Living in Michigan and traveling through Nashville had emissions issue with my Q7. Called this dealership and they bent over backwards to accommodate my needs. Every person I came into contact with was extremely professional. The service advisor Tyson was phenomenal to say the least! My dealership that I use could really learn some valuable lessons from from Audi Nashville!
From the time I pulled up at Audio of Nashville they treated me with respect and were never pushy about making a car sale which I was thankful for. I quickly meant Jose whom showed me the car I was interested in and got me set up for a test drive. The whole team at Audi even went as far to make sure the financial part was quickly taken care of because I had my little ones with me. This is a big company but they make you feel like your part of the Audi Family. I highly recommend Audi and Jose for all your car buying needs. Thank you Audi of Nashville!!

This was my first time using Audi Service Department and they were awesome!! Tyson Gomez was my contact person but I also worked with Holland - both of these gentlemen were exactly that - Gentlemen, knowledgeable, helpful and didnt try to over sell me on anything!! I will definitely be using this service department on my Q7.The waiting area was clean and spacious - plenty of room for distancing. The restroom was also very clean as well.I didnt have a ride back to my office and Joe drove me all the way from Cool Springs into Nashville - no other dealership offers that kind of long range service, in my experience.The only problem I did have was my car was not wiped down after my car wash - granted it was late and the department worked late to get my car to me so hopefully next time, the Car Wash will be extra perfect.I love my new Audi and am so pleased to have this service department available to me
My experience overall was great! Holland took care of me upon arrival. He was very professional, polite, and extremely helpful. While I waited for my car to be serviced, I enjoyed a free massage in a chair located upstairs on the 2nd level. Ahhh, what a relaxing & restful way to pass the time! I was pleased with the recommendations provided and approved service for an oil change & filter. I love the complimentary car wash as well. Once all services were completed and my car was returned to me, I thought it was brand new. I was very pleased and would highly recommend checking out Audi Of Nashville! Kudos To The Entire Team!
This was a mileage/time routine service. Estimate was given up front and proved to be accurate although environmental/disposal fee was not included in estimate. It would be good to know this up front and have a better explanation as to what it covers. Seems like a pad to me. Loaner car was ready to go although matching the fuel level upon return was a bit tricky. Might be good to have a card that indicates how many gallons to add per miles driven. Washing the my vehicle before returning it was appreciatedService advisor, C.J. Harrison did an excellent job of explaining service to be done and costs. He was helpful in determining which additional services were needed or not and did a good job communicating when my vehicle was ready.Overall, I would rate my service experience very good.
Three visits - first was to test drive, the second was to have my husband test drive and the third was to pick up my car....all great experiences. Smooth. Friendly. Just no discount on my car but understand in these times.
I cannot say enough nice things about Joe Virgen. He was so nice and professional when my fiancé bought our Audi. Joe also has a wonderful high-spirited demeanor, which makes you feel like you already know him. He is a great communicator and responds quickly to calls and texts. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a car to give him a visit.

Holland did a great job taking care of me. It was getting close to the end of the day and he asked a tech to stay and change out my two rear tires . We were leaving on a driving trip in the morning so really needed it done last night. He came through for me so we can get on the road today. It nice to see and experience great customer service .

