Bought a 2019 foreman last year from them along with an extended warranty awesome sales. Before leaving on 2/05/19, I let them keep the stock tires and they installed wheel spacers and 30” tires. They assured me that this would not affect the warranty. At 304 miles the rear brakes stopped working. I took it in on 2/4/20 for this issue and spoke with mike and Austin in the service dept. mike was very professional and helpful, Austin said it sounded as though it was a stretched brake cable and they see that from time to time, I stated that I understand that brake shoes are not a warrantable issue, but that a stretched cable sounded like it would be. He seemed as though it wouldn’t be an issue multiple times. Today 2/10/20 I went to pick it up because he said it is not a warrant item due to the bigger tires is what mainly causes them to stretch. All respect for him as a service manager is gone. He could have been honest before and saved me two trips of over an hour each way to accomplish nothing. I will be canceling my extended warranty and my trust in the whole dealership is affected by this due to the fact they sold me 860.00 warranty and put the tires on and then basically told me it was the tires they said would NOT affect the extended warranty. If I could rate 0 I would. Do not trust the service dept when you ask them about adding tires at the time of your purchase.

Walked around on lot looking at four wheelers and side by sides. No one offered to help. Went inside walked around, stood For a few mins, walked around some more and not one person even lifted their head to acknowledge a customer looking to buy today. On to the next Honda dealer.

Great place they just need to have some parts in stock thats normal that breaks like clutch lever and break levers

Spent 20 minutes looking at side by sides on the lot. No one with brookhaven honda came out to greet myself or another couple looking at atvs. Went inside to find sales person. Lady at front desk politely directed me to sales rep. He was rude, acting like he was doing me a favor to talk to me. When aked about side by sides on lot he was very rude stating they didnt have any 700 on the lot. I told him there was and he was rude again. I told the couple outside how I was treated and that I wouldnt purchase anything from brookhaven honda Ever. They agreed amd said they were sorry they wasted there time. Poor business people.

They don’t care about making a sale my mom has been calling for days for over a week now about a application she submitted for another fourwheeler. Finally had to just say forget it and go to another place! Never had a problem trying to buy something from a dealer guess they just don’t care! Will not go back there for anything

The best way to get service is to just go by and ask . The phone information is not happening here . You can get a good price and a good deal . You just have to go by and go in to do business . They do offer a good selection and good service .There are always short on sales people so you will probably have to wait . All in all it was a good purchase and Im happy with the price so its good 4 me.

Parts team could use some customer service training. I havent dealt with the other departments. I will assume management must be lacking as well. I got a rough estimate for replacing pads on my 2007 Recon -- $1500. I was told parts were really hard to come by. I did the job myself and got most of the parts from their own parts department. The guy I spoke with suggested that I just buy a new ATV instead of replacing the pads on mine. Now I needed some additional parts, I ordered them a week ago, they said it would be 3 days for the parts to ship in. I called 5 days later, they said call in tomorrow. I called in the following day and they said that the parts were just ordered and should be in by next week. Thanks but no thanks. Bike Bandit was quick, helpful and will have my parts to me in two days. And cheaper than Honda of Brookhaven.Im quite sure if you visit, you will have the same experience. Im pretty easy to please, but this experience was bad enough to warrant my first review.

We called Jimbo over a week ago and said we will pay cash for a Honda side by side 4 seater . He said yes I have one . Quoted us a price and today 7/10 / 20 he will not answer the phone !POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES !

If zero stars were an option, it would happen. I NEVER leave reviews but this was ridiculous. The salesman kept telling me his CUSTOMER was coming in. Um, am I not your customer. Will NOT buy from them no matter the cost.

Their motto must be sorry we dont have that part in stock but we can order it and it ll be here in about 8 weeks and its gonna cost you your left arm and leg because thats the most common phrase you ll hear from the parts department. As for the rest of the store the staff are very friendly and helpful. And the selection on atvs and motorcycles are pretty good.

Called last week submitted credit app they never got it . Called yesterday did another one . We have been calling since 930 this morning to speak to sales rep about credit application either he’s at lunch or busy . Brookhaven is 2 hours from my house . The guy who Answers the phone is rude and short and my down payment was half of the item I wanted to purchase . That’s ok friendly Honda just got our business .

Bought a key fob for an 07 goldwing which cost me right at $100 after tax and then they wanted to charge me 2 hours of labor to program it. I looked up the procedure and did it myself in 2 minutes. Thanks guys! Great customer service

If I could give them zero stars, i would. The most unprofessional business we have ever dealt with. They were incredible when it came to the initial purchase of a brand new pioneer 1000. It was taken in for 3 recalls and a clutch update. It sat on their property for 6 weeks waiting on 3 hours worth of work to be done on it. We called, we were lied to and finally enough was enough and they were informed that after 6 weeks of bs we were picking it up the next morning. They then informed us that the job would be started on and completed that day. It was picked up. 2 recalls were completed. After getting vehicle home and examining it a rat nest was found when the back seats were lifted, the nest was made from the seat cushion and rats have destroyed the wiring under the front seat. ..which is also someone elses front seat. Water logged. Ours has never been in water. Do not do business with these people.

