This was almost a perfect car dealership experience. I was able to test drive the vehicle like an adult. I was given free reign to test the vehicle. Everyone I encountered was extremely friendly, and it was a relaxed environment. Gary and Kandi were great to work with. I would definitely recommend.
The staff was friendly and helpful. They did all they could to help me make an informed decision. I never felt pressured to decide. They tried to satisfy all my needs in the transaction.
Customer service is everything and I have never been disappointed with the service department here(5 years). They have always put me the customer first. Recently had a problem with my wheel locks-Deb and Alicia( the porter)came to the rescue not only were they swift they came with such positive attitudes and energy I forgot I was having a not so good day. They went over and beyond and have set the bar extremely high!!
Worst customer service coming here! Especially from a prestige dealership like BMW. My car was not detailed, service due was on display. I called the next day to see when I could bring the car. Talked to JAMES so we can bring the car back on Saturday. We did and it took them 4 hours to pretty much to just wash the car. They didnt check as why service due on. And to make matters worse we called today to bring the car in which was having problems and was told they couldn’t do anything. Keep in mind it’s only been 3 weeks since we bought it
Warm and welcoming. Met with Gary and had a great time buying a VERY nice, VERY clean, VERY well maintained and priced used vehicle after looking around for about a month. I had been shopping around for about a week before contacted them to ask for some specifics on one of the vehicles I had seen on the website. They promptly sent me the information I had requested. Through the rest of the, about 3 weeks, I received one follow up email and one phone call. Nothing throughout the experience ever felt pushy or rushed.CHALLENGE: They say that they have the best prices in the area. I couldnt prove them wrong. Especially with the high quality of there selection.
We were very comfortable with your representative; he met us at the door; offered us pandemic protection; offered us water; answered all questions or found other persons to help with answers; provided good environment; had an odd coffee cup on his desk which he explained and recommended a good place for us to eat nearby and shared some great pictures of food he had prepared himself and shared with us his military background; great person! He was knowledgeable, responsive, accommodating, and just the right amount of drive. From taking pictures to send to me in Memphis to giving his expertise on the process. He was top notch. Even checked in to ensure that I would be safe on the highway. We were received with open arms. He fixed every problem that we had. And Kandy, the finance manager topped it off. What a world class experience from beginning to end. It was well worth the drive from Memphis just to do business with this team. I promise I’ll be back!!!

I have bought three cars from BMW so far, and it has been a great experience. I’ve had experiences with the Knoxville BMW location (would recommend) and BMW North Nashville on Armory (would NOT recommend) too. This dealership moves slow at times, but I’ve always left satisfied. They are honest and friendly in sales and service. BMW financial has excellent rates. The service manager made sure I didn’t leave without meeting my car requirements. This is the best location in middle TN- worth a 45 minute trip for the quality service. Joseph in service went above and beyond to accommodate my car servicing needs recently too. My entire family buys from here. 5/5 would recommend.
Came here after going to several places (as far away as Wichita). We wanted a very specific car/trim and it was difficult to find. We, by chance, found it here and the experience couldnt have been better. The process was everything that it should be. No games, no gimmicks, no hidden costs, etc... was a used car and had it a month and absolutely no issues at all. The guy we dealt with, Adam, was great. Because of him, this will be the first place we look for our next vehicle. Anyway, if youre looking for a new/used car, give this place a shot at your business. You wont regret it.
We had a very positive experience with the sales team and with the whole process. We found a vehicle online and requested information. They provided the info quickly and efficiently. They provided follow up and answered any questions we asked in a timely manner. The sales team (our salesperson was Mitchell Pope) were respectful at all times. We were not pressured into anything and were guided through a seamless process. We were given quality value for our trade. I was hesitant to go to this dealership because of negative reviews I had read - I am glad I disregarded these negative reviews as not one of them held true in our experience. The only reason I am not giving five stars is the policy for equity is to receive the check by mail and not with you as you leave the dealership. Understandably, I am hesitant in this part of the process and was told it could take 2-5 weeks. However, I was not mislead, I was told this information up front and chose to trust the process. I have even already referred others to this dealership and to our salesperson. I am anxiously awaiting my equity but have no reason not to believe in the honesty of this dealership. I love my trade and am glad to have chosen BMW of Nashville.

