I was happy with the service. They sold me nice tires and balanced and offered to rotate them for free when I needed. The price was fair and they wore masks, which was nice to see during this pandemic. I normally only shop small business and not franchise. But a tire shop is a different story.

$86 to do 10 minutes of work. Removed a stripped bolt from my seat. Customer beware! Don’t waste your money.

I had a tire blow out on the Interstate around 4pm. I was able to get it to TireDiscounters on Wilson Pike. I saw where they closed at 6 and was concerned I was too late. I always get my tires from Tire Discounters. This location is the best! I picked up road debis in one of my tires at some point and barely made it to the location today ( had to stop twice for air) they fellas in the store are always super nice! They made sure to tell me that it would be a while. Since it was Friday and they were packed I totally understood that. Luckily for me I work with in walking distance so wasnt a big deal .... I appreciate the fact that they take their time and dont rush the work. They called me when it was ready and they didnt even charge me for the repair! Definitely 5 stars all the way around!

I am on a ladies trip and we had a leaking tire. We stopped at the nearest tire place We could it happend to be Tire Discounters. My name is George and I just left my dealership for a oils change. They told me I needed a new tire because I had a nail in the side wall!! After coming to see CJ and Tyler at tire discounters on Wilson pike circle, I was informed that not only can my tire be fixed versus replaced but the nail was not in side wall!! That is A plus service and I will from now on bring all my cars to this locations!! I told them my family and I are headed to Florida in a couple hours before arriving and when I got here they took car of all of this on the spot so I can stay on my time schedule! Recently purchased 4 tires from Tire Discounters...I was driving back from a mtg in Brentwood & picked up a nail. The crew had a lot going on, but they quickly got me patched up & back on the road. Great service!

Wonderful service! I had a screw in my tire and the pressure was really low. Even though I have a new car with original tires on it they patched my tire for me and didnt charge me! I tried to get them to charge me but they said it is a service they provide even if you didnt get your tires there.

Honestly the slowest oil change and car service place in all of Nashville. I have been there 4 or 5 times and each time they have taken over 6 hours to get my service done. Today I thought since no one was out and their bays were relatively empty they might get me done before close. Nope I drove by multiple times and my truck never moved for 5 hours it sat there until the last hour they were open and then it goes in. I don’t like my truck being rushed every single time it gets serviced. I won’t be back.Update: they were not finished when I got there at close. Their lift broke with my truck on it. The windshield wiper fluid was not filled for the second time in a row. Since when does any place that changes your oil not check and fill all your fluids?! They then tell me they stripped one of my lug-nuts and they have to order a new one. “You’ll be fine driving though” what is going on with this pace! Now I have to pay to have another business actually do what I paid tire discounter to do.Response: I sent the review above to the support email the same day I created the review no one has gotten back to me. Not surprised.

Got in a panic when I was going to finish Christmas shopping and had a flat tire. I called several other places and all were very busy, and an appointment would not get me in-and-out quickly. Decided to try Tire Discounters for the 1st time and Im glad I did! Come to find out it was just a nail in my tire.. I had no idea. The employee helping me, CJ, handed my keys and I said I didnt pay yet, he said I know, have a good night. I was very thankful for not only friendly employees, but they were up front about what was going on and didnt try to ger me to buy additional services i didnt need like the other places do. First time to this place and location. The men at the front counter were great. One by the name of chip answered plenty of my questions and was very helpful. I received my new tires and free alignment as promised in the ad. The whole deal sounds great with backed up warranty and free alignment within the year if it so happens to need one. Me and my Jeep are pretty happy thanks!

We have purchased tires from this Brentwood location on several occasions. My experience today was the least positive to date. After scheduling an appointment last week for today, I was told to expect a confirmation call to make sure the tires were available, which never came. This morning I tried calling the store to make sure the tires were available, no one answered and there was no voicemail to leave a message. When I arrived at the location for the appointment, the employee told me it would likely be an hour to hour and a half. Finally after 2.5 hours, the work was completed. No apology or explanation was given, so I will be buying tires and auto service elsewhere next time.

