Do not sign a contract with these people. if you chose to leave at the expiration they will find a way to charge a cancellation fee. they also have the worst customer service person in the business{ she must be a family member}

Would give them no stars if it was an option. I had the opportunity to switch to gas for free from eversource as they were on our road and I contacted Christina she was awful to me. She told me to tell eversource not to run the line to our home to tell them to stop digging because we were under contract with hi-ho. I told her I would do no such thing as when would I ever get the chance again to get gas to our home for free. A little while passed and during the height of the pandemic I received a cancellation bill from Hi-Ho. They should be ashamed of themselves when people are out of work and cant even put food on their tables and on top of it I am a disabled individual. Needless to say I put the bill on my credit card because it said if I didnt pay it within a month It would go to collections. Dont deal with these people!!!

Hi-Ho Petroleum has been consistently reliable with their oil deliveries. Their automatic computerized system monitors fuel use and we never have to worry about forgetting to check and getting below a quarter tank. Customer service including reminders of annual furnace check-ups and repair requests are top notch. They are priced right and even offer good lock-in deals. Very recommended!

I joined Hi Ho 2 years ago. In this fast paced work I dont have time to fix, correct, call etc. These people offer great service in every aspect I have needed it. Whether it is oil, billing, repairs, general questions, they get it done and quickly, too. In my financial business, nothing is more important than the customer. I believe these people have that philosophy in great abundance, too.

They did a great job with the installation of my new air handler for my central air conditioning system. They are also my heating company and I recommend them to my friends as a complete heating and cooling company. Thank you.

Hi-Ho has been WONDERFUL to deal with. Who ever you chat with on the phone is accommodating and is able to get you answers to all your questions. They are EXCEPTIONALLY Polite on the phone NOT like Apple Oil whos women that answer the phone think its an inconvenience. Im SO HAPPY I switched.

High prices and awful customer service. After being their customer for over 6 years, my request to CANCEL automatic delivery was never processed. Now they are charging me for 119 gallons of oil that I never requested, have no use for and have to pay to get rid of (we switched to propane). Run away from Hi-Ho Petroleum!

I have been using HiHo for a couple years now. Christina, Cathy, Mercedes including Lou and the mechanic team are wonderful. The have always been there when needed. The same day service when I have trouble with my heating system is amazing. The mechanic do a great job in keeping everything up and running. The customer service is great. The oil price is awesome as well. I fell as if they are my extended family.I highly recommend Hiho if you are looking for a reliable oil company.

No fuss and always reliable. I love it because I dont have to schedule or supervise delivery. I know they came around when I see the receipt in my mail box.

Been a customer for several years...very satisfied with the cust.service I receive whenever I call (especially from Christina, who is always helpful and patient with me!) and whenever I needed service, HiHo was quick to respond.....Would like pricing to be better, but who doesnt!! After being with hi ho for 3 years... They now Jack the price of fuel oil up on me astronomically.... A friend of mine. Got me a price$0. 20 cheaper per gallon through Santa Fuel .They even waive the $0. 10 a gallon charge. Santa fuel me 20% off on my burner contract... .. I had been sent the contract by hi ho about 2 weeks ago.. and had not signed it yet.. the lady at hi ho claimed I still have to take the service.. that the fuel was already purchased for me !! I told her its only been two weeks and I havent signed the contract yet ! That I asked for a refund of my unused portion of the burner contract and have it apply to the balance I owe .... She said hi ho cannot do that... She said that I was active customer. Until the balance was paid of what I owed them. I told her I never received my free burner cleaning thats included with the burner contract and I would like to schedule my burner cleaning now.... She said well youre no longer customer so we cant do that... I explained to her she just told me I was Active untill Bal paid ... So I want my free burner cleaning that I paid for... I told her goodbye and Ill never use your company ever again! .. so if your burner contract starts in January... But the new heating season starts in June. You change companies you just lost the money that you paid for your Burner Service

A few years ago our furnace died on the coldest day of the year. When I called Hi-Ho, I told them we had a newborn in the house.They were at my door within 30 minutes.They told me that we would have to replace the furnace and made payment arrangements that we could afford.I am extremely grateful that they were there.

Update***...the manager at Hi ho christina called me & apologized for my situation being handled poorly by a staff member .she agreed to give me my free burner cleaning Tune up.that was included with burner contract .since this has been remedied ..I will update my review for a more positive one ..perhaps I will be a return customer in the future..

They answer the phone when called, and always prompt deliveries by Dan, regardless of the weather.

I will never be a customer of HiHo Petroleum ever again. After being a customer for two years and having constant communication with them over that period they pushed me to my wits end. Every billing cycle they badger you for payment before it is even due. They will send three bills within a two week period as if you didnt receive the first one. In the past twenty four hours they went as far as to call me four times and leave me four voice mails. On the receiving end one would imagine such pestering would be caused by an emergency of sorts. That was simply not the case. Not only did they call me three times on the number I provided on file for them, they whitepaged me and obtained my personal home telephone number to call me repeatedly on. When I returned their multiple calls they lied and said they had only called once. When I asked what the emergency was that lead them to harass me so many times they simply inquired about my new address and my outstanding (one week old) bill. I told them I had moved out of state and was no longer a customer of theirs, not like it was their business anyway. I had also told them that the bill I received a week ago and had a month to pay was already in the mail. I was treated like a child and was spoken to with disdain and attitude. I suggest going with ANY oil company other than HiHo. They deliver on time however they are poorly managed and staffed. They will leave you with nothing but a headache.

One thing less to worry about, automatic deliveries and professional people.
