Must be REALLY busy at noon on a weekday to just pick up the phone and hang up on potential customers TWICE in a row!! Ive had trouble with this in the past but seeing now that its a long term business strategy I felt inclined to post this. I can only imagine how many people just order from Amazon after this happened to them because thats exactly what I did. Good luck

The service here is awesome and the employees are very friendly. They are willing to help with what ever you need and are willing to take the time to answer any questions you may have. If there is something that they can not help you with they will refer you to a place that can. They take the time to satisfy every customers needs. I shop here a lot for my grandsons and I highly recommend shopping here. They will help with all of your gaming needs.

Staff was friendly and my kids liked them. Patience with kids.. Price are good, dont mind if kids dont like an inexpensive game.

Went here to buy a new xbox and the service was spectacular and couldn’t have nicer. We went online and asked if they can hold an Xbox which they did and that was very nice. Will do business with these people again!!!

Every time we come in this one it’s some sort of issue. From the system being down, not having money for trade ins, or bad staff attitude.

Staff was friendly, but the store it self wasnt visual appealing. Maybe it was the lighting. IDK but all in all not a bad place.
