Unbelievably great service. I called just before closing time and he said that someone could be at my house first thing in the morning. He was right and arrived on time to fix my broken spring. The technician was very professional and he did a great job and pricing was more than fair and no more additional charges, thank you for responding so fast, you deserves a five star rate.

Terrible company, when it’s time for payment they are available. When it comes to fixing their mistakes all of a sudden their phones don’t work. Come to found out the employees are sub contracted out by this “company” which means they throw 20% interest on the Subs invoice. Wouldn’t be an issue if their work lasted longer than a month

Very unethical. I called them for a service call to diagnose why my garage door opener quit working. They came on site and said the unit is old and cannot be repaired and wanted to install a new unit on the spot. I was at work. When I said I need to do a little more research before selecting the new unit, plus I am not there to see work description. They wanted a $300 deposit. Deposit for what? We agreed for a diagnostic service call and cost only. They are pushy, unethical contractors who get paid for installing the units. They know if they leave, they may not get a call back. Their prices are outrageous. $550 + $150 installation for a new unit that costs $129 in Home Depot.

After waiting four hours and not receiving a call from this company as too when the Tech would be arriving I was told one hour. I canceled as I wont do business with a company that thinks they can keep you on the hook waiting.
