I recently purchased a 992 911 Turbo s cabriolet from Porsche of Nashville. The customer service received from Mark Major and the rest of the Porsche Nashville team was outstanding throughout the entire experience. In addition, it is clear this dealership targets true enthusiast with a long term perspective on customer and brand alliance. They are not looking to make the quickest buck just because current market forces enable them to do so. Kudos to the entire team. I would strongly recommend this dealership to any Porsche enthusiast looking to buy new or used. They will look after you during and (as importantly) after the purchase is finalized.
This was my first time at Porsche of Nashville a couple of weeks ago. Spoke with Matt Giorgio. I have nothing but high praises for him with his knowledge and enthusiasm for the product. He spent a lot of time answering mine and my wifes questions. We really appreciated his patience, no pressure, and no rush attitude. He treated us like we were old friends telling driving experiences.There was a beautiful chalk colored 2019 991.2 on the showroom floor that was already spoken for. I asked Matt to let me have first right of refusal if the deal fell through. A week later we were in the area and stopped in. To our surprise, the car was still on the floor. I told Matt Id write a check right then for it. The GM called the perspective buyer and came back to let Matt know it was ours if we wanted it. I quickly wrote a check signed paperwork, and out the door we went in our first Porsche.Sorry for the long story, but you have to understand this is our first Porsche and just so very amazed and excited about the car. If it wasnt for Matt and others at the dealership, we probably would not have committed to buying this car so fast.
This was the first time for my wife and myself purchasing a Porsche. I first built my Macan S online and then visited the dealership and met with Matt. We went over the build I did and made a few adjustments and ordered the Macan. This was on April 3rd and on September 16th our beautiful Chalk Macan S was delivered to us! Even though it was hard to watch that slow ship come from Germany to Baltimore, to Jacksonville and finally port of Houston then trucked to Franklin, it was all worth the wait! Matt was great the whole time.

This is a really nice place! The service entrance has a great feel to it. The glass window between the waiting room and the garage where your car is being worked on is great. I watched the mechanic working on my car for an hour and they are obviously skilled. Your car is in good hands here. Im satisfied with the work, the reps who greet you when you walk in, the feel of the place, its all fantastic. Expensive as all get out, but if youre a cheapskate theres a Hyundai dealership down the road. BTW, I drove an extra hour to Nashville instead of Porsche of Huntsville if that tells you anything.
We have bought 2 cars from Alice. We had really great experiences both times and she goes above and beyond for us. Even when she’s busy, she makes sure everyone is welcomed and taken care of and doesn’t make anyone feel rushed! Honestly cannot say enough good things about Porsche of Nashville
Shockingly simple process. Was in and out in less than an hour. Only had to deal on on person for the entire transaction. They even let us take the car for an overnight test drive. Remarkable.

Horrible!! I made an appointment 3 weeks ago regarding a recall on my Macan. I was constantly sent emails and texts reminders regarding the appointment.On the day of the appointment, 30 minutes prior mind you, I received a phone call from the dealership stating that they did not have the part and they were “hoping” to have had it. I asked them when they would have it and he could not tell me. I asked if they would email or call me when they did, and he said “I” would have to call them in September instead! New to Nashville and needed our Porsche 718 serviced for the yellow light. Unfortunately it looks light a mouse chewed some wires. After two weeks of waiting for parts, we finally get an update ( which we had to call because no one called us ) they said the car will be ready on Friday. Friday arrives only to realize the service folks say that there’s a one use safety piece for the fuel tank that now needs to be ordered, car should be done maybe next week or later! Unbelievably horrible customer service and communication. When we did go to get a loaner car, they said come over to get it. When I arrived, we continued to wait for a half an hour plus while the staff “ tried to figure out what and where the loaner was coming from” as they huffed around slamming doors and acting like our presence was a pure inconvenience. The loaner was an suv - they handed me the keys and said see ya later, you’re the first driver of this car. It’s very unfortunate there isn’t another dealership in town for service. For a luxury dealer, they completely stink!

We had an AWESOME visit today & our Sales person Mark was PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, & THOUGHTFUL!!Our teenage son has a LOVE for EXOTIC Cars, which is what prompted our visit. I had contacted Porsche of Nashville back in December, because my son was having his Birthday two days after Christmas, and wanted to visit to discuss; as well as view cars.We were blessed & fortunate to speak with Mark we played phone tag for awhile, as he left me the Kindest of messages. He expressed his willingness to allow us a mini tour of the facility, look at cars, and provide a 2018 Porsche Calendar.We were in Nashville for another reason & decided to stop by unannounced. As we pulled into the parking lot, I searched my phone for Marks cell number (as he had given to me earlier), but was not able to find it.I thankfully found him in my voice mail & called him to say, Hey Mark, you remember me? He quickly stopped me mid sentence & said, of course I do, Mrs. Rogan. I informed him of us being outside & he said, Come on in, Ill meet you in the Lobby. Amidst all of the people in the lobby, & not knowing him by face, as I told the lobby host, we are here to see MARK! I heard his voice as he was walking toward us with a Porsche gift bag, smile, & handshake.The gift was for our sons Birthday (which he loved) and he took us all on a tour & answered every question our son asked. WE LOVED IT!!!If you are ever wanting to buy a PORSCHE and or have questions about purchasing see MARK.The facility was clean, modern & beautiful!! Should we ever decide to buy a Porsche Mark will ALWAYS be the person we call. We are certain our son will own a Porsche (one day) as he grows up, and has said MARK will be his Salesman!

