Been taking our vehicles here for YEARS, at least since (probably)1980; have lifetime alignment option, get new tires, oil changes, master/wheel cylinders replaced ... all the stuff normally done at such an organization.Took total care of 64 Nova wagon - and in shorter time than predicted (had to find places to buy old car parts); same type work on 84 Mercedes, though said to then take to another shop for the major issues - rather outside their areas of expertise (that cars very hard to work on, caused a lot of swearing on husbands part when hed work on it 😁; hes gone now, unfortunately, so glad to have the folks at Firestone, whom I can trust!).Besides, Firestones always so busy they didnt need it taking up space while they tried to find parts ... the MERCEDES shop couldnt get things like visors and cruise control about 10 years ago!At any rate: reliable, dependable, competent, and conscientious workers at Firestone ... good people!Thanks, all!

Horrible. My boyfriend dropped his car off for an alignment, and firestone called him to the shop to start the car 3 different times because apparently manuals are “too complicated” for them to start. (The shifter was in gear and not neutral.... how can mechanics not figure out how to start a manual?) He ended up dropping off his car off for an alignment last Wednesday, and not 1, but 2 whole days later the shop called saying the car was “done”. He went to the shop to pick up his car and was told that they actually weren’t able to do the alignment, or anything in the matter, because of one loose bolt, which is fine I guess - but don’t claim to say your a full auto service company if you can’t even tighten some bolts. And especially don’t call your clients saying something is done that literally nothing was done to. The shop said they wouldn’t even have anyone in who could SEE if they could tighten the bolt until the next Wednesday, a whole 5 days after. So my bf took the car to fix the one loose bolt himself over the weekend to avoid any issues, and brought it back on Wednesday as they asked, only for them to tell him they never put him on the schedule in the first place.We had to share a car for the whole week and working in 2 completely different locations made this really difficult.This whole establishment struck me as disorganized, unprofessional, and definitely not considerate or compassionate with how not having a car makes day to day life much more difficult.This was an alignment that should have only taken 1 day, and it took over a week. We never did get the alignment done because we decided to go to another business that was able to do everything THE SAME DAY (the car got in the day before Firestone was even able to do it. If we waited it would still be in shop right now)Will never try to get service done here ever again and would not recommend it.

Went in for my 01 Lexus IS300 for a wheel alignment and after having my car for 6 hours they called to tell me in order to do so they needed to do a suspension inspection, replace the tire rod ends and lower control arms, and that I had an oil leak.Took it elsewhere and found out NONE of this was necessary and the oil leak was because my oil filter was loose. Its hard to find good service sometimes but dont let people take advantage of you. Go somewhere else.

I ordered a set of tires from Tire Rack, and these folks put them on for me. Price was as expected. Time taken was not too bad - just under two hours.Communication is a problem here, though. Nobody could tell me how long it would take. Nobody warned me ahead of time that I could not stay in their waiting room. A rather nebulous verbal report about my brakes. My rating may improve, after my mechanic verifies the brakes.

These days its become extremely difficult to find a place of business you can trust to provide quality work, give honest and transparent feedback, and in the end leave you feeling completely satisfied with their services. Especially when it comes to automotive service and repair shops. But the Firestone Complete Autocare in Bremerton, Wa off of Wheaten Way accomplished all of those things. The customer service staff up front were very helpful, kind, and understanding. Even after I missed my scheduled appointment, they were able to work me into their already busy schedule the very next day. Then the technition who was working on my car took the time, despite of the fact that they were obviously very busy, to show me what he found to be the cause of some concerns I had mentioned when dropping off my car. When the work was all done and I was in the front office picking up my car, and the same technician stepped in for just a minute to explain the before and after of my wheel balance and alignment results, and quickly go over his findings from doing an inspection on my car. This kind of transparency and professionalism is something that I truly appreciate. After leaving the shop and driving around for a bit, I couldnt be more happy with the results from my visit to Firestone. I believe the name of the technician that worked on my car is Mike, I hope that Firestone takes care of that guy and keeps him around, good technicians like that are very hard to find.

Phone customer service could definitely use some improvement. The tone and impoliteness that whoever was on the phone displayed bothered me enough to leave this review. Also, they close at 4 on Sunday, not 6 as the listing says.