Service advisor (R.Long) was courteous and professional. Although I arrived a little early I was greeted promptly and service issues addressed.
Great response to my minor emergency - service reps, transportation coordinator and Im sure the shop techs as well.
Quick check in, very professional. Had a bit of a wait but I expected it due to the type of repair. Was offered a shuttle which I took advantage of to grab a bite. Text messages kept me updated on progress and when vehicle service was completed. I was very well taken care of and the staff was helpful and courteous.
I used to work with Bobby, who was an awesome service advisor, and as he moved onto a different position I now work with Tim Ellis. Clearly they have excellent service advisors as Tim has provided nothing but the best service that I’ve come to expect from Audi Nashville. Couldn’t recommend the more.
Nashville is not my usual Audi Service Center, but my AC unfortunately broke (ran out of freeon) on a road trip from East TN to West TN. This happened about 30 minutes outside of Nashville, and when I called Audi Nashville, they were incredible accommodating and saw me right away on a Friday afternoon. It was 95 degrees and sunny out, it was unbearably hot, and I was unable to safely continue my road trip with my dog without AC. I am so incredibly grateful that they saw me on an emergency basis! They fixed the issue in under an hour, and I was able to get back on the road and safely finish my trip. They are so sweet, efficient, and wonderful! I couldnt recommend them more highly.
Tim was so professional. Bobby was my service advisor. Tim is now my service advisor. I am happy with all my service at Audi.
The service folks were very nice. The repair took a couple days longer than expected. Once we received the vehicle back, the Apple play usb port was no longer working. Ill now have to schedule another appointment to take it in again.
All of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming from the beginning. I was helped by CJ for the duration of my visit and thoroughly enjoyed working with him. He was clear and thorough in his explanations of everything relating to the service of my car and I will definitely return for any future needs.
The GM at Audi Nashville, Robert, is amazing. He made sure I was taken care of and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I had an appointment at 8am, but was not seen for drop-off until 815am. I arranged my appointment weeks in advance using the online system and requested a 20K mile check-up, a full detail, and check for squeaking brakes. After confirming this with the associate the morning of the service, he let me know that detail services are not available on Saturday (even though the online portal allows the customer to reserve it) and that every Q5 hes worked on has squeaking brakes - its just how theyre made. So, I get my bill for $637 for 20K mile check-up and oil change, no detail, and my brakes still squeak. This isnt my first poor experience at Audi Nashville; however, it will be my last because I will be selling my Audi and switching to another luxury car brand due to the constant headaches associated with this location.
I moved to Nashville two months ago from Texas where the Audi dealership in my hometown has made me a massive Audi fan and a big fan of their customer service experience time and time again. However, I have never been more disappointed by an Audi dealership in my life. By far the worst experience I have ever had at one. From the service rep who took care of my experience to the actual service done to my car, it was absolutely pitiful and if I were the manager I would be embarrassed to call this my Audi location. If you are needing service on your vehicle, I would never recommend dropping it off here, as I will be driving all the way to Knoxville to go to a dealer who cares about its customers.
The dealership fixed a recall for me. Everyone was very nice, the service was done in a professional way, and the issue was fixed promptly. Overall, it was a very smooth process.
Audi is a bit expensive but they are the only ones that can provide tires for a Q7 and they do very good quality work. CJ Harrison our service advisor did a great job and was very professional. Despite a lack of technicians to service cars, he was able to get our car in for a simple two tire installation in a reasonable amount of time. CJ did a good job of communicating with us throughout the service time.
Love dealing with the kind folks at Audi. Anytime I have an issue with my Q5, they are able to get me in within a few days and I am always able to get a loaner vehicle. The service folks do great work and the folks at the front are always so kind and courteous. I did have an oil light come on recently that concerned me and dropped in unannounced. They were able to correct the problem within 20 mins and I was on my way. Highly recommend!!

CJ is always very courteous and professional. When I arrived for an oil change and tire rotation, I explained that I had an appointment later that afternoon and asked if my car would be ready in time. CJ made sure I had my car within ample time -- I was out in less than 2 hours. And, as Im accustomed to working remotely these days, I was able to work upstairs in a quite area that allowed me to plug in, attend a couple of virtual meetings, and stay socially distanced from others around me. I highly recommend using Audi Nashville in Cool Springs whether you need routine maintenance or more in-depth services.
My husband and I were traveling through from Michigan to Florida. We blew a tire on our basically brand new Audi and drove over an hour to this location because I was told over the phone I would receive help. When we got there Tim looked at our tire for us and looked up the replacement tire and offered to order a new one since there wasn’t one in stock, he then recommended we drive back 10 hours to Florida w a donut on and just to drive slow. Instead of trying to help us find a comparable tire which we were willing to pay for. I felt blown off and dismissed. We went down the road to discount tire who put a similar tire on and we understood that it was not permanent but would get us home, instead of driving on a spare tire. I was greatly disappointed in the efforts of this dealership to help take care of an Audi customer when we were told they would do what they could to get us back on the road. I felt that was not the case, you missed out a simple $250 fix.

Tyson was a phenomenal help in getting my door handle repaired. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a loaner car, and reached out to make sure everything was fully cared for. We just moved here and Tyson has taken care of me the last two times we have come.
I received the worst customer service this location more than once, I would give them zero stars if I could. The first incident was when my mother (who bought her Audi from here) was on the phone with a representative about the warranty on her car when the employee hung up on her mid sentence because he decided he had enough of the conversation. The second time was when I was looking to purchase a Mercedes they had in stock. We waited over 10 minutes for someone to even say hello, then the man who helped us was very cold and acted like he did not want to sell me the car. I ended up purchasing my car from Mercedes Benz of Music City that same day. There, the people are all so nice and much more professional than the ones at this Audi dealership. Bottom line, their customer service is awful and they do not care! Do not buy from here!
First time for a less than good experience. Brought car in for windshield replacement. After leaving car a few days learned that windshield ordered was put into someone elses car. Had to go get car to avoid leaving for more than one week. The customer caring seems to be gone here, what happened?

