My phone broke during my visit to Texas so I stopped at this AT&T. The staff was fantastic! Super knowledgeable and helped me without hesitation. Marquise (the manager I believe) was extremely polite, well spoken and handle the transaction flawlessly. Definitely the easiest time I’ve ever had in a cell phone store ever. Highly recommend this store if you have any phone needs!

I bought a new AT&T cell phone. They told me how to transfer things from my old cell to the new one. I got most or some of it transferred so I went back to the store today. Vicki waited on me and she is a real gem. She made me not feel dumb. She was so sweet and took care of my problems. Vicki gives your business the best praise. Now I have a complaint but definitely not against Vicki. In your store you have one table for customers with chairs. The rest of your tables are high with a tractor seat to sit on. All of your customers are not young. You have a lot of senior citizens. You need tables and chairs. It looks like your going in to sit at a bar. I had to take my own seat in with me.Paula Boeker

I came in to get an upgrade to the new iPhone 13. When I walked in I was helped immediately and told the differences in the phone and the phone specs. My order was placed swiftly and the whole process was explained perfectly!

The guys that work were so helpful! I got internet for my RV even though customer care told me we couldn’t get internet where I was at. I’d recommend coming in the stores rather than dealing with them over the phone. The people that work here know what they’re talking about

Wanting to change our Internet to AT&T, we went into the store several times. The staff was ALWAYS knowledgable and helpful. However, there is a disconnect between this business and the corporate business. We were never able to connect service and spent weeks getting expenses removed from our bill. It was not the Brenham offices fault; they were powerless to help us.

Vicki was the greatest person in my life today. Please give her a raise. She was the most knowledgeable and polite person I’ve ever met at any of your AT&T stores ever. At age 70 I’ve been to many of your stores.

Vickie was absolutely Wonderful! I can in with all sorts of problems with my Apple Watch, my iPhone and iPad. She was very patient and worked hard helping me. She is so knowledge! I also bought a new iPhone 12 Pro.

I have had DirecTV through ATT for over 2 years under contract. I called to cancel contract and was informed I still have 12 months left. I found out after tons of debate back and forth that a new contract was started on July 2020 and that my contract is not up till July 2022. I was lied to and swindled and told that they dont get new customer compensation. That is a lie as well. I sold services with them for 2 years and was compensated for every one of them. Now I am stuck in a contract I did not authorize. I was called a liar over and over again. So now I have to pay to get out of contract or keep services. All I can say is watch out when dealing with this company!!!!

The guy that put me on the waiting list was rude and couldnt give me any details on Iphones. Every time I asked for a phone he said WE DONT HAVE IT and rolled his eyes.

Saul was very helpful and honest. He helped me figure out how to activate cellular data on my watch so I could leave my phone at home. He also helped us reset our account information when there was much trouble and confusion. The store was friendly, clean and professional.

I went to the Att store in Brenham Texas to pay my bill. I always use the machines you put your money or card in. As I walked up to the machine I saw one was out of order and the other was card only, unfortunately I only had cash. A young man approached me and said, you have to wait! First of all I don’t have to wait, I wait if I want to. He should have said ma’am I can be with you in a minute or something like that, to me just saying I have to wait was rude, then two more people came In and was waited on right away! What ever happened to good customer service! Or only certain people get good customer service? You tell me!

Synergies is a first class att service rep!

After 3 or 4 attempts too correct the issue with my iPhone Xs via phone system I was instructed to visit a store and get a new SIM card. That did not fix the issue of the internet not working, including WiFi. The employee took the phone and scrolled through and found a second place where my VPN was enabled to turn itself on and off at its own will. Turned that off and the problem was solved. The next move would have been erasing the entire phone and starting over!

Synethia in Brenham was excellent times 10. She knows her product and helped me me understand with utmost care...I’m 66 1/2. She fixed my account that was botched up by another store in the big city. She is trusty and caring and she is the kind of person that keeps my business. When AT&T was Southwestern Bell in the 80,s is when I got my first cell phone and has been a customer since.

They had good service and were patient when dealing with our questions, complaints, etc. They did everything they could to get us signed up with the best deal. We even had my 5 year old brother with us and they enjoy answering his many questions, him running around and playing hide and seek with them, and even gave him a display item that he liked. I will gladly return here again and recommend it.