Had a tire with a leak while on a trip through TN. I drove in and they quickly spotted the problem, had the replacement tire in stock and replaced it all in about an hour. They were friendly and efficient, well done!!

Doesnt even deserve 1 star. After having 3 Porsches we had an interesting situation with which our 3rd Porsche battery died (mind you its 2 years old with a 3 year warranty). Was completely surprised when brought in for service that our warranty was void because we didnt drive it enough. Absolutely appalling and terrible customer service. Great experience in the end on some warranty CPO work. Initially went through some difficulty but eventually got it all resolved and work was done superbly well! That’s what I was expecting from Porsche! By honoring the CPO as good as factory warranty - Porsche met all my expectations.

I am pleased pickup and drop off service is available - such a convenience. My service advisor was helpful and kept in touch throughout the process. The reason for my three-star rating is two-fold. First that my car was returned with no diesel in the tank - 36 miles remaining. Although I dont remember how much was in the tank, I dont usually let it get below 100 miles remaining. I would have liked to been offered to add some fuel to the tank at my cost prior to return. Second, I had to make the appointment on line because no one picked up the phone, even after choosing new customer, it just rang and rang, no VM, nothing.

Bought a car remotely from Alice; one of the best car buying experiences. First the price was better than any dealership in the region - I looked and shopped around from Charlotte to Atlanta. Due to being Sonic, there was no need to waste time negotiating. Alice was very timely in her responses, sent me service records and other requested information, together with high resolution pictures from any angle I requested.The remote purchase process was totally smooth and the car was delivered to my local Sonic dealership, cleaned up with state inspections completed, and picked up just about a week after my initial inquiry.This was the least amount of time I spent buying a car and everything worked out smoothly.Would definitely recommend purchasing from Alice and Porsche of Nashville.

My AC stopped blowing cold air. I visited Chandler, my after sales contact for the past few years. Chandler organized a loaner and an appointment for the very next day. When I arrived, he checked my warranty, which had recently been extended by Porsche because of the COVID-19 situation. This was a positive surprise and added to my trust of this brand caring for its customers. Chandler not only repaired the vehicle, but repaired a loose driver side door part, cleaned the vehicle and arranged for it to be delivered to my house. This is excellent customer service!
Service department is absolutely exceptional. Everyone is extremely kind and nobody tries to rip you off like Ive seen when servicing my Mercedes or Honda previously. Ive always been very skeptical of service departments at dealerships in the past, but this one is great.

Got yelled at over the loud speaker this afternoon. I have two young boys (3 and 5) that where bored in the house today, and I thought Id take them to see some cars at the Porsche dealer. Being everything is still pretty much shut down, esp. Kid friendly stuff. I seen a SUV I have never seen, and was taking a picture of my two little guys in front of it when the lady on intercom told us to leave. I didnt think we were close to it, and we werent touching the car. Its a dealership, wide open space. People just in general will come browse on the weekends. And if your have kids like mine. They want to see the color of the cars and of the brakes. Id Like to give this dealer no stars if possible.

While I had a tire replaced, I browsed the inventory and spoke with several members of the staff.I had a great relationship with my Service Advisor at another dealership in the past, but my relationship with Porsche of Nashville is different. I have multiple relationships there. Not only are they experts at customer service and communication (critically important), they treat you like a friend.The dealership is a destination for me. I very much enjoy going there to look at the vehicles, but more importantly, I enjoy going to talk with the team there. It is a special place.Not sure which I like more, the Porsche brand and my 991.2 or the people at the dealership. It is a tough choice. Really.We are customers for life.
I visited Porsche of Nashville about 9 months ago. Despite several salesman and two people at the front desk, absolutely no one offered to help me or even acknowledged my existence. When I finally said something to the people sitting at the front desk about being ignored, a salesman came over. I told him I was interested in a Macan Turbo and he asked if I wanted to see a specific color. I told him no, and he said hed pull one around. He pulled a base model Macan and on the test drive, told me that, He finds that most people dont want to spend the extra money for a more expensive model. After the drive, I told him that I felt like the Porsche staff, himself included, incorrectly determined that I could not afford a single car on that lot, and if by some miracle I could afford a vehicle, I could only afford a base model. He assured me that wasnt the case. I went elsewhere and purchased a Macan Turbo. I dont appreciate the discrimination I faced at this dealership. Abhorrent service, abhorrent experience.

I went for a service clinic where the dealership went through the car. They started as soon as I arrived and did a very thorough check of the car. Found it needed the two year service and new rear tires. There was no pressure to have the work performed, just informed of what work is recommended. Would recommend this dealership for any work and the only dealership who I will use on my 911S.
