I am always appreciative at the service that we receive when we are at the Pro Desk. They remember who we are and take care of all our needs. My husband is a GC and his time is valuable, Audi and Erin always do their best to assist us in a timely manner. Even when they are swamped with phone orders and clients in front of them service is always their top priority.

Poor customer service. Plenty of employees but no work being done to help the customer. Horrible pro desk service.
