I went there on Saturday and I found a lady working their she was professional, and she explained very well the family plan that I want and told her to come back on next Saturday. When I went their the following Saturday the lady was not their and their was a guy and he said that we dont have any plan the way the lady had explained.We went to the other store in bristol ( school st) we we bought the same plan that the lady said.

The manager Vic at the store is the best/professional retail worker I have ever met or seen. When I tell you this guy knew everything and answer all my questions. We talked and covered everything and Vic made me feel important and not like a usual sale. I usually get only the phone and the cheapest plan but he showed me that with what I do on my phone daily having the unlimited plan was the better choice and making sure I’m ready for the future by giving me an AWSOME deal on accessories. I will be back to transfer the rest of my family and bringing any one I know who will love this kind customer service.

Yaritza and the store manager were so professional and so kind .my brother and myself went to ask a question about my brother account and they took the time to help us .then they told me that they have some amazing promos that I would qualy for and believe it or not I walk out paying exactly the amount they said with my new moto g stylus and a tablet for my son with a cover 😝☺️☺️I will recommend this phone store to all .love it love it thank you both

She helped me with everything I needed and took the time to explain all the services included in my phone plan & smart drive device. Girl in store did not have what we were looking for and refused to call around to other Metro stores to see if they had it. she looked real lazy and sloppy very poor customer service.

Extremly nice and knownfull people here in this store. They will help you on anything they can and wont stop till they have a solution. Very friendly clean environment. Crazy they are a warranty center and wouldnt replace my phone threw warranty said I had to pay becareful when going here make sure u know if they are telling the truth or not 11/08/21 at 3 pm 2 young girls were working i went in to get my phone replaced and they said I have to call and pay threw insurance after insurance and my best friend who works for metro told me my phone is under a manufacture warranty and metro has to replace it dont let them take your money with out being 100 percent sure
