Terrible when it comes to repairs, I dropped my 2020 sportsman off in may. Now in September whenever I call to see how far along they have gotten on it, they say that the technician still is working on it. If you want your bike fixed your better off taking it to Got Gear

Drove 3 hours to purchase a new 2021 CF Moto 800, paid them almost $12,000 cash. The next day under less than light operation the machine broke down; two months later the machine is still broken and this delaership is simply saying theres nothing we can do, you have to take it with CF Moto. CF Moto does not answer calls, horrible experience---STAY AWAY from CF Moto and stay away from this dealership.

Only place around that had the atv we where looking for. They took a deposit over the phone and they held it for 3 days till we could get there to get. Salesman met us on his off day to take care of us.

Grest deals on can ams, Yamaha and cf moto vehicles. Service manager goes above and beyond to make customer happy.

Currently the market for Defenders mean they sell themselves. No effort is required to get someone to call and make a deposit.Did that stop Nick and Justin?No!I was complaining on Facebook to no one in particular that no one had Defeders in stock near me in Dothan, AL.Nick messaged me after hours and said he had one and gave me a fair price. He made all of the paperwork easy and kept us informed even if it meant communicating after hours.We drove 6 hours one way and received excellent and fast service when we picked the machine up.They didn’t have to do any of this. They could’ve simply waited a few hours by the phone and had it sold.I will consider them again even if it means another long drive.

Will never buy another item from this place. Called today to see about getting a flex bearing for my Commander. After being put on hold then told they would call me back because the parts woman was busy I was finally told they didn’t have the part but Hattiesburg and one other place did. After talking to my wife I called them back and asked to make sure the part was in Hattiesburg they said they had it waiting for me. My wife drove two hours to pick it up only to be told that y’all didn’t even give the the right part number. The you called in was for the rear end! Five hours out of my weekend with my family that I cannot get back for nothing. Very bad business. I realize mistakes happen but I talked to you 4 times before she even left. And when I called to let you know what had happened “all I can saw is sorry” 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
