I’m going to be honest I’m am a new homeowner and when I found out that my heating was oil I was so scared, I thought it was going to be very expensive and hard to manage. To top it off once I closed on the house and was ready to move in right after Christmas and my boiler stopped working :-( Gabriel Jr came for the rescue and fix the issue my inspector happen to ignore.Ramos fuel has provided me with a pleasant comfort experience making sure my home is warm on cold winter days best choice ever by far.

On a Saturday morning, my family and I woke up to a freezing house. When I went downstairs to the basement, I was completely out of oil. After calling multiples oil companies, some of the companies were closed on a Saturday, some of the oil companies did not want to refill my oil tank because I wasnt a customer, and some companies were only able to fill up on Tuesday. As I didnt know what else to do, I called my dad (in tears). He immediately said, Call Ramos Fuel. When I called, a very nice lady picked up the phone and was very understanding of my concerns for a same day oil delivery. The emergency rate was a very manageable price as well. Four hours later my oil was delivered. The driver even asked if I knew how to reset my furnace and if not he is more than happy to help. When I told him I knew how to reset the furnace, he then said, well if you have any difficulties after resetting the furnace, please do not hesitate to call Ramos Fuel, we will come out and help you as soon as possible. I thought that was so nice of him. From the beginning until the end, my experience was wonderful from a caring, professional oil company and staff. I highly would recommend Ramos Fuel to anyone! Thank you Ramos Fuel for quickly warming my house back up again!

So I come to a 4 way stop sign intersection. I stop. Look both ways and begin to drive through and out of nowhere, one of their fuel trucks blows the stop sign almost slamming into us. I avoid the accident, pull behind the truck and follow them so I can call their office. A woman answers and I tell her one of their trucks just ate a stop sign. She replies “that’s nice” and hangs up. That’s the culture of Ramos Fuel. The dash cam video was turned over to the police who said they’d issue a ticket based on the video footage. If the office doesn’t care how their truck drivers behave, then their issues are much deeper. The lack of accountability is typical of a company that blames others for their actions. Shameful company, culture and ownership.

This company is very Profesional, efficient and flexible!!! There has never been a time that Ive called and havent had a positive experience. The receptionist is very proficient and goes above and beyond to get oil to me when I need it!!! Awesome Company I am speaking from experience!!! Thank you all for being great!!!

Hello Everyone my name is Sheila Gonzalez and I am the office manager here at Ramos Fuel & Trucking. I just wanted to inform everyone that we have new hours for the spring/summer schedule. We are now open Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8am to 1pm. The office is closed on Tuesday and over the weekend until we enter the fall/winter schedule (possibly in October).
