I found my dream car at Autobahn South and spoke to Ray Sani. He was excellent to deal with. I’m from Canada and could not see the car so he sent me a picture of each scratch he could find on the car. He didn’t miss one. In order to pass inspection in Canada he sent the car in for new tires and to the Aston Martin dealership to get the daytime running lights working for me. He even showed up on Sunday morning so the auto transporter could load the car to expedite transport. The car arrived in perfect shape just like he described it to me. I have never been so impressed with a salesman. He even followed up with a phone call to make sure everything was okay. When I explained to him the tire place scratched one of the tire rims he said get it fixed and send me the bill. I would not hesitate to recommend Ray Sani and Autobahn South for the most pleasurable car buying experience.

Ray was terrific to deal with. I traded in my car for a 2018 G Wagon. Everything initially was handled by phone since I live in Florida. I sent him pictures of my trade in. Two days later I drove 750 miles and Ray not only honored his agreed to price but the Mercedes G 550 was as advertised. Thanks Ray for making it a very positive experience!

During a span of 50 years I’ve purchased many vehicles, but my recent purchase from Autobahn South was by far the most pleasant. The description of the vehicle was detailed and accurate. The manager, Mr. Ray Sani, was the epitome of customer service, even opening the dealership on a Sunday to accommodate my travel needs. The price of the vehicle was fair, and Mr. Sani followed up after the sale to assist with the title application for my state. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Autobahn South.

Man where do I start about Rick and the Autobahn stuff. From the initial call all the way to picking up my tags has been nothing but a positive experience. When I came back the next day to buy they had the car in the showroom fully detailed,flawless, and ready to Go. Excellent experience. I bought a low mileage 2016 Mercedes GL450 from Autobahn South for my wife. Rick supplied excellent photographs that accurately depicted the vehicle condition. Between the car quality and aggressive pricing, it was well worth it to drive 5 hours. We drove from Cincinnati to pickup the car on a Saturday. Autobahn South was a great experience for me. Very responsive and respectful. Attentive to my family and made sure they were comfortable while I evaluated the vehicle. Drove 2.5 hours to make this deal. General Manager Rick was a pleasure to do business with. GM Is a liar and cheat. Typical used car sales lot. Pretty cars, but I wouldn’t buy anything else from them. Don’t pre- sign paperwork if your out of town until you AND your mechanic inspect prospective vehicle!

Recently my son moved into the area and needed a good car. We found the exact car he was looking for at Autobahn South. We took a test drive and loved it. The salesman Ray Sani was great from start to finish. Rich tried helping us with the financing but was not able to for several reasons, none of which are Autobahns fault. It took the financial institution we did go with entirely too long to get everything in gear so the car had to sit for over a week. Not to worry, Ray had us covered. Once we were able to make the deal Ray was even gracious enough to deliver the car with a full tank of gas. I couldnt possibly express how truly grateful I am to Mr. Sani. I can tell you the next time I am looking for a vehicle I will definitely check their inventory.

Everything was looking good until they called three days later and told me that deal is dead and wanted me to pay more.I flew to Nashville (check in hand) for a 2016 X5. The vehicle was in excellent condition but the leather dash had started to separate where it meets the windshield. The car was still under the factory warranty and Autobahn South swore it would be a covered warranty item. I knew that if it wasnt covered it would be thousands to fix (whole new dash and dealer install time).I offered to buy for the X5 right there (as-is) and write into the contract that if the BMW dealer in my home town didnt accept it as a warranty item Autobahn South would have to pay for the OEM BMW repair. The team at Autobahn South was SO confident, but not confident enough to make that deal. They swore BMW of Nashville would fix it but didnt trust other BMW dealers.They wanted to do right and felt bad about me flying out there and now needing to find a flight back. After a bit of back and forth Rick said hed take care of me, get the vehicle fixed at BMW of Nashville, and ship it.Three days later Rick called me telling me I needed to help out with shipping. I told him several times I wasnt doing that while I was in the store. He proceeded to tell me that deal is dead on the phone. He complained about how much time hed have to wait to get the car fixed (did you think a new real leather wrapped dash from BMW would just be laying around?).After going back and forth, Rick told me hed call me the next day after he looked into shipping more. Its been three weeks... still havent gotten that call. This whole situation is unfortunate. Autobahn South made a huge mistake and let the check walk out the door. I still wanted the car even after flying home until Rick called to try to squeeze $500 out of me to help with shipping. While I was at the store he offered to take $500 additional off the already agreed to price of the X5 if Id take the car at that time so Im not sure why it was an issue three days later. His arguments for needing more money werent sound and his issue with having to wait to get the X5 fixed was something that for someone as experienced as he lets everyone know, should have been top of mind when I was physically there (I know I already knew it would take a while for that repair to happen). The whole experience turned into the type of horror story you hear about at these types of shops.Hate to leave a negative review but it just wasnt good business.

Upon walking onto Ardes lot, I was greeted with a warm smile and firm handshake. Beyond rude, people forget that EVERY touch is a potential customer and word of mouth. The person who answered the phone just missed out on an opportunity not only for my business, but for the person out of Atlanta I was calling on behalf of. If your employees can’t answer the phone and treat people with respect, knowing how important every touch is then you probably shouldn’t have them taking calls and assuming people are not qualified or worth your time. We will happily take our business elsewhere, searching for not only a buyer for our AMG but also looking for a new one.

Thought I did not buy a car here, I will definitely will look at the next time, again. I bought a car based on color as the final decision. But the conversations with the sales team worked with me about what I wanted in the car I was looking for. I recommend Arde and his team when looking for unique cars. You will be satisfied.

This is the only place in town to purchase something truly special and do repeat business. There are other places to buy moderate to high mileage used and potentially abused cars. All of Ardes cars are truly special low mileage, in immaculate condition, and are often single owner. For the discerning shopper, you can’t ask for a cleaner car history than that. For both cars I purchased, Arde had maintenance and inspections done by local factory mechanics, providing even more piece of mind. Even if you find a good car somewhere else for a decent price, there’s a fair chance they’ll under pay on your trade-in. I just bought my second car from Arde in a short time period and he gave me a great deal on my trade in and really wants repeat customers. I won’t buy a truly special preowned car anywhere else.
