I am visiting from out of state to care for a sick relative and my car wouldnt start. When I called the dealership to make an appointment the first available was not until September 9th. I explained that I was trying to leave Tennessee on the 21st of August. A few minutes later, Debbie, a service advisor, called me back and said to bring the car in and she would do everything possible to keep me on my schedule. Fortunately it was only the battery and I had my car back the following day!

The Mini of Nashville Service department was cordial, assertive and listened to my needs. The price of service reflects that of a BMW but the product is quality. I recommend them highly. The smell of the building was that of petrol so this would be my only gripe needing to be addressed.