Be careful on one of the Service advisor name Kevin. I went there because they have promotion on oil change, 3 year for $199. but, this guy try to charge me over a thousand for oil change! at beginning he say last place tight the oil plug too tight, they are not BMW train technician, so theres six hundred something for oil plug, than my 2016 BMW X5 is too old, it need software update to run smoother, so theres another Five hundred something for software update. and lastly theres $79 shop fee for your car to use their facility. everything so ridicules!I believe most service advisor there are great and honest, and I dont believe BMW will use this promotion to fish customer. It just this particular guy make my experience so bad!

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. By far the worst service I have ever had at a dealership. Went and looked at a used car. Told the salesman I thought the price was high based on my research. Salesman got defensive and said price was already a deal and with technology this is how things are done nowadays. Finally decided to just give in and buy the car because I was tired of looking. When I called back, my salesman was off so I talked with the sales manager. He told me to come in. I get a call an hour later. They already committed the car to someone else, but someone else would call me back shortly to see what else they had. That salesman didnt call me until the next morning. Safe to say I didnt answer. When they did sell the car I was interested in, I saw that they sold it for a $750 less than I was quoted, so I was right. I ended up going to Atlanta to get my BMW, and it was a blessing in disguise. Great service and great deal. Do yourself a favor. Go elsewhere. These guys are the only guys in town and know it, so you will get taken advantage of. Dont waste your time or money on such sleazy, arrogant people.
It can be scary buying a car when you live out of state, but Luz did an excellent job and made it super easy. Michelle in the finance department was also super friendly and pleasant. Overall I had a great experience purchasing my new vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership... Nothing but professionalism.

This dealership and the salespeople (Ben and Tim) it employs have no integrity and do not give precedence to those that come first or consideration to buyers outside of the local area.I live in Biloxi, MS and contacted them about a vehicle around the 27th of August. Due to the impending Hurricane Ida and a need to hunker down, I was unable to fly out immediately to complete the purchase. I requested to hold the vehicle but was told they only would for 48 hours with a $1,000 deposit - no big deal. With my inability to leave due to the hurricane, I requested an extended hold and even offered to send additional funds for the days beyond the 48 hours it would be held but was told they could not due to company policy.As far as I know, the company policy of every car dealer is to make money...and I was approved for this vehicle and then some and just needed to get to the dealer to give them the money. The hurricane passes and thankfully does not impact me in the ways it potentially could have and I buy a (thankfully refundable) ticket that night. Due to the hour at which I bought the ticket, I respected Bens off time and told him as soon as business hours started that I bought a ticket (based on his assurances that it would be there and not needing or accepting the hold fee [and additional hold fees]) and was coming for the vehicle the next day.He informs me hours later that he came into work late that day and Tim had a person in the dealership looking at and preparing a purchase for the vehicle. Neat, right? Despite my explanations of the events leading up to this to Tim and other sales managers, I was told that I was out of luck (because they would not accept my money and hold the vehicle). I even offered to send my full $10,000 down payment, as well as pay more, to secure the vehicle then and there but was turned down.In the end, the company made their money, but showed a real lack of integrity and respect towards the buyer that came first. Communication between sales staff members, as well as to management, has also been shown to be lacking.If you live in Nashville and can make it that afternoon, this might be the dealership for you, but I would be wary if you need to come the next day.
Every experience with BMW of Nashville has been excellent but today the team went above and beyond. My car started sending messages and then shut down and called BMW roadside assistance. Because the rep that answered the call could not understand my electronic voice, she hung up on me. I felt abandoned with a car that would not run, on the side of the highway. I texted Sarah, my service rep, and then Albert in parts. Sarah called roadside assistance to send a tow truck and Albert dispatched Ronnie in the courtesy shuttle to pick me up. My car arrived the dealership, the faulty part identified and replaced, and after a car wash my car and I were back on the road. I could not ask for better customer caring service.
I took my car in for an oil change earlier today. They did not reset any of the intervals, and when I called to ask them how I could do it they hung up on me. On top of this, I asked them not to wash my car while I was there, and they still took it through the wash.
I would definitely recommend BMW of Nashville. They are 100% transparent and truly care about their clients. My car buying process was super easy and I was able to handle nearly everything over the phone. Thanks so much to Victoria, Richard, and Chris! Y’all are awesome!