2 hrs for 4 new tires. With appointment. As soon as I got in my vehicle it said low tire pressure. I asked the guy to check. Indeed 3 of 4 were low. Wont be going back

After dealing with a scam of a shop across the street, Firestone finally correctly diagnosed and fixed a vibration issue in my camper van that the other shop couldnt figure out and kept having me spend money to fix.The female service advisor was knowledgeable and friendly, and the employees even offered to let me park the van in the back of the shop overnight since I was living in it at the time. Absolutely love Firestone!

Nice people. But horrendously expensive oil change, and didnt even fill the windshield wiper fluid at that inflated price. Wont be back.

Parking was horrible, took along time for a employee to help me. They are priced a little high on things and it takes to long for the work to be done.

This shop obviously doesn’t know or care about attention to detail, got new tires put on by them and they couldn’t even put any of my valve caps on the new tires. On top of that my center wheel cap cover fell off, can only guess they couldn’t or forgot to check to see if they were secured. After checking to see if the others were loose, the remaining three were loose as well! Will not be back, lazy mechanics, no attention to detail, horrible shop.

Whoever I spoke to on the phone was the opposite of polite. I called to ask if they purchased used wheels and all I got was No we do not and a hang up. His tone was also despicable. I dont post reviews, but I had to this time.

Had a front end alignment. The start to finish process was smoth,smooth, price reasonable and the customer service was great.

My wife went here on Saturday for an oil change. They automatically signed her up for a $75 full synthetic oil change on her 2013 Ford Escape, even though its not necessary....for reference, she went elsewhere and got a standard oil change for $43. But the guy knew she didnt know any better. Hope that extra $30 was worth losing a customer.Also, they quoted us on new tires for $1400. Went down the road to Les Schwab and got offered better tires for $900.

Been meaning to write this for a bit, Bremerton Firestone is amazing. I know my way around cars, not enough to work on cars regularly, but enough to explain problems and know what is going on when I lift the hood of a car up. Josh, Brian, Devon, Ken, Don, Ron, Lee, and the rest of the crew are absolutely fantastic. It is one of two mechanics I have been to (the other being in New York) where the crew listen to me and pay attention to what I say. Everyone in that store pays attention, asks relevant questions and never tries to just humor me and rush me out. I take my mothers and best friends vehicles there because despite Firestone being one of the more expensive mechanics retailers, this store will take the time to understand what the problems area as well as work with you. All work is done with regular updates and communications and no one starts working on the car until both parties understand what is going to be done and why. The Firestone credit card makes it possible to pay off even large expensive work in a timely fashion without being hit with the interest (no interest if paid off in 6 months). I have been overcharged, had needless repairs done, and even had to scrap a car because of the work done in the shops I have gone to. The upfront cost is paid back with the peace of mind I get knowing my car is well taken care of and looked after and that labor/ parts have a warranty for a more than reasonable amount of time. Any issues where a warrenty has been used has been taken care of immediately and with no hassle or quibbling.

It was my first time using Firestone tire servicing. They performed a surgery on the tire for about 40 minutes and removed a one and half inch metal. Great service! Highly recommend it, Tire is recovered and rolling. The bonus was the servicing was done for Free.

I had taken my car here maybe 6 months ago to have it aligned after I installed new ball joints etc. They were busy that day but still made the time to squeeze me in the schedule and get it done. I had to commute to work that night and it would have been a not so good experience if they hadnt help me. Thank you soo much.

My experience at Firestone in Bremerton was one of the best Ive ever had. They made me feel at ease by treating my car as if it was there own the whole time. I knew my car was in good hands. I HIGHLY recommend this Firestone location to everyone. The only problem I had was with the Google maps directions. It told me to make a left of Pearl Street, but the place is actually a little further passed it. You cant miss you, and you wont be disappointed.

Very disappointed with my experience here, given the other positive reviews. I took my car in for a slow leak in one of the tires. They briefly looked at it and told me they couldnt find a leak, and suggested that my cars tire pressure sensor for that wheel was faulty.Then when I picked my car up, I noticed that my monthly parking pass had been stolen from the glove compartment, and it was a major hassle to replace in addition to being a major violation of my trust.A few weeks later I took the car to Discount Tire up near Fred Meyer to get a second opinion about the slow leak. It took then less than a minute to find a small screw embedded in the tire, and they quickly repaired it for free. I really have no idea how the Firestone couldve missed this.Within the next year Ill be replacing all four tires on the car, and I certainly know who Ill be going to for that.

I’ve used Firestone forever and have never been let down. Before I could drive my mother used them and as a single mother who knew nothing about automotive repair they treated her right and earned a customer for life.

