Go with Odell!! Fantastic haircut and smoothing treatment. He is older but keeps up with younger styles. I got curtain bangs and am in love.

I love Odell!! He knows just how I want my hair cut and colored. He does a great job every time. Salon is always immaculate!!

I went for brow & lip wax. The gentleman was nice but too tough in “ripping” the tape off. He ripped off skin from my brow & lip area. My lip burned when the cooling gel was applied. I told the gentleman. When I looked in the mirror, the top of my lip was burned & skin was ripped from above my lip, when I mentioned it, no apparent remorse. 2 days later now & it still hurts. Will not return.

Odell is simply the best stylist around! He has the talent & professionalism you typically only find in a very expensive salon. He is so nice and he really cares to do it right. F.Sams is lucky to have him!

Sherold did an AMAZING job with my hair!!!!!! Ive never been happier with the way my hair turned out!!! She provided the best customer service and made sure my hair wasnt damaged with the bleach she used as well. I will definitely be coming back and asking for her!

April was my stylist and she was excellent. My hair cut was excellent. My only complaint is there are literally no products for my hair which is textured african american hair. I need oil based products not alcohol based. I literally had to leave and go to walgreens across the street to get products for after my hair was cut so that my style would look like it should after being completed. Stylist excellent, customer service great, decorations lovely and products not being available is the only thing that kept this from being a 5.

Always a very good haircut

Looking for a new place to get a haircut since moving to Nolensville and stopped in since I grocery shop at Kroger close by. I was greeted by Lori, a District Manager, whom also registers time behind the chair. She treated me wonderfully offering shampoo before or after the haircut. I received a great first haircut that the wife approved of as well. She took the time to trim my beard and then shampooed my hear to clean all loose hair particles away. Great experience from start to finish and I have found my new place. Thank you Lori, you rock!

Went in to have my hair bleached and toned silver. Showed the stylist a picture of a silver balayage, got an ombré half way down my hair. Went in a week later, showed him another picture, yet again, of what I said I wanted, and apparently I “wanted highlights.” So after 2 visits, 7hours of sitting, and over $200 later, I’m left with ash blonde streaky hair. I didn’t expect to have to pay full price a week after my first visit to have what should’ve been done the first time, done incorrectly. And rather than tell me they didn’t have the toner to accomplish what I wanted (heard the stylist and coworker talking in the back), they just allowed me to be let down again. I tried leaving my concern with the corporate office as to avoid putting them on blast, but nothing has come of that. I wasn’t asked many questions about what my intended look was to be, not even what my natural or preferred hair part was. I’m not a fan of wasting money on things and not getting what I paid for. Especially, when it comes to my hair, which I care greatly about. I refuse to go back and just wish I didn’t pay them to do their job poorly. Maybe doing older women’s hair is what they’re best at, which is what fooled me when I read reviews, because it’s apparent this place relies on one person to do color and even he couldn’t do that right... even after “30years in the business.” I felt that my stylist didn’t care about what I wanted so much as what he felt would be better, as he made the statement that he doesn’t like “grey hair” which shouldn’t matter because it’s what I, the client, wanted. So now I’m out $220 and still trying to fix my hair without spending even more money at a salon. All I wanted was an upgrade from my previous hairstyle, not judgement or an assumption that I’m “going through something” as the stylist so boldly proclaimed. Maybe his opinion is why he failed to do what I asked, maybe it was his hate for silver hair. Either way, I’m a very displeased customer that can’t get back that time or maybe even the money, and has to tolerate less than what I wanted as I go day to day hating my hair color until my friend can hopefully fix it. I went to a “professional” for a reason, didn’t think the reason was to get ripped off. I hope something good comes from this review because it doesn’t bring me any joy to have to call someone out for their mistakes.

Clean store..I honestly think I was overcharged for the haircut I received..no discount for seniors or veterans.

I got my haircut by Brittany last week and she gave me exactly what I wanted. I am used to a “military” haircut which just means a zero on the sides and have had a hard time finding someone that could blend it just right. Brittany did a great job and I will be back for sure.

Needed cut and perm. Got just what I wanted. Very satisfied with the service I received. Will be returning.

Terrible service!!! I was their loyal client for many years. This time they made bad mistake on my hair. Instead of fixing it, they forced me to pay for bad service. Manager- owner was very rude. DO NOT GO THERE. THEY RUIN YOUR HAIR. BE AWARE!!!

My friend and I needed a spa day SO bad and our plans fell through to get our hair done so we were frantically trying to find a place last minute that could get us in for a cut & color on a SATURDAY! And the manager of the store, Odell Odom got us in and HE WAS INCREDIBLE. The atmosphere of the salon is amazing and I came in there with the plan to get my whole head dyed blonde with pink, and I came out of there with a different head of hair than I planned, AND IM SO THRILLED!!! He put blonde on top of my hair, and was so incredibly patient with all of the knots in my hair, and he styled my hair afterwards and it looks absolutely incredible. I will be referring him to everyone because I’ve never been so happy with my hair. Thank y’all, fantastic sams!! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!
