Riley Farmer was very helpful. He was able to update my new phone with all my old information. He had to do this without me knowing my password and using my old broken phone which was only showing the top part of screen. I will try to contact Riley with future problems as he is the best ever!

My experience with the Verizon Authorized Retailer here in Brenham was exceptional. Gilbert Argueliez expertly guide me with upgrading my 6 phone lines including the service plans. At the end of the day based on his recommendations he had reduce my monthly plan costs by $70 a month at the same time upgrading all of our phones. Well done!

The help here has always been good but our experience with Riley F. was simply outstanding. He helped my husband and I upgrade to a new phone, not rocket science, but he was so very kind, super knowledgable and fast (bonus). We made great conversation while we waited and left feeling generally satisfied after getting what we needed and nothing we didnt want. We also left knowing we met an outstanding young man.The next day we had another issue with an upgrade we had done previously at another retail store. We called Riley for help immediately because he had been so incredibly kind and super knowledgeable. He told us to come in and he would try and resolve our issue for us. We came in, and in about 5 minutes he solved a problem that I thought was going to cause me to have to return a phone and start all over from the other retail store. He printed my document, boxed my item and sent me on my way.Let me just say this young man is going places. I hope that Verizon recognizes the man they have here. He is very smart and incredibly efficient, but more than that he is caring and good at his job. He has ethics and depth and that is something you just dont get very often. He is definitely going to make an impact somewhere, thanks for making one on us. Waited for assistance over 30 minutes, and no one would help us. People were coming into the store while we were waiting and the man at the first desk was telling them he would help them.
