Spirit was in the spirit. Great costume variety. No issues good prices although the sizes werehard to get right but it was fun.

Workers are rude and unhelpful.Worst service I had at a Spirit.

Went in to buy a costume was told of it didn’t fit that we were able to return it by October 28 go to return next day because didn’t fit, get told nope sorry no returns, yet we were given the false information ….when asked to speak with the manager the manager goes ughhhhh I don’t want to deal with it and the proceeds to tell us they have no cash in drawer to do return, and was very rude about it, this is horrible customer service, the store just opened fifteen mins ago and the manager out of all people says I don’t want to deal with it for the customer to hear, very very very poor service if I was her manager I would have fired her on the spot for that type of attitude and setting that kind of energy and example for her employees

It was very clean and had alot of halloween costumes and they also had halloween decorations. They staff was very nice when I asked questions and if they didnt have the answer they asked their supervisor.
