Poorly trained sales representatives. The only one who basically helps is the store manager he is 5 stars the reps are 1-3 My bill was supposed to be $150 or so, no one mentioned that in order for it to be that amount I need to sign up for certain things. When getting my first bill it was well over, totaling to $279. I asked in the store when the manager tells me why. So i sign up for said things No one tells you when you enroll into automatic payments that it takes 4-6 weeks to kick in. On my way somewhere my phone gets shut off. Because of non payment. Why am I getting cut off when I have automatic payment? Thinking. I go into the store and they have no answers. NOW Im on the phone with customer service in the ATT store and the gentleman I was originally taking to was rude, and turned his back to me when I needed to ask him a question. Now I’m getting charged a reconnect fee if $40 for each line.

Tiffany was extremely helpful and informative this morning when we were reading in snd buying our phones. Even after she had just dealt with a very rude and obnoxious couple. I would definitely recommend anyone to go into see her for there new phone.

Clean showroom, wiped down work station before we sat. salesperson was very knowledgeable of samsung product line. we decided to not upgrade at this time and was not pressured in any way. we did change numbers with no problems except for one phone that has a voice-mail block that the salesman could remove. sucks that the company doesnt give their team these permissions to make these simple changes so now I will have to deal directly with their tech department. boo corporate At&t.

Hi,I came into the AT&T store today for assistance with 3 work cell phones and my person phone. Patty took patience with me to assist me getting all my information off my phones to google photos. I was there for 2 hours and waited just for them to tell me to leave because they were closing. The manager was very rude and obnoxious and had no mask on.

I was helped today by Anthony and he was very helpful and gave me all of the information that I needed to help make my decisions. He was extremely patient with me, as I had many questions and was very kind.

Myself, son and daughter in law were there about a month ago, very disgusted that we were greeted at The door by the asst manager which was not wearing his mask properly, we asked him kindly to fully put it on and he just laughed at us, not to mention there was 7 other employees sitting at one table with all their masks off,,so we went on with our purchase and there was a communication problem and the manager (Jeff) said that was the best he could do, then said what do you want from. Ge still did not have a mask on properly and now staind about a foot away, we asked him kindly to back up and where his masked,,he laughed at all of us,,,we will never be back this store or every recommend them ever.