I had an extremely low tire. I went to another service provider first with two small children in the car and they were going to make me wait for two oil changes before putting air in my one tire. Kewan was fabulous! He came out right away and helped get me going safely with my children in the car in under 5 minutes

Absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend. David was AMAZING!I normally go to Discount Tire in CoolSprings next to Costco, but I’ve been having some issues with low air pressure in my tires, and every time I go there, they make me wait for an ungodly amount of time, fill them up, charge me an outrageous price, and send me on my way.Anyway, I went to the Kroger on Nolensville at Concord to put some air in, and the measure went from 30 PSI down to 11 PSI (I’m only 19, and I have very little experience with cars and tires, so I was probably doing it wrong). Since Tire Discounters was practically in the same plaza, I drove over there to see if there was anything they could do. David, one of the store’s managers, was very polite throughout the whole process, which only took about 5 minutes in and out. To top things off, he didn’t even charge me for the service! I have never been to this tire shop before, but I can almost guarantee that this is where I’ll be going from now on.Great job, Tire Discounters!

I had the best experience at Tire Discounters. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I dropped off my car in the afternoon with a slow leak and they called about 2 hours later letting me know they had patched the tire. They did not try to sell me something I didnt need. Came in really early hoping to get help. Needed one tire to be balanced. Bought a full set of Firestone tires here like 4 months ago. I tough that’ll make you a customer.Came early since I know later on the day gets really busy. Balancing a tire is a 10-15 min tops affair. They don’t make much money on it. And that’s why I guess they told me it was going to be 2 hours or so. Even when I expressed that I knew exactly what tire I needed balanced. There were some empty bays I’m pretty sure it could have been done. Total disappointment. So if you need to fix a flat or any minor work I will suggest you go somewhere where you don’t have to wait for 2 hrs. My tires took an hour only. That’s what they care for. Won’t be buying any more tires from tire discounters.QUICK UPDATE. Gateway tire in Franklin got me in and out in 20 min. That’s where I will be buying my tires.

I got there around 1120 am Saturday wothout an appointment for an oil change. I was courteously told you would be glad to do it and could I leave car as it would be a while. I was kept up to date on progress and thanked for waiting!

I have tried the TD near my house with mixed success. I decided to try this one today since I was working near it. I only got an oil change, but it was done painlessly, and quicker than expected. Mark was great.

Had a lightbulb that was tricky to install into our Freestyle. Bought the bulb, and the awesome staff put it in for free for me. We get our oil and tires from there. AWESOME STAFF AND PRODUCTS !

My Corvette was in for new front tires. Mark ordered the specific Goodyear tires and they were installed promptly. The car was dropped off the night before and it was parked inside. Alignment was checked afterwards. It drives superbly. Nicely done.

I took my car to Tire Discounters to get a patch twice and they were great. Didnt charge and efficient. However, the second time they assured me that I needed new tires. I decided to go ahead and buy them since I hadnt replaced the tires in over 5 years. They aligned all four tires for me. They had a 30-day warranty on the alignment. Not even 60 days later my steering wheel was extremely off-kilter. I took my car back in to get the alignment fixed. They could not find the record of me ever buying my tires in their system and told me it would cost $170 to align my tires. In other words, they ripped me off. I found another store that will charge me $100 less. Might want to treat your customers better when Firestone is next door.

Two techs will be out front smoking a cig when you pull up, and when you go inside to speak to a manager, hell tell you that he cant help you today because theyre too busy.The place is also filthy. Its a dump compared to to any other Tire Discounters store Ive been in.Go to another location or to their competitors if you want clean and competent service.

Ive been taking my car here for regular tuneups and maintenance for a few years now, since I work in Brentwood! They always take excellent care of me. I would recommend anyone to take their car here! Honest, ethical, hard working guys.

Instead of pulling my car up to the front I had to walk across the parking lot in the rain. Thats not a huge deal but the inside was gross and smelled like old cat litter. I wish I could write a better review but the smell and waiting area plus the lack of customer care just upset me.

Five stars are typically reserved for good experiences with no problems. But how do they do when they fail at that aim? Our experience was that they dont do well at all. My wife stopped by to find out why a front tire had low pressure. The tech checked it in the parking lot as she sat in the car. He said he didnt see anything and filled the tire (8 lbs low) and told her to keep an eye on it. The screw in the outside part of the tire could not have been more obvious! I complained privately to the store via their website. No response....

