Top notch experience. Mercury helped in a timely, attentive and professional manner. I mean, he texted me updates as he jumped through the hoops with financials, and was an excellent source to answer all of my questions. Cant beat that kind of service. Writing this three months after the purchase and I couldnt be more pleased with my experience with Mercury and Mini.

I just recently bought a new to me MINI John Cooper Works from Florida. Ive only had it for about 6 weeks and the battery went bad. I did a bunch of a research on buying a new one and my head was about to explode with all the posts, questions, and issues particularly because my model requires a reprogram with a new battery. Not to mention the batteries are really expensive. So I called the MINI/BMW Dealership to see if it was covered under warranty. I was transferred to Debbie. She was super helpful and very friendly. She worked with my schedule to get me in.A couple of days later I brought it in and Debbie and the technicians there got me taken care of promptly. They if checked to see if there were any other issues as they thought they heard a popping sound.. turns out they did, but it was my exhaust!I was out of there in about 2 hours. Very friendly service and helpful people!

Love my Mini Cooper Clubman! So fun to drive. The service was impeccable, right down to the finance dept. They take their time in offering what you want and need. The service department is also great to work with, will be adding those British flags later to my mirrors! Definitely recommend this place if your in the market for a MINI Cooper.

I went to MINI Of Nashville to pick up a part for my 2007 MINI Cooper hardtop and as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by Mercury. In the past 2 trips Ive made to MINI Of Nashville Ive been greeted by Mercury and hes always been very welcoming. I told him I was there to pick up a part and was unsure of where the parts counter was located since they had done some remodeling since my last visit. Mercury came out from behind his desk to walk me in the right direction. Now.... I have to say I was not in the market for a car, but ended up walking past the 2021 MINI Cooper 1499GT on the show room floor and was blown AWAY! I knew right away that I had to have it. Mercury assisted me with my trade in formation and requested the proper images to send in order to get my appraisal for my trade and it was a done deal from there. I got exactly what I expected for my low miles 2017 Jeep Renegade Altitude and Mercury also made me a great deal on the 1499GT. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my new car and MINI Of Nashville stream lined the process, and Mercury was absolutely SPECTACULAR! If Im ever in the market for another MINI, I will not go to anyone else. The finance manager, I didnt deal with him for as long so please forgive me and my memory isnt what it used to be, but he hit it out of the park, and was able to get the wheel insurance within our payment price we had been looking for. Ive never had a car purchase go so smoothly. If your in the market, whether it be a new or pre owned MINI or even a pre-owned car in general, this is the place to go!

These people do not care about customers. They are horrible. After waiting two weeks on a call back from parts and several attempts to reach them with no success I ask for the manager here and was told by Brooke that she would have them call me. A week passes no call back. I call back again Brooke answers promises me they will fall me back. A month later nothing. Way to keep customers.
My salesman was very knowledgeable about minis and very helpful in making my decision. Everyone worked overtime to make sure I got into the mini that I wanted and didn’t blink an eye about staying hours past closing. My salesman even stayed that late to make sure we understood everything about the mini before we left! I have visited another mini dealership and this one was extremely better. They are the reason I left with a 2021 Mini! Very personable treatment. Oh and the mini parts Dept was helpful and friendly and gave a military discount which i thought was awesome! Ive never had an experience quite like this one. From the moment Debbie greeted me, she treated me like a family member that happened to work for the company that makes my car and was going to do me a favor and treat me like an insider. I left feeling thoroughly cared for. Amazing. Not just the best car repair service Ive experienced, but one of the top service experiences Ive ever had, all up. Highly recommended. I am not impressed with this company. I called multiple times, my wife has called multiple times and both of us were hung up on repeatedly. For 24 hours I tried working with the sales department trying to arrange a deal and they dragged their feet. They had no information available and they took their time getting information to us. It was a terrible and very unprofessional experience. I do not recommend this dealer to any armed service member.

Took my car in for a diagnostic after the Check Engine Light came on a couple of times while driving across country visiting family. They went out of their way to get the needed part in same day rather than to have me drive back the next day for the repair. An hour later I was on my way. Excellent service.
My min was serviced at BMW Coolsprings/ Mini of Nashville and they did an excellent job of keeping me informed with what needed to be done and the price. The female salesperson that helped me in the service center was great. I meant to do this that day so I would not forget her name! They also washed it when it was done and gave me a loaner. Very happy with the quality of service.