I was traveling and my diesel particulate filter came loose. This happened on a Friday. Fortunately, I this shop got me in on a Saturday and fixed the problem and on my way. Great! The bad; this part had been replaced by BMW as part of a recall. This dealership would not cover the repair because they didn’t fix it the first time. It was about a $1200 repair. The ugly; I was in a fight between my local dealer and this dealership over the price of the parts and labor. I didn’t get a refund but The local dealer unhappily gave me a service credit. I didn’t use it all because I decided that the car was having too many repairs including a $6k repair that was fortunately, mostly cover.I sold my car a week ago with 79K miles. I really like the car but I am a bit sour on bmw right now. This experience was a part of the total experience.

Incredible experience today! I had a car Im considering buying inspected today. Grant did a great job of communicating with me when the seller arrived before me and got the inspection started before I arrived. After the inspection, Jeremiah gave me a thorough review along with pictures. He then walked me out to the car and pointed our each action item and explained the level of repair urgency and whether it could cause bigger problems going forward. After the review, he gave me his card with his cell and told me I could call him anytime. Now thats some incredible old school customer service. Thanks fellas I will absolutely be back.

I saw the vehicle I was interested in online at Cars.com. I called BMW of Nashville and was able to schedule a test drive pretty quick and easy. There was great communication throughout the entire process with out client advisor, Mitchell and the manager there; all of my questions were answered. I ended up buying the vehicle in question and so far, everything is great!

I was looking for a pre-owned car and found one on auto-trader here. I inquired about the vehicle and found that it was still available. When I responded to the ad on autotrader I received an email back from Molly, then when I made an appointment for a test drive it was with Ryan and when I get to the dealership Im handed off to someone named Rez. I passed through 3 people before I took a test drive. I test drove the car and then asked if I could have the car checked out by my mechanic, they reluctantly agreed. I picked the car up the next morning and before my mechanic even has a chance to look at it Im getting texts to bring the car back so it can be shown to someone else, all while preparing an invoice prior to any discussion. (Buyer beware! This is one of those places that adds a $600.00 Doc fee and a $130.00 fee for a title transfer. I dont do business that way.) Sadly the car did not pass inspection by my mechanic. When I returned the car and explained what all my mechanic found wrong with it I was told thanks and that was it. No attempt to show me something else, negotiate, take my info in case something else comes along nothing! It was made abundantly clear they did not want my business! Well guess what? They didnt get it, wont ever get it and I will share my experience with friends and family and on social media so others dont have to experience what I did.

Excuse our band name on my profile.. just bought a Ford Fusion from Ben M at the BMW of Nashville dealership, and I could not have had a better experience! My wife and I were on a tight schedule in getting a replacement vehicle, and Ben was able to have the car we saw online delivered to their store in less than a days time. He also took it upon himself to have it detailed, gassed up and ready to go at our showing time that day! It was parked out front, and we were able to inspect it, sign paper work and close on our financing all within 2 hours.Ben has a great personality, hes funny, and conducted himself very professionally. If I could give more than 5 stars on this review I would! Michael Green and the rest of the staff were wonderful as well.

My overall experience was great. Although I dont agree with some of their polices, it is their busy to run the way they want. With that being said, Tim Bell did a great job to mediate between company and us to get to an agreeable contract. He was calm and very professional, even when I was not. Did a phenomenal job with the recall fixes. the tall skinny dude at the service desk was fun and informative. Got it done an hour early. They did a complementary look over the car and found an oil leak that I was unsure about. It was a great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate bringing the car back another time
I scheduled a service appointment because my coolant low light came on.Since it was a simple fix, I chose to wait.The manager was great. She wanted to check everything out and wash the car which I appreciated.But it took over 2 hours. When I kept asking how much longer, I was told max 30 minutes.An hour later. It was ready. I would have planned my afternoon differently.

