The best! I have a small foot, but a wide foot. I wear a hard to find size...womens, size 6 wide. If Im lucky, other shoe stores may have 3 or 4 shoes in my size to choose from. Peltz literally has hundred of pairs to choose from in my size both in store and online, and they are reasonably priced! I have shopped online as well as in store at the Brandon and Clearwater locations. Customer service has always been excellent!

This is a really great shoe store. Debbie is the sweetest lady and incredibly helpful with measuring my sons feet for new shoes. Everytime I go in, I look for her. Yesterday I bought 5 pair. Great sale plus the coupon I had saved me lots!!

While en route at the beginning of a vacation, I realized I left my Keen sandals at home. I can not walk around on the beach and adventurous places without some sort of water shoe, specifically Keens. We did a local store search via the Keen website and found this Peltz location. My wife called to find they did have a size 16 pair of Keens. They put my name on the them and held them at the register. Upon entering the store I was greeted by the most awesome employees this side of the Mississippi. I wish I could’ve stayed to see what else they had in stock but you know, vacation. Maybe next time. Thank you internet, thank you Keen for making size 16. Thank you Peltz Shoes and awesome staff!

After hearing such great things about Peltz, I was super excited to come get new shoes. What happens when I get here? No inventory. No shoes my size. Wth???

The sign says outlet but it is not an outlet. Everything is full price. Argh.

My wife and I just left like 4 stores in the Mall only to be disappointed in the selection of Mens shoes. Exhausted we stopped at Peltz and met Diana. She saw how tired we were and stepped up with Outstanding Customer Service skills!! Shes why we will always come back. Great job Diana!

Drove for 40 minutes to shop there. Love the brands and selection. They have a very large clearance area with a lot of great shoes and sandals. This is my third visit while I am in Florida, never disappointed.

Good selection despite of the pandemic, and outstanding customer service by all the staff, especially by Diana (at Brandon Town Center), who went above and beyond in helping my husband find the best pair of shoes. Great job!

My kid has the longest and biggest feet in the known universe. Hes 10 and he fits into and adult 9.5. This shoe store has the best people and a really incredible selection.. the staff really know their products and care about making sure you get what fits your needs best. We were in and out quickly and he was really excited to have a pair of shoes that supported his arches. To be honest, he is a flip flop kid, so this was next to a miracle.

They didnt have the shield i needed for work in my size. 6 months behind in receiving the orders.

Disappointed with shoes. The toes, and upper heel appeared worn. Tha area across the top of toes on the left foot appeared to have been worn by someone as it is creased. Have purchased from Peltz in the past with no problem. I couldnt wear these shoes for anything but hack around, I would not be comfortable wearing them even to work, much less to a outing as they are not decent looking. C. Goodall

As new toddler parents we wanted a great supportive shoe without paying full price because kids grow out of them so quickly. We were helped by a very nice women with a grand baby the same age as our son. Found a great shoe in clearance that matches Dada’s shoes. So all the wins for this mom! Will be returning for our family show needs.

Nicely laid out store, easy to navigate. It might take a little while, but my husband and I can always find a pair of shoes or two when we come here. Service is kinda hit or miss. We’ve never had someone be crazy rude, but we’ve also never had someone be crazy helpful. Always clean. I love that they carry the Clarks brand, though I have yet to find a shoe in my size in the right style from that favored brand of mine. I always check. :)

Customer service was truly extraordinary, which is rare these days, and the salesperson found several pairs of shoes which is difficult for me to find, because I need narrow. The shoes are stylish and I am thrilled with my purchases. I recommend this store to anyone, you can count on the sales personnel to help any way they can. I also met the manager and see why the store is run professionally and everyone is so courteous.

This company doesn’t deserve any stars. Received shoes as a gift for my twins that were ordered online. One was used but that wasn’t the issue since it was only a tad bit dirty on the bottom sole, they were a bit snug but my daughter’s loved them so we called customer service and they assured us we could exchange sizes in a local store. Brought the shoes to this location and they wouldn’t take back one pair because they were used even tho we received them like that and then on top of it he took the other pair back and put the money back on the gifters debit card without telling me prior. These were a gift!!! I would have sent them back through the mail to exchange sizes instead if the manager would have explained prior. Will not ever purchase from this company.

I have lived in the area 22 years and never been to Peltz. Their advertising fliers have never enticed me. On Black Friday they had a 20% off before 10am, that got me. I bought a pair of Vionic sandals. I commented on the selection then.I have an extremely high arch in my feet and I have worn heels since I was a teen, so a pair of comfy sandals was a plus. Today, another coupon and I did need sneakers so I went back today. I found a great pair with arch support and a cushioned heel and a pair of sandals on sale that are amazing.Again I commented on the sign with a woman in a dress wearing Vionic heels .I explained I would love dress Sandals, they dont carry many attractive shoes you can wear with a work dress. Diversifying their market to entice career women would be great, I hope they do.The people are friendly and helpful, if I need more casual shoes I will shop here again. If they get pretty shoes with arch support I will shop here more.

My family loves to shop here. They have an amazing staff and everyone is so friendly and eager to help. They have a huge selection of childrens shoes and generally have something for everyone.

I cant believe I have lived in Brandon for over 2 years and had never, until today visited this shoe store! I always thought this was a shoes store for older people. I was greatly mistaken and pleasantly surprised with the selections. The staff was the friendliest I have encountered anywhere. Twenty minutes before closing and no one is rushing me, instead they are helping me find different styles, colors, and selections. From now on I will come here first when shopping for shoes.

I called to make sure they still were carrying the shoe new balance 928v3. Jennifer the manager got my information and went and looked for the shoe and held it at the front counter for me thats what I call customer service.

Do not buy anything from Peltz online!I have made purchases in Peltz stores in the past, and so took a chance recently and spent over $100 on an online order. Peltz took forever to ship the items. Then, when they shoes appeared, they were in a container that looked as though it had been under a steam roller, with a label attached, from Peltz, bragging about how Peltz uses recycled packaging materials. The thing had a couple of yards of clear packaging tape wrapped around it, as it to make things better. In other words, Peltz ships in crap that falls apart in transit. I rejected it at the door, as there was no way to determine the condition of the goods I had bought. Then I got to spend the rest of the day -- failing -- to get a responsible adult at Peltz to make the matter right. Peltz refuses to overnight replacement goods, and as of this writing refuses to process a refund. I am quite certain I will never send another penny Peltzs way, nor set foot in its stores again. I greatly regret having tried to do online commerce with Peltz. Avoid.