Outstanding center to take your vehicle

This was my first visit to Tire Discounters. I usually get my oil changes at drive thru shops. I got tired of paying over $100 though. My son uses Walmart. Tried that 2 or 3 times. They have crazy long waits so I looked online for alternatives and found Tire Discounters. Everyone at this location was really nice. My service was quick AND I paid way less than where I had been getting my oil changes. Its worth making an appointment to save $50! Ill come here from now on!

CJ, DeMarcus and the rest of the team go above and beyond to give efficient and courteous service every time I visit.

I might trust them with an oil change in the future, maybe a patched tire, but thats it. They continually order wrong parts, take days to do simple repairs that should take a half day. Repairing a wheel hub took them 3 days because they ordered the wrong part 3 times. Then their pricing is incredibly inflated. Will go to a normal mechanic in the future.

I caught a screw in my tire driving home from work. I arrived 15 minutes before closing and DeMarcus brought my vehicle into the shop right away. They patched the flat immediately and did not charge me a cent.

We took our car in to get the tires aligned a few weeks ago. Immediately after they were aligned, we started noticing a rubbing sound on the right driver side. We thought it might be from the bumper so we repaired that but the noise didnt stop. We took the car back in, figuring something must have happened during the alignment because the noise started IMMEDIATELY after being serviced. The workers didnt tell us what was wrong or give us an estimate before they started to work on the car. We stopped them and were told that TWO ball bearings were bad and it would cost over $800 to fix. We didnt trust this assessment so took it to get a second opinion. In actuality, only one ball bearing needs repair and its going to be $200 to fix - one fourth of the price we were quoted. So. I dont trust these people. Im also still not convinced our car wasnt damaged by these people in the first place.

I was in a bind and panic, CJ took me and my 2 kids in with 1 minutes notice and took care of my tire that was going flat. He was busy and they didn’t have time, but they made the time for me and I couldn’t appreciate him more. Thank you thank you, CJ deserves to be recognized!

AKA Michael Bligh’s wife. Went in yesterday to purchase 4 new tires for my Honda. Since my husband already had an account there, Robert said he would just use that rather than setting up one for me. Then he asked if my husband and I had discussed tires. So this “little lady”told him it was my car, my money and I would pick out my own tires! He also said my car would be ready in an hour and 30 minutes. It was actually 2 hours 45 min. When I signed the invoice, I noticed it still had my husband’s name. I thought he would change the name and ph#, but he didn’t. Not saying I won’t do business with Tire Discounters again, (just have to remember to use the hubby’s name and ph#) but I would appreciate being treated like an individual. This is the 21st century, guys!

The manager Mark was amazing! I am from overseas & visiting Nashville. It was stressful enough having to get a new tyre but Mark was brilliant. He put me at ease and got me back on the road really quickly!

I would not recommend this place. I made an appointment one day and when I arrived I was told they were running 30-45min late so I rescheduled for another morning. When I arrived to the rescheduled appointment I waited and my vehicle did not get taken into the garage for almost 45 minutes. When the job was completed and I asked what they found wrong with the tire I requested them to look at, the tech who worked on the car questioned what tire? and the man handing my keys back to me cut him off and said he didnt find anything wrong with it. Then they proceeded to try and sell me another service that my car needs. This is not my first issue at this location, but I thought I would give them another try. I will not be going back to this location.

The manager Mark was extremely aggressive and did not take responsibility for damage that was done to my wheel while in their possession. I purchased 4 new tires and noticed the left front wheel had received damage while the tire was replaced by this location. Mark humiliated me by publicly calling me a liar. A simple apology and replacement of wheel would have sufficed. I deeply regret going here. The manager did not provide the standard of service or product I expected from him or this location.

I am very displeased with Tire Discounters in Brentwood. I took my car here for tires and to have my brakes done in September, 2016. Soon after having my brakes done, I took my car to the dealership. The dealership checked the rotors to make sure they were adequate. They found that the wrong brake pads were used on my car...they were too small, and because of that the rotors were ruined. They informed me that it wasnt safe to drive my car. I had Mark at TD to contact the service manager at Mercedes. Mark called me afterwards and told me to have Mercedes do my brakes and bring him the bill. I had to leave my car at the dealership for a week. The cost was over $1,000. I took Mark the bill and I have been given the run around for the last two months. I have called several times, just wanting them to return the money that I paid TD to do my brakes. At this point, two months later they still have not returned the money and are not saying when or if they are going to.I intend on contacting the Better Business Bureau if not resolved in the near future!
