Unprofessional and unhelpful customer service. Ordered parts online for a closet project which ended up not being compatible. Reached out by email for help and received incoherent responses from somebody named Aaron. He didn’t understand the issue but really didn’t care to understand either. I sent my parts back anyway and never received a response or refund. Buyer beware if purchasing online.

I ordered hard to find teak wood from them. The planks were custom made to my specifications and arrive perfectly. Even shipping was great, well packaged to avoid damage. I just placed a second order and look forward to their help with my next project!

Ordered a radiator cover, the website said easy assembly so I expected screws or something, instead I got a bottle of glue and tiny nails.. definitely not easy assembly!I gave it a shot, put the nail right in the middle, but it bent and the MDF split - seems like low quality to me.

I ordered several closet rods and and the support for wall mounting. The order came without the supports so I can’t install the rods and finish the project. I contacted the seller and he had the nerve to say it was sent in the package. I asked him to “resend” the missing supports with expedited shipping on December 11. It is now the 19th and I still haven’t received anything. My customer is very upset that the closet won’t be finished within the promised timeline. Don’t do business with this company. Dishonest and disorganized.
