Usually I don’t leave reviews unless there is something to write about. Today I was attended by a sales representative. Angie, the sales representative that attended me, was very patient with me when it came to helping me understand what my options were and what my best options were. I then asked for a manager, Katherine, so that I could discuss a even better option and a greater discount. In conclusion, I am now a new member of the T-Mobile family. I got a great phone upgrade and Apple Watch.I couldn’t be even more happy with my monthly plan.

Ghetto! Ghetto! I called the store with a complaint and ask to speak with a manager. Joshua who answered said he is the manager. I go on to express my complaint and was then speaking to someone else who intoduced himself as the manager. He says Joshua is a rep. So now Joshua gets to lie to the customer and say hes a manager without consequences. The manager should be in a rep position. Unprofessional group of clowns in this store. Do yourself a favor and find a professional establishment to do business.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Joey specifically took care of me and went above and beyond to make sure I received the best service. If you’re in Bridgeport, go here instead of the T-Mobile on Trumbull mall, trust me.

Thank You Joey 💫 for creating such a wonderful experience!! I was a BOOST MOBILE customer for over 13 years . I never had a plan, I don’t like wasting time or feeling pressured to purchase anything. I needed a new phone long story short. Joey was knowledgeable and patient (I had a million questions 🤳🏽💆🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️) but he helped to ease my insecurities from switching to a new company. I went in to just ask questions and came out with new phones. I left feeling satisfied 💃🏽I waited a month to do this review because I wanted to get my first bill to make sure I didn’t set myself up for a disaster . EVERYTHING Joey said has been true down to my bill. I went from getting myself a phone to now my family members having new plans all because of Joey. Horrible horrible! Staff is very unprofessional and would tell you anything to make a quick sale for commission. They lie and don’t tell you all your options even if it’s for your benefit. Beware of this place. Manager is extremely unprofessional as well. Workers use racial profanity around customers and are offensive to customers. I would stay away from this place! They made my first experience with T-Mobile a bad one and I had to go visit a different T-Mobile store to get my services taken care of.
This T mobile store has OUTSTANDING customer service.. The store manager Edward knows what he’s doing & helped me out a lot. After I came from the t mobile next to chipotle i believe it’s a corporate store, he solved all my problems and his store representative Joshua was also amazing. Very knowledgeable, fluent and transparent. HIGHLY recommend this store.

Worst experience ever. Purchased a Note ultra 5G phone yesterday. When I got home I saw information on a Samsung sponsored ad that would have saved me $500 on the phone and $163 trade in if I ordered from Samsung and designated T mobile as service provider. I went back to this store today. They told me if I had financed the phone I would have had no finance charge and been eligible for promotions. WHAT???? So Tmobile penalizes cash buyers and dont even give money saving options when purchasing??? STAY AWAY!UPDATE: I did email the manager as he asked in response to my review. No response from him at all! I figured his reply to my review was just to make himself look good. Dont fall for it. If you are happy with T-mobile buy your phone from Apple or Samsung and indicate that T-mobile is your provider so that you get all discounts and promotions available. The store is a RIP OFF!!

Would not recommend. The worker katherine is a liar and tries to victimize herself when she knows she is wrong. But who’s going to believe who? It’s her word against mine. I came into the store and stressed to her how my bill was high and wanted to know how much my phone was per line. She sold me a phone to help her commissions without telling me that it would increase my bill this month. Katherine is a liar and only cares about sales lol.

It was my first time going to this store since Sprint was bought out by T- Mobile. Upon arrival everyone on staff greeted me with such kindness and understanding in regards to getting a new phone. Joey along with the rest of the staff went above and beyond. Joey is hands down one of the best employees. He made me feel like apart of the team and I dont even work there lol. He took that extra step that alot of ppl dont take working Sales, which consisted of not only helping me but making me feel like I wasnt wasting his time. He helped me find a good phone to replace my dead galaxy s8 and acquire all of my contacts, which I thought were lost. The galaxy s20 is by far my favorite phone from the series which he suggested. Once again Joey alongside the rest of the employees are beyond good at what they do and I more than enjoyed my time there.
Went in there to switch to a plan with sprint and get a new phone for my dad and sister. The ladies working there were super nice and very helpful. Jennifer, was very friendly, informative and didnt mind answering multiple questions we had. We walked out super happy!
I dont recommend this store. Very bad customer services I went for a line addition and they mess up my plan twice, first they promise $120 for the magenta plan but after I checked online looks like the real price is $140 because Im an old customer. Then the day after my plan change looks like they put my in a expensive plan magenta plus $170. I call the store and they response is call customer services.*Lack of communication with customers*Very bad customer services*Bad following up relation with customers*Bad explanation of packages*Lier ( give false information to the consumers wrong prices plan)*They take decisions for you. They singed me up for apple care whit out my permission.Because of all this inconvenience I do not recommend this store.

First bad experience with tmobile
As I first stepped foot into the store I felt an overwhelming energy of being wanted there as a customer. The recent times prior, I wanted to leave as soon as I walked in. It is a COMPLETELY different store and environment. Not only did I feel engaged and welcomed but I also walked out with a new line. The new manager there, and his entire staff are competent, attentive, and knowledgeable about what they do. I came in for a new line and I walked out with a new lone & a heartfelt experience that no other retailer can provide. GO GET YOUR PHONES AT THIS SPRINT!!
People who work have disrespectful misconduct
The worst store, staff,and stores manager you can deal with. Untrained staff made multiple mistakes in one visit, unable to fix the mistakes due to lake of training and experience. Especially the story manager James and goes by jammy dont know which name is right he told me James and told sprint representatives jammy. He is very disrespectful, not honest with me customers or with sprint sales representative, and very very unprofessional and inexperienced. He refused to take action and fix the problem when sprint representative told him that this can be fixed at the store. Then he refused to speak with the sale representative again when she asked me to put him on the phone again to get more information. So she can help me. I would never recommend this store to anyone.
The manger that works here, his name is adward, and he’s horrible with customers and figuring out ways to help with getting to the bottom of things, He acted very careless and is very unprofessional. I would never deal with sprint again. They are trash.

Horrible service kevin ( the manager) sold me a damage phone he said he was gonna swap it for different phone and he just been ignoring my calls since then. i called sprint and they want me to pay to get the phone to get fix why should i pay for a phone that had issues since day one
