I LOVE this coffee. I frequently come here throughout the week. The quality of the coffee is always consistent. Sometimes there’s a wait even if you placed an online order, but they’re usually really busy so that’s understandable. Friendly staff and great coffee. If you want to work in the shop get there super early because they’re usually packed all day long!

Staff was most helpful helping me make my coffee selection. They nailed it! Full bodied, fresh and delicious. Pleasant environment. Recommended.

Lattes were delicious. I recommend the iced Cubano or the iced honey cinnamon. I love the mission behind The Well Coffeehouse because they are working toward providing clean water to communities around the world. That’s enough for me to go back, but the coffee is amazing too!

Coffee is very good but the place is the loudest shop around. Please put some sound dampeners on the walls and pads on the chair feet. It sounds like a torture chamber for cackling Halloween witches as the chairs are moved in and out. Not a joyful relaxing place.

I will caveat this post by saying up until today weve come here at least 3 times a week every single week. We mainly come because the coffee is good and we want to support local. The food isnt bad either but it isnt cheap for midmeal proportions.Im leaving three stars to be fair to the above. But Im deducting 2 stars because of less than satisfactory customer service - we moved here from NYC so we know a thing or two about being treated like just another number at checkout, but to be completely honest, our NYC coffee shops were way more welcoming than this staff has ever been.Every now and then Ill ask for my cold brew either light ice or no ice - and almost every time theres attitude from the guy for it. On top of that they make sure to let me know just how much ice I shouldve gotten. Today Ive finally decided to document this.The first picture is my cold brew this morning on the counter waiting for me to pick it up - legitimately half full.Instead of accepting a half full cup like we usually do, we asked for more coffee to the less than willing barista. The second picture is what he came back with.Its really more about the principle and how you treat people than anything for me. This aint it.

I like the coffee and availability of workspaces. WiFi seems to always be a coin flip, and they cannot reset the network which is a bit annoying if you’re planning on getting work done on a Laptop or phone.

Stopped in for an impromptu coffee date with my husband and 5 year old daughter. My peach caramel latte was flavorful and delightful. My daughter was very happy with her lemonade. Great space, pleasent workers.

Delicious coffee! I got one of their seasonal drinks and it was lovely. The flavor wasnt too intense and it wasnt too sweet, just right. My only complaint was that it was really hard to find parking there, but Ill still be back as the coffee was worth the parking wait!

I love the latte mix of blueberry and basil. It was strong on the blueberry side so it was a little sweet but not overpowering.

Maybe Im just not cultured enough but this was one of the worst cups of coffee Ive ever had. Granted, it was just a boring old drip coffee because I was in a rush but I couldnt even get past three sips. Their fancy stuff may be amazing but we certainly got off on the wrong foot.On a good note, the atmosphere is relaxing and beautiful and the barista was super personable and service was fast.

Visited the Brentwood Well Coffeehouse today, while catching up on some work estimates and scheduling. I had what is possibly the best Cuban I have ever had while there. It was good enough to make me think, I need to write them a 5star review. It is espresso with steamed, sweetened condensed milk. Perfectly strong, with a great balance of bite and a mild sweet finish, without being overly sweet. And all of the crew had friendly smiles and the service was quick. I will be back.

My favorite coffee shop. They have an excellent rotating seasonal beverage menu, and amazing cold brew. I’ve had their food a few times as well, and it was definitely the same awesome quality as their coffee and berverages.They also carry a few Adagio teas, which is my favorite loose leaf tea, so that’s a huge plus!The staff is always friendly and prompt, I’ve never had to wait for long here.Can get a little crowded at times, but that just goes to show how awesome this place is.

Tried the Wake Up San Francisco (lavender and blackberry Cuban). Coffee was good but very disappointed in the breakfast sandwich (honey bee). The picture on their website looked delicious but the saugage patty looked completely different when ordered and tasted terrible. The homemade biscuit was good. We did try two other coffees (mango tango and peachy keen) and avocado toast, which all where just OK.

Classic American coffee shop, comfortable chairs and free WiFi. Easy to reach, you can park either in front of the shop or behind into the garage. Nice environment, a large selection of coffee. I strongly not recommend the espresso, the presentation is great but the taste no! All the other selections are fine. The guys working are young and very nice. A little bit expensive. Overall a good place to hang out.

I loved this place! I ordered a pour over and my barista was very precisely preparing my drink, almost as if it were her own- always greatly appreciated. The staff seemed happy, tons of seating. Decor was sort of nature meets industrial with natural wood integrated with concrete and rough, thick metal as well as a beautiful monochrome foliage mural behind their menu boards on the wall. The Wells mission is also inspiring and an encouraging reason to come again.

Always love this place, great coffee & do such good things with their profits. Truly a win-win dining here.

Rustic relaxed atmosphere. Friendly staff. They have a few interesting coffee beverages that I had never heard of before. I tried a drink with spearmint and ginger beer which was different but refreshing alternative just just coffee.

The coffee is good and I like the premise. Not child or baby friendly. Last time I went, they told me to change my baby on the foot stool they had in the bathroom.

The Cappuccino was good, slightly under extracted and most of the milks flavor had been cooked out, but good nonetheless. The best part of the coffee shop was their mission and purpose. I love coffee shops that share the love of humanity.