This was mine and my wives 1st experience with BMW of Nashville. This was absolutely one of our best buying experiences and we have bought more than a few cars in our 22 years together. We were welcomed and treated exceptionally well by our salesman Mark Demro. He took all the time we needed, answered all of our questions and gave us all the information we needed to make the best choice for us. We loved the fact that we were not pushed into making a decision on a car after our test drives, instead we left the dealership with car faxes on 3 cars that we liked. The vehicle I purchased from BMW of Nashville was exactly what I wanted so, even though the company did not honor the agreed upon price after I drove nearly two hours to purchase it, I went through with the deal because - in the grand scheme of things - it was only a few hundred dollars difference.I specifically requested to have the majority of paper work finished over the phone / online prior to my arrival because I had an appointment (two hours back home) that I needed to attended and was assured I would be in and out in an hour. Unfortunately, again BMW of Nashville was unable / incapable of honoring their word. After nearly an hour of waiting to speak to the finance department, I was out of the building in roughly two hours.A month after purchasing my vehicle, I began calling and emailing various sales reps, managers, and support team personnel in order to inquire about my tags. After two weeks of calling and messaging, I called and pretended I was interested in purchasing a vehicle just so I could speak to someone to figure out where my tags were since they had yet to arrive. I was abruptly hung up on once I explained my predicament.A few more weeks went by and my daily calls and messages persisted until I tried to same tactic again and was finally connected with a manager who again, assured me my tags were on the way. Two days later I was emailed more temporary tags and spoke with another manager who figured out they had sent them to the wrong address and explained that I would now have to file extra paperwork and chase them down myself since they do not offer any more support. The same story applies with the financing of my vehicle. They input the wrong address and I had to track down my own loan payment information via hours of customer support calls and automated machines.Long story short, it has been two months and I still do not have tags and have yet to receive my promised call back. The only reason I gave a star is because my vehicle is what I wanted. Be wary of purchasing from this company and be more detailed orientated than I was because you will not receive any support or assistance once they have your money and your are off their lot.
Excellent service. Extremely quick diagnosis and repair. (Very minor issue with 2020 X5). Car was taken in late the night before and I had a phone call from Brad in service by 10am the next morning saying my car was ready and going over the details. Can’t get any better than that.
Margaret and Ryan were very helpful on the sales side and made the online transaction a great experience. The vehicle was as described with no issues. The finance manager, Chris, was great to work with. I was able to complete the transaction in a timely manner. Could not have asked for a better process when purchasing a car and having to travel 600 miles. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed the sales portion of the visit and had a good experience with that part of the process. However during the financing portion, we had services included into our purchase that we never discussed during the sale and the Michael just happened to add 5 addition years of warranty service to our contract that we never asked for and never wanted. During the signing at no point was it explained or shown to us that your company would get a portion of the interest rate included on the loan, otherwise I would have waited and found my own financing. The financing process was pushed upon us without clear disclosure. I will not use your company in the future and will warn all of my friends and associates away.

Everyone was super helpful throughout the entire purchase process. From the initial point of contact (Cara, Eric and Mitchell) all the way to the business/general manager (Michael Green/Miguel Verde). I purchased out of state (from Texas) and despite the limitation of communication in person, everything was handled very smoothly through text, phone call and email. Very happy with their service.
My car was towed through BMW roadside service. Initial contact after my car was received was good. Communication was poor and needs to improve. No one ever contacted me to update me on the status of my vehicle. When I arrived, no one had information about my vehicle. They had to call the representative who I dealt with at the initial contact, who was was not working. I will definitely choose the service department in Cool Springs.
Isiah I believe was my driver . From start to finish excellent service . My service advisor Scott kept me in the loop and the mechanic didnt hesitate to show me the issue with my car . I said I needed a ride to Clarksville, TN which is an hour away and they told me it I would wait they would get me a driver and issiah was my driver . Good kid and I wont go anywhere to get my bmw serviced from now on .
My experience was amazing! The easiest car purchase I’ve ever made. Mr. Matthew Gleichman was my sales rep, he was genuine to the core! He had patience and charisma everything a great sales representative should possess! Buying a car always comes with a little anxiety but, he eliminated any worries. A day or two after we bought the car he personally called and checked up on the driving experience. I highly recommend you call and ask for Matthew...you WILL BE glad you did. We were waited on immediately despite being there on a busy weekend. Christine our salesperson was very helpful and direct and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. We knew the vehicle that we were interested in and we took it for a very adequate test drive and returned to the lot and said wed like to buy it and everybody worked very efficiently from that point on.Their well-practiced efficiency allowed us to drive that vehicle home in a relatively short time. While Adam from finance was walking us thru the multiple forms that required our signature the car was detailed a final time. It looked great. I would have given them five stars but for the lack of one thing. You would think that when you write someone a check for 35K youd get a little swag! Maybe a baseball cap, a keychain a T-shirt...a set of coasters even...just a little trinket to say thanks.

