Very pleasant wonderful to see women in this store that are knowledgeable and friendly

Staff was very kind and helpful. Only 4 stars because I am used to them putting in the headlight for me, but was informed that they dont do it at that location. But thankfully a sweet mechanic named Russell saw I was perplexed and did it for me for free. What a blessing. Very happy experience. God is so good.

Terrible networking organization with main office. Scattered and really rude customer service over the phone. The person who took my call for inquiry about my delivery had no answers, wouldnt redirect me, and then had the audacity to hang up while I was speaking. Is this the professionalism we deserve from a national franchise? This reeks of small-time garage antics. Will never give my business to them again.

HORRIBLE!! service manager DAVE Perez WAS extremely RUDE! Did not honor what his employees told me when I bought my product! He called me a lier and said that he had to speak to his employe because no one there would ever tell me I could return what I bought. Told him to call the guy and he said no you can come back when he’s here told him I was out of town the week and he said oh then the following day and the following day. I feel extremely disrespected and will never step my foot in one of your doors again.

The business always has people who are willing to help and thats not just for this particular store. All the stores have knowledgeable people and always there to answer questions if you have any. Ive never had a bad experience with them or any of the Advance Auto stores. Of all the parts stores I visit, I visit them the most. Excellent place to get your automotive needs.

Didnt have what I needed

The guys were very helpful. I was thrilled just to see no long lines. I was able to make my purchase and leave quickly.

Most of the staff is very approachable and knowledgeable and they usually have what Im looking for in stock. The young lady behind the counter and the supervisor are probably the best employees there, I recommend looking for those two women for assistance if theyre there.

Dealing with Charie S. at advance auto parts in Bridgeport was a pleasure. Wish there were more customer service like the one she provided. Not only did she recommend a better product that I needed but took the extra step to install my windshield wipers. Made sure the antenna I bought was the right one. I would highly recommend, for any auto supplies that you need, to deal with Charie S. Shes the best:)))))

Wonderfull staff and great prices

Deplorable! Got into it w an Asst. Mgr who refused. Then argued I didnt order front pads for my vehicle due to some part# glitch in the Advance system. Big Arguement in front of 15 people insisting I ordered back pads as her system originally said, then the Sr. Mgr steps in & verifies wrong part # in their system. No apologies for being totally unprofessional!

The website listed the wrong part, and they gave me trouble with the return. It damaged another part because it was wrong and they refused to do anything.
