The storage space is adequate, but their pricing policy is borderline fraudulent. The price I agreed to when I rented keeps being increased without my knowledge or permission. Customer service is not helpful. I definitely do not recommend this company.

Sal personally was top notch. We were put into a bad spot in our living situation by the homeowners during this crazy time in the world and were basically forced out of our rent to own agreement. Long story short as we felt the world was coming down on aroubd us we needed to make quuck arrangements for storage having to move in a drop of a dime. Feeling highly stressed and callwd a few places with very high rates we landed on this company. They were our saving grace. Really took a huge weight off our shoulders. We needed to rent two seperate units and he made the whole process seemless. He guided us through it step by step made sure we understood everything completely and was very personable while still conducting our business together. Great experience. They took care of us got us squared away quickly and efficiently and didnt try price gouge us either very reasonable rates. If you are looking for a trustworthy and reliable storage place Sal is your guy and this is THE PLACE! Highly Recommend them!!

I cannot tell you how happy I was with the service I received from Peter & Sal. I had many questions and concerns that they were more than happy to help me with. Then, when I did get a bunch of my stuff moved in, I realized I was going to need more room right away.They had no problem finding me the new perfect spot for my storage. The place is immaculate and easy to get to your storage from with building access in several helpful areas. No far walking.Climate controlled and excellent lighting make for a pleasurable experience all the way around. I recommend them to anyone looking for a quality company that cares about their customers the way they do at Extra Space Storage.

I have been using this facility since 2016 I found it to be very clean ....easily accessible ..workable hours and very safe. Dealing with the staff was beyond compare they were kind courteous always got back to me and answered my questions... Rent was raised on the 6th month. Felt pressured to leave a good review when signing up. Ended up waiting an extra hour after signing up to get my gate code to work. However, the place was very well kept and clean.

Climate controlled facility with excellent staff. Newly painted and renovated. I have rented here for several years and never had any complaints. Five stars if they would stop raising their rates every year. Corporate is out of Salt Lake City if I remember correctly. What does that mean to you? I have no idea. That was a freebie.

Customer Service & Safety 👍🏽A NEW CLIENT.....Assuming they close at 6:30, I had a car full of STUFF to drop off after work. The gentleman was kind enough to wait for me, even though hed have to go through the paperwork process with me. Fortunately, he was so efficient and clear, I had only 1 question and we were done in 15 minutes (so quick I didnt catch his name). I SO appreciate him staying as I wouldnt have been able to make it for a few more days. My dad stores here and convenience and safety are A+.
