These guys are the best! Always get me in and out in under 10 minutes, cost is affordable and the best service! Genuinely nice people... they ask how you are, and are detailed in the service of your car. I leave there knowing my car is in the best shape, and confident that the job was professionally done to the highest potential. I never leave dissatisfied!

This is NOW Jiffy Lube...no longer Brentwood Mobil 1....the 3 guys that introduced themselves to me were very courteous and informative 😊...I did ask what the cost would be now and I thought it was pretty high.🤨..for an oil change...I asked for any discounts...and I was serious!! They did come up with a decent special but this may be the last of my 15 plus year stint at this location...too bad!😔

These guys are awesome! I took my car in to see if they could figure out why it was making an awful sound every time I turned my wheel. I do not know anything about cars so im sure its hard for them to diagnose issues when working with customers like me. I only had a video on my phone to show him of the sound and was not able to recreate the issue unfortunately after arriving. Wayne was amazing and found what was making the noise within 2 minutes of looking. It turned out to be something very simple. (Thank god) He fixed it and was super nice the whole time. I really really appreciate the honesty!!Give Wayne a raise. And a cookie. And a raise. :)

Ive been going to this Mobil 1 for almost two and a half years now, and I refuse to go anywhere else to get my car serviced! Wayne and Jeff always take the best care of me and my car. I live in Nashville, and I make a point to drive out to Cool Springs every time I need an oil change, or service performed on my vehicle, because they are that great! Being a loyal customer, I 100% recommend using them!

Service was fast and efficient. The people there are businesslike, but pleasant. Theyre not the cheapest, but the cheaper places take much longer and I value my time.Theres a small waiting room with a tv and a coffeemaker, but the chairs arent especially comfortable. Then again, we didnt have to sit there waiting very long.

The wife and I stopped in on a Saturday and I noticed they were pouring a generic oil into my 2014 F150. I got out of the truck and asked the guy what was going on... that I use Mobile Super Syn. and was told thats what this is. I said that is not a Mobile brand your pouring in, and was told this is better, its a full syn. oil Long story short they sold me Mobile oil and filled my truck with a different brand. I called the store on Monday and was told the manager was out and that I got what I paid for. Called back on Tuesday and talked with the manager and was told that yea that guy only works on Saturdays and he put the incorrect oil in your truck. I asked for a refund and he told me he was not authorized to do that.......I will NEVER go back.I wanted to reply to the owners response to my feedback.Yes you technician did offer to drain my oil and change it, but he said he didnt have the correct oil in stock to replace it with. So what would I have gained?Before I talked to your store manager on Tuesday I called on Monday and talked to a lady there who couldnt understand my frustration over the wrong oil being put into my truck. Finally she said that you got what you paid for. Well actually I didnt I paid the same for a lesser oil.When I talked to your store manager on Tuesday I asked for a refund. He admitted the wrong oil was put into my truck but said he could not give me a refund. He did offer to change the oil, but to be honest I wouldnt let your operation change the oil in my lawnmower after the service I received there.

Ive been here a few times with both my car and my wifes, and the staff here is very knowledgeable and obliging. On at least two occasions, theyve looked at the car and recommended a cheaper alternative or given me some useful advice on fixing the issue myself. When they do the work, its done very well (no complaints). They really care about their customers, and it shows. Ill always bring my vehicle here!

These guys were amazing to me! I had a part that auto zone had dropped into my engine bay that was rattling around. The guys spent 15 min digging trying to find it and were finally able to pull it out. Saved me a trip to the dealer! Plus they didn’t charge for the search. They also performed an oil change and did a good job of explaining why I should start using synthetic vs conventional. Will absolutely come back!

The people that work their are happy to help you with any question. They will check your tire pressure and battery for free. I just learned that they are a full service repair shop. Being a customer, I feel comfortable asking them any questions regarding cars. I recommend them.

The quality has dropped significantly in the past year or so. I used to love this place, but all the small niceties are gone. They no longer vacuum your car when they do an oil change, they occasionally try to add fees, and the general spirit of service which once defined it has gone. I dont know if ownership/management changed or what. Still probably fine for a quick oil change out of convenience, but I would not recommend going out of your way to visit.

Stopped in one day at lunch and was pleasantly surprised at how efficient these guys are. I had a blown fuse for my lighter sockets I asked if they could look at it. Had it changed in no time. The mechanic was very helpful. Iam never going anywhere else from now on. Two thumbs up

Went there to get my car checked out for some issues I am having and was blown away by the professionalism and level of care. Everyone there is as honest as they come. I will now drive out of my way to go there just because of how well they treated both me and my wife.

Amazing service, clean lobby and bathrooms, and not to mention best oil on the market. They do most if not all german and higher end vehicles, have oil options for all types of cars/trucks. I had my 2015 WRX STI serviced there recently. Not many people I trust with my vehicles but definitely do with these guys. Highly recommend

Got my last oil change there a couple of weeks ago. Just happen to crawl under my 2010 Milan today and noticed they never put the oil access shroud cover back on. Its gone. Clips are still there so it didnt fall off. They just didnt put it or the three bolts back on. Hoping they make it right when I go back there tomorrow.

Our Range Rover spewed every drop of oil because the oil filter was not installed properly. Thank god our engine didnt blow up. This company didnt even offer to pay for the new oil change from Range Rover. I will be taking our vehicle to Range Rover from now on.

This place has competitive prices and they seem to care a lot more for their job and attention to detail on your car. Although they dont do a ton of services, its worth using them over NTB, Firestone, or other chains.

Had an oil change completed and the vehicle was put in storage for 1.5 weeks ..once I got it 1.5 weeks later allot of oil had lead out I called moble one, they refused to look at account and they had many excuses of why I may be seeing oil ...i will never use their services again ...they do not want to take responsibility for their errors.