Ive been going to the Well for about five years now, and its definitely one of the top coffeeshops in Nashville. I enjoy the clean, open atmosphere, and the baristas are always kind and helpful. For coffee connoisseurs, I think youll find they have a consistent quality in their roasts and extractions, while providing an exciting variety of seasonal offerings. Go for the cuban, a single-origin pour over, a simple drip, or the chai. Whatever it is, Im always very satisfied. Five stars.

My friend took me here and introduced me to pour over coffee. We had las lajas. It was so good, I took my husband, and he instantly needed to buy everything to make pour over coffee. It is seriously life changing.

Very live coffee place pulling in young crowd. One can spot a lot of young professionals working on their laptops & friends gathering for chitchat. I ordered a seasonal latte - Yorkshire, blend of house made butterscotch and black walnut along with Avocado toast. Both of them were extremely delicious and fresh. Id highly recommend to try the seasonal drinks.Pro tip:- Come a lil early to get a parking spot & table.

The Well in Bellevue is great so I decided to give the Brentwood location a try earlier today. I ordered a Corvette w/ light ice and was a little surprised to be served a cup somewhere between half and 3/4 full. When I asked the employee if any part was missing she stated that I ordered light ice...so I guess I get the exact same amount, but with less ice. Which I guess I understand on a certain level, but if youre paying $6 ($7 with tip) for a drink thats mostly grapefruit juice, you expect a little more. **Edit** I ordered the same drink with light ice at the Bellevue location on Saturday and the cup was full and tasted great.

This is kind of a combined rating of most of the The Well Coffeehouses because they all provide great experiences. This one makes the best pour overs. Bellevue has the sweetest customer service. Lipscomb has the tastiest nom noms.

The well is awesome. They have speciality coffees that feature unique notes like strawberry and orange. The atmosphere is awesome and when coupled with the humanitarian effort to provide clean water it makes paying for the coffee that much better. Good coffee, good service, GREAT cause!

My dark chocolate latte was excellent! The espresso they used to make it was smooth and rich without being bitter or acidic. Several steps up from Starbucks.

Very nice establishment. Delicious coffee and some quality breakfast options. Good place to have a coffee or study break. Free wifi was a nice touch (should be expected these days). The Willow breakfast plate was a perfect, healthy option. Many, many choices when it comes to coffee and espresso drinks.

Amazing place for intimate concert/showcase. They even have hot chocolate catered to little peeps. Very clean including bathrooms. Very kind, patient staff.

Always an excellent experience to know that you can enjoy incredible coffee while supporting an important cause. Like most great Nashville coffee, it will run you a bit for a cup of cold brew or pour over, but I do love that its helping with clean water initiatives. Its also a great spot to meet in between Franklin (where I live) and Nashville (where many people Im meeting with are coming from).

Chai latte is amazing

We went here because I was gifted a gift card online. Unfortunately it was a complicated gift card and was technically for their retail shop online only (where I could purchase gift cards) but they couldnt redeem it in the store. It was a complicated process but they were so kind and patient with me, even on a busy Saturday morning. They even gave me some free drink cards since it was a hassle (even thought it was my own hassle for a funky gift card) and helped me purchase the actual gift cards I could use in the store, online. Very kind people, I will definitely be back! Not just because I now have a gift card I can use in their coffee house, but because their service was outstanding.

Its a good place. Therere many coffee houses like this around the city: reclaimed wood bar, high ceilings with minimal interior, a few souvenir items like mugs and t-shirts. The avocado toast was good and coffee was great. Saturday morning it was nice and not too many people.

This used to be my favorite coffee shop, but there are some new employees who are very rude, provide poor customer service, and take forever to make a cup of coffee!

The employees are kind but the venue gets a bit crowded and loud. If you are wanting to meet up with an old friend to chat, it may not be the place to go, because you cant always hear well. The tea selection is slim as well, but what the causes they support is admirable!

This is a great place to drink your favorite coffee. I didn’t be there many times. However, when I went there couple of times I had a great experience. The price is not high. It is more or less equal to the Starbucks. However, this coffee house has a unique coffee tastes. They are offering various flavors to the customers. I believe that I have tasted vanilla coffee on couple of times.This is place you can bring your children. I didn’t see they are offering any high chairs for children’s (Coffee house management, please let me know if you are offering high chairs for the children’s. If yes then I will update my comments accordingly. Thank you).The parking has a lot. You can park where you find a free space in front of the store.They have facility in the outside of the coffee house. You can just sit and relax while you taste your coffee.I would recommend this place for my friends, family and others as well.The entrance has accessible for everyone. One of the first coffee shops Ive tried in Nashville and its definitely on the repeat visit list. Service was second to none. Im an aspiring coffee nerd, and something about the cappuccino I had was unique in a way Ive not tasted before. Definitely gotta discover what it was! Maybe its that Tennessee milk that you just cant get in the Washington, D.C. area! 😀

I took “to go” every morning, but it seemed like seating might be hard to come by at times. Even though there were plenty of tables, this place always seemed packed (at least in the mid morning). Place is nice. We got there too early for this live music, but the atmosphere is really nice. Took longer to get my coffee than I expected. The two others in my group ordered specialty drinks and received them far quicker then I did when I just got coffee. Otherwise great time and a nice place.

This place was slammed when I went (on a Wednesday) but the coffee - holy beans! This place is legit. Some of the best coffee Ive ever had. Its worth it to be in there for your brief 1-on-1 meetings, post workout hang out, or even something quick on your way into work.