Ive never had a good experience with MIN of Nashville and will never purchase from them again. I have had instances where Im prompted by them to come in for service and they just made a mistake and I did not need service at all. They are horrible communicators, never seem to tell me the full story of what is going on, and are way overpriced. Do not recommend

Most of my experience was done online. It was a very smooth transaction. Mercury was very helpful and was able to find the right mini for me. Chris in finance was wonderful as well. Both answered all of my questions and kept in touch throughout the whole process. Both were excellent and geniuly cared.
I came in from out of town and was sort of nervous. I had just been in a pretty bad wreck & had to look for a new car in a short amount of time. I’ve had a couple minis before & I knew I wanted another one! (Because once you get one you’re hooked!) Everyone from customer service, sales, and the finance department were wonderful. From my first phone call and the first time I walked into the door, I was greeted with smiles and upbeat personalities. The motoring advisor Colt Hall was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable, sat down and explained work done on the car before we even test drove it, went over the car fax, and safety features of the car. He also notified me when enterprise came to pick up the rental car I left there after I bought my new Mini!! He wasn’t a pushy salesman, instead, he let the car speak for itself during the test drive..and I knew I had to have it! Everyone offered me a beverage or snack. I felt very welcomed & will be coming back to do business when I’m in town. Thank you!!!
In the past, I’ve driven to Mini of Nashville & was given a Mini loaner. Which is perfectly fine, but this time I tried & Absolutely loved the valet service they offer! I just didn’t have time to kill over in that part of town. So they drove to me, 24 miles away to get my car for service & returned it the same day!

Please read! My name is Matt. This is how Mini of Nashville does business. I work nights but found a vehicle that I liked while scrolling through my phone. I got preapproved, sent a message via text, then called. Ashley answered the phone and I asked if the car was still available. She checked and said yes it is, let me set up an appt to let you view it.. how quick can you be here? She said. I said Ill get up rightnow and head that way. She set up appt for 45 min. I grabbed some clothes, jumped on the bikeand took off. Meanwhile I recieved a text from her from where I sent an inquiry....below is the screenshot of the text. Her telling me she was looking at that herself and if I didnt buy, she would. I was about to get on the interstate and the phone rang, it was the sales manager. Just wanted to let me know, the car just happened to sell in that 10 minutes. I dont know about anyone else, but I am a man of my word, and when I am told I can come look at something, thats what the hell I expect. I encourage everyone to look elsewhere for their purchases. I intend on making sure everyone knows how this place does business. If you treat your customers, or potential customers bad, dont expect good outcomes.

I called Mini of Nashville (number from the website) to have a tire serviced. The person who answered the call, Jessica, was pleasant and answered my questions. However, she failed to inform me that Mini of Nashville had merged with BMW of Nashville. When I finally arrived at BMW, I was very frustrated. My service professional, Debbie, made sure I was taken care of very well! She was patient and understanding. She definitely made this experience a positive one.

After my Clubman was totaled, I went on the search for a replacement car. I had never owned a Mini before I got the Clubman, and I fell in love with it. I knew I wanted another Mini. So I went to Mini of Nashville and took a look around. I met Shawn Harris that day and told him what I was looking for. Even though I was waiting for my insurance to settle the claim, Shawn always stayed in touch and offered to send me emails with vehicles similar to what I was looking for. On the day my insurance settled, I called Shawn about a Countryman they had. I was able to get a financing approval online, and since I didnt have a vehicle, Shawn drove the Countryman I was buying to my house to pick me up. Driving back to the dealership was my test drive. It was a great experience. I had my new Mini that afternoon, and everyone at the dealership went out of their way to make it a great experience. And now I am loving my Countryman!

Probably a good place to buy a car as they have many to choose from (hence 2 stars), but I would not go there for anything else. I left my car there and got a bill over 800$, then I took the car to two other places, one adjusted my wheels for free, and the rest of the issues that costs 800$ virtually didnt exist... um to me it just sounded like you are trying to milk every penny I have.. was told that not fixing my cow covers would have the computer damaged...?I got 3 other people and two shops to look at it. Everyone told me its fine. So no thank you :)Edit: I went back today because the engine light went on (reluctantly due to the unpleasant experience last time). I spoke with two people. First spoke to Carlos about the engine light and asked what might have caused it, he explained it very well also patiently listen to my complaint. I then spoke to Dylan about a potential trade-in, he also patiently listened and answered my questions. Everything was taken care of by the warranty. Money aside, what really made me satisfied was the explanation and patience which I did not receive during my first visit. I would give a 5 star for the service, though I am not fully content with the car itself...
I bought a used car through MINI of Nashville. The air conditioning did not work- and they were relentless in trying to figure out the problem, and getting it repaired, all at no cost to me. They even gave me a loaner car while it was being repaired! Omar in Sales and Debbie in Service went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and happy with my purchase!!
I took my 2013 Mini Paceman in for service and a check engine light. Diagnosis was done quickly. My service adviser (Carlos) was professional and very helpful in explaining everything. My experience was very good. I will be using them again.
