I found Love TV to be an extremely dependable electronics store and repair shop. I took my 14 year old Sony 300 C D player in for repairs. I was very surprised they knew what I had and had no problem with repairing it. Mark the repair technician was very professional and accommodating. We just purchased a new TV and had Love TV mount the old one in another room and I am so happy with the entire process. The set-up of the new TV was thorough. They connected and set up all the other devices, such as the DVD player, and have them all hooked up to the remote. It was so nice to have that taken care of and not have to try to figure that out ourselves. Plus the mounting of the old TV looks so professional. No wires showing!

They did a great job. They had my TV about 5 weeks. They had to order a part and do some soldering. My TV works great now. Slightly expensive, but they did great. I paid about 300 over 3 payments. Id recommend.

After dealing with LG - my television manufacturer, we came to a conclusion my OLED panel needed to be replaced. After not receiving any further information from LG, working with Love TV was absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond repairing the TV. Also due to COVID, there process of setting an appointment and getting the part ordered, was a breeze. Additionally, Id like to say the individuals that work their are very knowledgeable, which in return gave me tips and suggestions from letting the Burn In happening in the future. Got my TV in June, just now getting around to the review. I worked directly with Jim who spent an extensive amount of time discussing options, going over differences in models and trying to find the best fit for me. There were also a couple questions I had since the model I was most interested in was not yet released and information was scarce online. Jim contacted his representative at Sony and got me the information quickly.All told the purchasing process was much better than you would have buying from a large chain store and the prices are at the least the same here from what I saw. If you are in the market for a new television, especially if you arent an expert and have questions, I would strongly recommend giving them a visit.

Couple weeks ago my tv blew due to the big thunder storm. I called several places and was turned down because I didn’t have a warranty. I want to thank Jim Wilhite for his help in getting my TV back up and running. It took three telephone visits (because of the virus shutdown), but Jim hung in there, probably on his own time, and got me going. This is typical of all the Love TV people, they have always been there for us when we needed them.

The staff at Loves were so very helpful. Brought in my 30 year old Sony and its working like new again. They took the time to call me and ask me questions about its operation before they began the work. When I picked it up they took the time to explain the work they provided and what may have caused the damage. I love Loves TV ! Use them and you will too.

Randy and Jim came out to install an HD antenna (3 zones), mount a sound bar below a TV and run an Ethernet line. Everything looks and works great. My basement was full of cabling, some in use, much was not. They ran what they needed and labeled all the ends. It was 6 hours of work, professionally done, professional results.

I took a 70 TV in to get an estimate on repair. Cheaper than I thought!! After they gave me the diagnosis and estimate, I gave them the OK to do the repairs. I had my working TV back to me in a few days. Very professional and fast!

I have a Pioneer Elite Plasma Monitor( no internal sound system)which would shut-off when I changed inputs through my receiver. When I called other repair companies they indicated that they do not work on my particular flat panel tv and parts were hard or impossible to find. I called Love( one of the companies I called recommended them) and the courteous person l talked to told me to bring it in. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable.The problem was pinpointed and the two defective parts identified. One part was readily available, but the other was not. It took some time to secure that part, but Loves persistent search paid off. I have had the set back for some time and it is operating perfectly. So, l would recommend Love and patience without reservation. Again, great staff.Bill Young

My Samsung Smart TV was damaged due to a recent power surge. It was a little over 2 years old, so I wanted to see if it would be cheaper to get it repaired rather than buy a new one. I read online that this place specialized in repairs. I took in my flatscreen TV in to Love TV Sales & Services and the lady charged me $60 upfront to take a look and analyze the issue. I was told it would take a whole week to diagnose, that should have been my first clue. A week later I got a call from a gentleman stating they checked out my TV and it will cost me $325 in addition to the $60 I already paid. To make sure I heard correctly I asked if the $60 I already paid went towards the repair and they said no! They said I needed to decide if I wanted them to go ahead and fix it. When I asked for a specific diagnosis they said it could be many things and they refused to give it to me, once I told them I wasnt planning on having them repair it. The guy said if you dont pick it up within 1 week the TV is ours to keep or discard.Since I definitely didnt feel the love from Love TV Sales & Services, I decided to get a second opinion and called Best Buy - Geek quad about the same concern I mentioned how there was a pop when the TV was on and it doesnt turn on anymore they immediately said dont bring it in to the store, better to buy a new TV since the mother board of the TV is probably fried and since the repairs would cost the price of a new TV. I thanked the woman for her honesty and how I just paid $60 and wasted a week to get back a vague conclusion from this TV repair shop. The lady at Best Buy laughed and said, Well next time check with us first for free!Bottom line I would not recommend you to go to Love TV Sales & Services. few things.1. The staff is not forthcoming with details or pricing. (The woman didnt mention anything about cost until I physically brought my TV in to the shop.)2. The front desk lady was not helpful and she was not willing to give me the details of what the diagnosis was (she literally wrote on the paper, TV has power issue. Like I didnt already know that!3. I was told over the phone I could use $30 of $60 I paid for a diagnosis to purchase a new TV from them. When I checked and compared their prices to others online all of the stuff they were selling was way overpriced.Save yourself some dough and a headache. Call the Geek Squad or go somewhere else that will answer your questions and give your TV some TLC.

My screen went out in my TV and didnt want to have to purchase a new one. So I took here to see if it can be fixed. It was something that could be fixed and didnt cost me the price of a new TV. The part was ordered and it was fixed and ready in a week. Customer service was awesome as well. Will use their service again.

I recently brought in my 65 inch LG tv in for repair, the entire pixel panel and screen need to be replaced. The gentleman that run the shop ordered the parts from LG, and repaired the television in just a little over a week, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. This place is a hidden gem! We all seem to migrate towards big box stores these days thinking thats where the deals are but Im here to say that Loves TV is the real deal! I recently had an electrical event that took out my 42 LG and Blu ray, brought it to Loves and they helped answer questions about electronics and electrical events which I wasnt aware of. My wife and I ended up purchasing a new stand, a 65 Sony TV, Blu ray with a Panamax surge protector. The Loves team came to my house on time, the installation went perfectly!
