank you!

Came in to upgrade my “hugs” (the low price orthodox they sell so you can try out the system) Kassandra greeted me as soon as I walked in and even though it would have been much easier and less time for her to simply process the upgrade she went through the entire diagnostic process again and showed me the improvement my feet had made after I had been wearing my orthotics. Her professional an knowledgeable presentation and thorough re-diagnosis of my foot alignment made it easy to make the decision to buy the upgraded orthotics. Kassandra is a lovely young lady and you would be very fortunate indeed to have her as your salesperson if you decide to stop in the Brandon store.

My goal is to walk for my health. It has been an amazing. My first seven days my arch has already changed. Hopefully in 30 days I will be walking.

I came here for help with planters fasciitis and after purchasing and wearing the supports for 2 weeks or so my pain was 95% gone. Ricky was great in helping to explain the different inserts and how best to wear them. Since this is a lifetime purchase I feel its well worth the money.

I went to the Good Feet Store a little over 3 years ago for foot pain and purchased the 3- Step System and before I new it my pain was gone in both feet. Thank God! A couple months ago the pain started come back in my right foot. My foot pain was at a point where I couldnt put weight on my heel. A friend told me about the Good Feet Store. I took her advice and went in. As I was testing the insert in the store, my pain subsided. I immediately bought the 3 stage program. Within a couple of days, I was jogging again.
