This is the 1st time I am trying Genos autobody thru Geico my insurance company and so far their customer service is very terrible.They have had my car for 3 weeks now, very terrible communication. They would just not call back and leave you hanging whats going on. I was supposed to get my car back today, I heard nothing from them until 2 days ago that I called many times before being able to speak with the guy in charge, only to tell me my car will not be ready today. Now he promised to call back today to tell me about Monday, yet no call from him till now, I called couple of times, hes not called back.This is so sad and extremely terrible service. I need my car for work on Monday, these guys are extremely unreliable.
