I am very unhappy with the uncaring unhelpful customer service I received at Brentwood Self Storage. I reserved a 15 U-Haul from Kim on 8-2-2021 for Sunday 8-8-2021, She assured me that I had it reserved and sent me an email to that effect. When we arrived to pick it up, Emery informed us that the reservation had been cancelled by the customer. I am the customer and I did not cancel. Emery kept passing the buck saying he is not U-Haul. I am a senior citizen and instead of trying to make things better he got mad at me for being angry and refused to help me. When you are in customer service it is your job to defer a persons unhappiness with your services and turn things around. He never apologized and didnt help. Maybe Emery is great when things go well but he sure doesnt know how to solve problems. Thank God my children came through and saved the day. But, I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and everyone else about these events.

We have used them plenty of times and Emery is the best, he is very professional and always very helpful. Great customer service. Would recommend renting from them anytime

I just moved from a larger unit to their smallest one at Brentwood Storage, since I had fewer items in storage. They accommodated me, even finding the closest unit to reduce amount of distance from one to the other.I have now been using Brentwood Self Storage for almost a year.The staff have always been extremely helpful and flexible, never pushy just friendly. All is clean and their security seems very tight.Highly recommend this storage service!

Well I was getting really frustrated with u_haul website because Im technically challenged, so I decided to call Brentwood Storage directly and the nicest voice answered the phone and Kim took care of the whole reservation for me and was so kind about it she didnt rush and explained in detail all my questions. Emery walked me to the outside and went over everything I needed to know to the drive big beautiful truck that was wonderful, When my plans changed and I need the truck for longer, Kim checked and said it was not a problem. thankfully because I was able to help my daughter her husband and my 4 little grandsons move into there beautiful new house. So all the work I had to do around the house with the truck ended on a positive note.I will DEFINITELY recommend Brentwood self storage and u_haul, they made the whole experience so for much easier and the customer service is well beyond expectations. Mr. Ken Maier and his staff are excellent. After my nightmare experience with a scam moving company, the Brentwood Self Storage Company has taken exception care of my entire household goods. The entire staff is thorough, professional, and supportive of the customers needs. After a 2,400 mile move to California, I feel very fortunate to have my entire household in a highly secure environment.

They have always been very nice and helpful whenever needed. I have never had a problem with them. Have been keeping my things there for almost 4 years now and never had a complaint about it!!!