If it’s included wouldn’t it be free. I shouldn’t pay almost a 1000 more for something that’s included. Tell them you don’t want it they get mad with you. Then act like your stupid

Bought a new rancher 420 from them, excellent service from everyone, I always get parts from them, they do a great job, they told me they re organized their mechanics. Had bought a 07 Forman back in the day, they held up to the extened warranty back then just took awhile to get it back no complaints. BUY HERE.

I tried to buy locally here in Jackson, but the dearler here sucks. They gave me attitude and wouldn’t reduce the price on last year’s, leftover inventory. I had cash too. So I drove an hour to Brookhaven Honda. I found the bike I wanted. It was this rear’s model too. The sales guy immediately gave me retail and deep sales price on this year’s model. Sold in 15 minutes. So I bought this year’s model at Brookhaven Honda for far less than last year’s model here in Jackson. Crazy! It only took an hour to buy the bike, do the paperwork, prep the bike, filled with gas and add my accessories. I spent an hour just trying to get a price and someone to help me at the other store here in Jackson. That was the best buying experience I’ve ever been through. I saved a fortune. My kid was thrilled and learned a valuable lesson. Shop around and get what you want for a great price! It’s worth it! Oh and thanks for the free t-shirt. I’ve bought bikes from the local dealers here and they never give you anything. Yeah, it’s just a T-shirt. $20. But it’s the thought that counts. It’s a small gesture that makes a difference. Great advertising for you as well as I still wear the shirt you gave me from my first purchase from you in a CBR1000rr a few years back. Thanks again!

Called for parts department was put on silent hold of about three minutes hung up thought I had been discontinued called back was told that their hold system played no music nothing so I was put back on hold and waited 16 minutes and hung up. Someone could have at least told me they worked in parts and would be with me as soon as possible. But no nothing dont even know if I was waiting for parts or not.

Very rude folks... I called from Shreveport Louisiana to inquire about a new 2017 atv two days ago.. I just received a call back this morning, which I missed the call.. I called back and ask to speak with the guy name curt and was told he was busy, I then stated could the person who I was speaking with help me being that I wanted to drive over 300 miles one way to purchase a atv tomorrow he stated u know we are pretty busy what you need help with... at that moment I realized they where not worth my hard earn money... I’ll take my money to laurel... I now see why they’re the only dealer still sitting on new 17 models because of there rudeness...

The most unprofessional service dealership ever!!!! I took my 4 wheeler there from byram,they didnt start on it for 2 months..... it wouldnt Chg gears& the cool down fan stayed on. After 2months&2 wks they said if was ready so I went there& drove it& the fan was still on,they tried to get me to take like that,I said I want it fixed, 1 wk later I went there again,drove it, turned it off & it clicked,&wouldnt crank, they put a battery in&said it needs a starter,I was totally fed up! I loaded it on my trailer & left!! A very awful service mgr.& a liar...they need to be closed down.very poor service!!!! I would take my skateboard to them for repair...very,very, bad experience,the better business bureau should shut them down! Thanks very un-happy woman customer..

Best prices around. They let the customer test drive the utv and decide what they want without pressure. You may have to wait a few minutes on a salesman because they are so busy. But it was worth the wait. I bought a Honda pioneer 1000 and love it. It pulls trees like a tractor and goes through mud with no problem. Thanks Jimbo for all your help in selling me this UTV.

I was reading the reviews and it says lacking on management it sure is. Back on 3/17/2015 was in there to get a battery for my 4 wheeler they pulled it in some where and pulled it in to far and the front bumper got caught on something and pilled it back and broke another piece they said they would order the parts about 2 months went buy called them parts hadnt come in they said would reorder called back later still hadnt come in they said they had the bumper and would have to order the other peace so i ordered them my self.Just found my receipt where i had got my battery and here it is one year and ten months later still havent heard anything. The lady that owned Brookhaven Honda sold it to a man and he doesnt care. Some where in all this i was told they couldnt get the silver bumper i needed so i called Honda my self and they had the bumper in stock so wright there Brookhaven Honda was lying so you may want to think twice about going there.

Called about a Honda motorcycle, I was looking for a CBR500R in April of 2016. The 2016 model has a number of upgrades over previous models, thats why I wanted it. When I was transferred to the sales desk, whoever answered the phone doesnt know much about Honda, motorcycles, or customer service. She kept trying to sell me a leftover 2015 (with barely $200 knocked off as incentive), and I never did convince her to actually give me information on what I called about. I ended up buying elsewhere.