I recently purchased a 2018 Acura MDX at BMW of Nashville. Ben M. was our salesman & we had a great experience with him. We arrived two hours before closing time but he still allowed us to test drive three vehicles & was very patient with me as I took some time to make my decision. He stayed very late to finish the deal since we came from about an hour away. He took the vehicle for a fill-up even though it was well past closing time. I highly recommend Ben M. if you need a salesman who is patient & helpful.
Early Monday afternoon I inquired about a used M3. Eileen reached out for preliminary information as Im out of state. I was then passed on to Sylvia who provided shipping cost etc. Upon receiving additional pictures the same day, I found damage to the front and rear bumpers. I made a counter offer and never heard back. Poor sales experience...
Wow I wish I could give more than a 5 star rating!!! Could NOT have been more pleased with my experience at BMW of Nashville. Precious, from the internet team, was phenomenal at letting me know the car availability of the one I was looking at and getting me set up to come in and look at it. Chad, my sales manager, was the BEST I could have ever had. Seriously, wow. He answered my numerous questions, explained the whole process in great detail, waited patiently while I looked and test drove the car, and walked me through all the steps I needed to take even with adding the car to my insurance policy. He’s the nicest person ever end talked with us about BMW history (which I was very intrigued about and had asked) and cool cars in general while we waited for everything to go through. I’ve been through several car purchasing experiences and this was BY FAR the best because of how awesome Chad was! Ask for him when booking your appointment; you will be glad you did I promise. And Kandy on the financing side made that whole process a breeze! She was so nice and walked us through everything we needed to do and stopped to explain everything and answer our questions before we signed a thing. She worked hard on getting us a great rate and made the last part of the process stress free! Seriously these guys are the best and made what could have been a nerve wracking experience for me one that was the best I’ve ever had! I felt I could not have this amazing experience and not share it for others considering this dealership because I had never been here before! 10/10 would recommend!!!

My girlfriend & I were on a girls trip and after hitting an enormous pothole on I-40 that left a 5” gash in the sidewall of my tire were left on the side of the road an hour West of Nashville.What a Godsend BMW of Nashville was to us from the moment my car towed into their dealership . I can’t say enough good things about their service department; from Ashley, the service rep, to the shuttle driver.... they treated us like royalty. They were such a blessing after waiting on bmw roadside service to come get us for over 4 hours ( nothing related to the dealership at all) . Thank you so very much for A+ Service. I was shopping at a nearby dealership when I saw a BMW that I fell in love with. The bad part was that it was already on hold for someone else. When I got back to my car, I searched BMW of Nashvilles website in hopes that they had the same model. Not only did they have the same model with nearly identical features, but it was a year younger, 1000 less miles, and $2000 less than the one I saw at the other dealership. I couldnt get there fast enough! I drove up 30 minutes before close, hoping to at least put the car on hold to finish up the next business day. I was lucky enough to walk straight up to Chads office! Here I was busting in there 30 minutes before close and he offers to let me take it for a test drive! He knows the BMWs so well, there.. He showed me so many features on that test drive that made this car so much more amazing! He answered a ton of questions and was so accommodating. He stayed an hour over that day, just to answer all of my questions and make sure the car would be reserved for me to finish up the next day. After finishing up the next day, he created my profile in the cars settings, added our home address to the navigation, filled up the tank, and delivered it to our house! That is incredible service! Oh.. and the car is AMAZING. I couldnt imagine being happier in any other car. An all around, excellent experience!
