Professional, excellent and courteous service! Julio, the associate manager, was wonderful with both my elderly mother and me, both of us who are Deaf, and took the time to go over everything with us. Much appreciated and highly recommended for anyone seeking quality phone service.

Everyone at this store goes out of their way to assist you! Had an issue with my sons phone, the manager Julio addressed it quickly professionally and with what I have to say is the best customer service I have received from a cell phone carrier ever! We also had Alja when we initially visited the store who was also Amazing!

If i could give zero stars i would. unhelpful people who waste your time. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!!! went there with a phone that had a manufacturer defect. one manager told me they could warrantee it no problem go to pick the warrantee replacement phone up and the other manager says its my fault and he cant take the phone. and to call customer care that they cant help me. All T-Mobile stores arent authorized to do anything but sell you lines and phones. customer care does everything else. and instead of helping you they pawn all there issues onto customer care. i will be filing a formal complaint with T-Mobile corporate. Made no effort to right the situation didnt even apologize for completely wasting my time. If you see Jullio in there turn around and run. Worst T-mobile employee ever!!!
I had an issue with text messaging and spent 3 plus hours with Dyshawn. He was very pleasant and patient with me while working diligently to fix the issue with my phone. I am very pleased with all he did for me. I would definitely recommend this location.
Last night my boyfriends phone broke so we came to this store on a budget and Alja was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, I give this place a five stars because of how well she treated my boyfriend and I during our time at the store. She went above and beyond for us. My boyfriend loves his new phone which is a plus! We will always recommend the T-Mobile in Bristol!

Stopped by the store and had my problem instantly fixed, Ajla and Dyshawn really know their stuff. Will be recommending to all of my friends! This place is extravagant and the customer service is always absolutely amazing, and over the top. I will not be going to any other T-Mobile location again!

Ive been a customer of T Mobile for around 10 years the Bristol T Mobile has made sure Ive not only but taken care of well but within a timely manner yesterday my phone broke after a few years of having it and I was forced to scramble, the saleswomen Ajla was not only friendly but was very knowledgeable and resourceful when it came to getting me the right phone for me. Her judgement was spot on and I love the phone already thanks to workers like her I will always give Bristol T Mobile my business.

They secretly opened a second account in my name. I only paid for one, I have the receipt to prove it. They gave me a temporary number that was supposed to switch to the number I had with other carrier within two hours(as I was told) several hours later after several calls to the store and customer service they got my number fixed to my phone. Thats when I found out that there was another account paid for in my name and I also found out that they had entered the wrong Sim for the temporary number. That night I went to work to find that cell service was constantly in and out, even at my house which never happened with my old service provider. I went back for a refund and was told that it was not possible. Because it was prepaid. It has totally stressed me out. Even the customer service reps at the 1-877 number cant help. Thats the problem, little or no help at all. I wan my $53.00 back and would switch back but if I switch before I get my money back my account will not exist and Ill be out the money. Who thought youd have to be so careful buying a prepaid plan.and it appears that employees write(false) good reviews. After three days of run around and false promises I ate the fifty three dollar loss and switched back to my old carrier I just could not be out of service as much as I was with T-mobile.
This T-Mobile location is by far the best TMobile store I have ever encountered. The staff were great and extremely helpful. The manager was amazing, he went above and beyond to satisfy my wife and myself. I recommend this store, Bristol CT to everyone !! I switched from AT&T to T-mobile and do not regret it one bit. Thanks management and staff !!
This place is an absolute nightmare! Worse customer service I have ever experienced in years. I was simply trying to make a switch with my wireless provider from At&T to t-mobile and they literally made me jump through hoops to do it! I had to track them down day after day to follow up on the process for unlocking my phone and I swear if I wasnt as persistent as I am a year would have gone by without me making the switch. I must have come to the store over 4 times during this process and every time I came these two bearded twins dudes would either not be there to help or they would be too busy doing other things and have me and my wife waiting on them. They were always nowhere to be found. The last straw that broke the camels back was the last time I was in this store with my wife waiting to finalize my transition to t-mobile, I called the store before hand and asked to make sure one of the bearded twins would be in when I come and they said yes. Unfortunately that wasnt the case and when I showed up they had me waiting and waiting. When the manager finally showed up and says Ill be with you guys in a second and he walks in the back room and has me and my wife standing there like idiots! We wait for another 20 minutes before I decide we had enough. Before I left the store I let the staff have a piece of my mind and I proceed to the t-mobile in the Waterbury mall where I am proud to say that I received the best customer service ever from 2 very helpful young ladies who helped me complete the transition process very easily and fast. I was extremely satisfied! I would recommend to anyone who is looking for help if you want the best customer service go to the Waterbury mall t-mobile! They are very professional and extremely tentative and helpful! DO NOT going to the Bristol t-mobile! They are the worse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I tried to Simply add my girlfriend and her phone to my plan. They erased my phone number from the plan and put in a temporary number and its Place for no apparent reason. It took them 4 hours to fix this. After correcting this, my girlfriends phone no longer displays her phone number when she texts people but the temporary working number that they use when they were setting her phone up. When we went to the store, they assured us that this could not happen, even though we showed them pictures of the texts coming in with the temporary number, and did not help us at all; they simply directed us to call customer support. Theyre clearly only interested in selling new service plans and phones to potential customers, but not supporting people whose phone connections they have screwed up.
I switched from at@t to t-mobile years ago never a problem. Decicided to try sprint they have to be the hardest co. To work with.Went back to t-mobile within 2 weeks. I was having the worst day in my life it felt and a young lady Ajla work in bristol went so far beyond to help. She was my angle that day.God bless you.
Poor service. My wifes SIM card went bad. Phone was good. They refused to help bet it get a new replacement SIM card and only said they could upgrade phone. We went to a Corp T-Mobile store at mall and in less than 60 seconds had a new SIM card and mthey wife can use her phone again.
Pros: Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Easy to sign up new service.Cons: No place to sit, if there is a waiting.Overall, I enjoyed working with the staff. Very helpful.

They are always friendly and courteous. If I have a problem they are always very helpful. Thats why I pay my bill in person.
Manager was very helpful. Remember T-mobile does not service phones at physical store locations. I purchased two phones and a tablet last month from this store.

Not even an star, I though that i was the only one, but this people need to do something about this store and their employees.Im a 10 year customer of verizon and Ive been trying to switch company because personal matters, not because verizon service is not good, not because is expensive, so I stop by this sunday july 16th, i approach they were 2 guys one of them was in the computer didnt even raise his head the other one was with his arm cross, not even say hi to me, so i told them the story thinking that i will be an easy sold new costumer, I explain my situation, Im a verizon customer and i will like to switch to you guys, so do you got for me thinking that they were gonna be giving me all this millions offers and deals, instead not interested in me, the other guys still in the computer with his head down answer me, is gonna be 75 dollars a month and i said so how about a cellphone, ? oh thats depends how you wanna spend..short answer, I just dont get it, in the radio, internet, tv is all about switch, best coverage, cheaper, blah blah blah and when you are ready for it, you got this and this people still have their JOB if you can call it that. also they also told me that they need a credit card and run my credit report, to be approved, APPROVED FOR WHAT they wont even said hi to me, they also saw pull in my almost 50k car that i drive i make good money, i dress well idk, if they were judging or they are just dumb, i think you get more money or keep your job if you do your job. anyway if someone knows how to address this directly to TMOBILE, at least this 2 gettlemen needs to be put in their place.

Get oriented by phone about offers etc. Make sure you know how much you are going to pay including taxes, fees etc BEFORE TO SIGN. And remember that if you are not satisfied you have 14 days to cancel everything.