Really good understanding people, i dropped my motorcycle out in the street and they were nice enough to let me keep it there over night to figure out what to do with it. Will be going back there for oil changes and tires on my car in the near future!

Ive had 3 cars serviced here over the past two years and each time they have done the job correctly the first time. The staff is friendly and the manager is not only willing to listen, but to take action when it was warranted. I made a note on the customer reply card about a light bulb issue, and received a call that week to bring it in for service (in warranty) to correct the problem.This is a good shop with good people.

It was quick and affordable, but I dont think the inspection covered everything I wanted. They didnt really describe what they were doing exactly, but it was so affordable I didnt care and you can look through the glass into the garage of you are curious about progress

Had an unfortunate experience there.I had scheduled an appointment specifically for an a/c service (which was in the confirmation/notes for the reservation), but upon getting there, they informed me that the person who does a/c work is *never* there at that time. It wouldve been nice to have a phone call so I didnt trek in early, or offer to reschedule it to a different dya.Instead, the employee was rather rude about it and faked not knowing what was going on...until I pointed it out on the printout right in front of him.

Dont go to this location.1. Broke off all 4 emblems on my wheel covers. Im serious. Broke them all off and didnt care. They even documented the damage they did.2. Removed and discarded the wind guard on my drivers side wiper arm. (A standard component on my vehicle.) Then replaced my wiper blades with two different brands (styles). Looks absurd. Who does this?3. Left grease all over the inside of my drivers side interior. Plus, made me think I had an oil leak, when it was just them (Brian) not cleaning up the mess from work done. Sloppy, to say the least.4. To add insult to injury, parked my car under a pine tree outside of their establishment, where it became completely covered in tree sap. I mean completely. This right after I had washed and detailed my vehicle.To sum up, rude and thuggish customer service. No call back on issues when promised. A total cat and mouse game ensued. Needless to say, I will never do business with Firestone again.If you want your vehicle vandalized, then go here.Edit: To the below Firestone response... Are you serious?!! You want my contact information, so you can console me? Its in your computer... Duh!! Your lame response to my issues just validates everything that Ive stated above. GO ELSEWHERE! Had an apt at 10 to install all tires. At 11:15 I ask if its going to be done in 15 min like they said. We cant find your tires is what Im told. Found the tires ten mins later and says its going to be another hour. No organization, no use in making appointments. I never write reviews but the fact it took an hour and a half to look at an appointment is wild.

Had my car for over a week, when i called 3 times to get an update, they couldnt tell ke anything other than its up on the lift and told me that it all points to the transmission and proceeded to read off the issues that I told them when I brought it in....if they are too busy to look at it fine, but dont give me some bs song and dance about what they have not looked at.

Do not go there...took my car for a joy ride using up my gas didnt align my wheels and charged me when I had lifetime warranty...horrible place damaged my car refused to pay to fix it. Took corporate over a month responding and refunding me less then what I paid.

I only ever liked this Firestone. It feels like an old school neighborhood garage because of the staff.

Worst place ever. Do not go here. They put cheap tires on your car then when one goes flat not even two days later they blame it on you. Then replace it with even cheaper ones that have beading issues and wont hold air.

The mechanics at this Firestone quoted me one price, and when I came to pick up my vehicle the price of the work was suddenly much higher. In addition the work done on my vehicle was shoddy. I had my breaks replaced, and since that time they squeal extremely loudly. This is a problem which never existed prior to Firestone working on my vehicle. When I took the vehicle back to have them address the squealing, I was told that it wasnt a big deal.

Totally took advantage of my kid told himbone price and didnt honor it. It went from 100.00 for diagnostic and almost 900.00 to fix

These guys are super nice and awsome i took my truck and car there for some estimates...We have yet to get the work done..tho,we ran into a few mishaps.. such as forgetting we spoke and set a time to come in..ALTHO......THE THOUGHT THAT COUNTS, is they still made it happen and took my car in anyway.. WHICH i am so thankful for...Ill definatly be back again hopefully to get these problems ive been having fixed..They are a great staff and super friendly.. just need a womens touch i believe to get more organized.. ;) 😉.. exspecially with office stuff like answering calls and setting appointments..😁I do recomend there services..the prices are reasonable and there great people with great customer service... but my only tip is make sure they get your name number and make year and model of your car.. to avoid mishaps.. / mis communication..
