Went in today at around 11am to get the hdmi port of ps4 fixed, only cost $70 and I got my Ps4 back at around 5pm. Its working fine and everything is good. Definitely go here if you need your console fixed fast and at a good price.

KMB Computer saved my laptop! The price was fair and the work was quick! Id recommend them to anyone with any issues regarding their computer. Its a neighborhood repair shop. You dont have to pack up & send out your computer to a faceless company that will charge you an arm and a leg to do repairs that you dont need.

I brought in my New Nintendo 2DS and two 3DSs to get repaired. The customer service was great. The 2DS was a special edition and was in need of a new R trigger and a new speaker. Thankfully a new R trigger was gotten that was the same piece for the special edition and a speaker was found. A 3DS had a broken hinge which was repaired by replacing the front casing. Its analog stick was also replaced as it had fallen apart which makes sense since I remember that one of the DSs analog stick might of been broken when I brought them in, but forgot about it. What surprised me the most was that KMB was able to fix my water damaged 3DS. It would turn off if the top screen moved too hard which did not take much to be honest; a soft poke would be enough. Sadly the screen got messed up due to the water damage causing the top screen to have a pink/purple tint and the bottom to be faded. A certain part would be needed to fix it which I didnt get. Despite the color and fade the screen is still manageable and most importantly I can actually play the 3DS without worrying about it turning off.TLDR: Great customer service and great New 2DS and 3DS repairs. I definitely recommend bringing them to KMB if you want to get yours fixed. They may even be able to fix water damage.

Excellent service. The man who assisted me was professional and super knowledgeable. My iPhone screen (given the choice of a black or white face) was replaced within 30 minutes, and the price couldn’t be beat (contrary to what the last person said). I will return here for future business.

Shop was clean and the work station wasnt horrible. The shop was an open floor plan.. I felt secure leaving my tower. He was on time calling me. Communicated with me what was needed and walked me through my options and what each option did. Right on schedule for completion. The price for diagnosing my tower was absorbed into the full price of the work done. I will, and have, given his business number out. I would gladly go back.

They did a good job replacing the battery for my smart watch. Very reasonable pricing(especially compared to quotes I got from other options). I already had the battery, so just paid for labor. I dropped it off and it was done when I returned a few hours later. Not the friendliest owner/technician, but job well done. Will return for similar needs.

I received phenomenal service at KMB Computer. My daughter damaged her Iphone and needed it to be fixed ASAP. Jesus was very knowledgeable about about all services provided at KMB without being pushy. Total time for fixing was about 25 minutes. I wish I would have known about them a few years ago. Dropped off my iphone 7. Had a friend fix my screen and they ended up making my phone enter a boot loop. Within 1 hour of dropping it off got a phone call it could be fixed for a reasonable price. My phone feels like brand new and Jesus B. did a great job. Plus they are bilingual! Hopefully I dont have to come back but I now know where to go

I had accidentally broken one of the fan connectors while doing a repair on my Macbook. Though I can solder I do not have the steady hands to do this repair myself. Jesus did the job a at a reasonable price, and really quick too. Id go back again.

Fixed my screen 3 times a total of 3 times. On the last try my phone completely stopped working and he never compromised with me.

Long time customer never had a problem until he fixed my iPhone XR a couple weeks ago and the lcd had cracked after being repaired, I haven’t dropped the phone once since I got it repaired I called him and tried to resolve we met in person and he declined fixing it even though it was his own fault And told me to pay for the damages.