Getting the written quote via text message was convenient and made it easy to determine which repairs to proceed with.

Made an appointment on-line through MyAudi website which they didnt seem to have. Had a confirmation number and all that. Took over 4 hours for a general service call, granted with a ECM software update but then forgot I asked for new wiper blades. So not the greatest first visit. Staff was friendly and polite but if I go through the trouble to make an appointment its because I dont want to be there 4 hours....
We drove 3 hours to look at a vehicle they had listed for 11,500. We get there and they said it’s not been gone through and fixed since it needed all around body work, broken fog lights, and pretty bad shape none of it was shown in pictures. Then while we were talking to the salesman they changed the price on their website. Anyway long story (3hours of waiting around) they were trying to sell us that vehicle for $14,200. Robert the general manager is definitely the definition of a lying car salesman with a forked tongue. Seriously the worst I’ve ever experienced.

Update: The service manager did give me a call and talked with me about the service. I expressed my frustration around the service I received, price point for amount of service received, and customer service. He did take care of the service and we discussed a plan moving forward if I decide to return for service. I appreciated the conversation.Original post: I have owned an Audi for 3 years and previously have had it serviced in Knoxville. I recently moved to Nashville and I transferred my service to Audi of Nashville. I have never been disappointed in car service but I am highly disappointed in the service I have received from this department. Not only were the charges not specified and outlined upfront but they charged me 4 times the amount of my normal oil change/tire rotation/ fluids/ inspection service. When asked about where the extra charges were coming from I kept getting vague answers from the service manager. Upon picking up my vehicle I learned that there was a huge labor charge in addition to the cost of parts compared to the normal $40-$100 labor charge for similar/ same service by a dealership in Knoxville. Upon pick up I was also charged for the courtesy car wash even though I had specified I didnt want it and it wasnt taken off my bill. Needless to say I wont be purchasing a new vehicle from this dealership as I had planned and wont be returning for service. It is worth the drive all the way back to Knoxville to receive quality service which should be completely unnecessary.

Pretty decent results the times Ive been . Spacious layout and there are usually snacks and water.I called a few weeks ago to price having a windshield wiper arm replaced and service advisers were unable to proved an estimated price? I was able to get price of the part from parts dept but service was completely aloof and unable, seemingly unwilling, to provide an estimate. I mean how many man hours could it take? Admittedly shocked at the lack of desire and attempt to provide support.

I was so disappointed… if I could have gotten my own battery replaced and a thorough diagnostic, along with several repairs, I would have went somewhere else. My biggest complaint of all was not the repairs, battery replacement, etc. It was actually a problem that I did not come in for. When I left the dealership after the repairs were done, I noticed my tire pressure was low so I stopped by a gas station to pump air. When I got to Fort Campbell, an hour away, I realized my driver’s side tire was almost flat on 8 PSI. I didn’t realize until after, the mechanics didn’t properly close the valve on the drivers tire so it kept leaking air since I left the dealership. I called Rodney, the maintenance clerk involved in my repairs and he never called me back. Needless to say, if I ever do go back, I’m questioning everything they do before I leave the dealership to make sure they know to do their job right.
I was really pressed for time on Tuesday, had a service appt with Holland for my Q7. He got me in and out quickly and completely accommodated me, no hassles or frills and i really appreciated that. He was awesome!!

TERRIBLE SALES PERSON INTERACTION!I make plenty of money, and was looking to lease an Audi. I was told that the yearly mileage was 7500 miles and twice the monthly cost, and when I politely showed him the Audi webpage showing that the monthly price/mileage as advertised online was significantly lower, he stated we just put that out there to bring people in.Such a SCAM. TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE
I went to Audi Nashville in July looking to gift myself for graduation. I walked in, the building was neat, clean and everyone was pleasant. I signed in upon looking at a suv on the show room. Kim Yong assisted me in finding the perfect vehicle for me. I would recommend him any day. We communicated for weeks but due to travel the suv I was interested in sold. Although I was bummed at first the truly perfect suv was being shipped from port. I put my down payment in and it arrived ahead of schedule! He sent me pictures of it and kept me up to date. I did alot of information sharing over the phone which resulted in a speedy signing process. Ms. Anita was so awesome as well and made my first big purchase a breeze. I would highly recommend purchasing your Audi from the Nashville location.
