Great ppl. Loved my new 4 Wheeler. But I feel like they charged too much. I think, my bike was broke when I got it. This is my first bike. My gears shift hard. But after a $500 bill it shift better. Took it in cause it wont start. Makes my not trust them.

I wont buy another bike from them or tell a friend to buy from R/T. Id look somewhere else. Ive only had my 2 bikes 4 months and Ive spent almost $1000 on labor with my repairs. They dont info you labor is not covered under the warrant. Now 1 of the bikes wont start this would be my 2nd time Im having to go in for the same bike. The other bike had a hard shift before I took it in. Makes me wonder if something was wrong with the bikes when I purchased them. Not a happy customer with Road and Track. Id give them a zero if I could. Id it a black thing.

My wife wanted to get me a SBS for Christmas but was not sure of what I wanted. So I started making calls to dealerships around me. There is a dealership in Lafayette Louisiana that wanted to charge me $34.00 for a tire recycling fee even though I was NOT switching tires, along with $1000s of other crazy fees. I found out about these guys and made a call to Nathan, within minutes I had and out the door price and it was THOUSANDS cheaper than anywhere around me. I called dealerships in Texas and Louisiana. There was no hesitation about buying from here. My family drove about 4 hours in the snow to pick up my new Polaris ranger 900. I am 7 hours from home, dropped my 17 Kawasaki Ninja 650 and bent the brake lever pretty bad. I called to see if they had one in stock, they didnt so I asked if there would be any possible way they could take one off of an in-stock model and order one to replace it. I am willing to pay labor, parts, whatever. The guy didnt even ask management if it was possible, simply told me no due to safety reasons. (I work at a Kawasaki dealer in Illinois. We have done this for people in such a situation.) Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

I bought my 570 full size Ranger from Jim Bob here in 2015. They strived to earn my business then and matched pricing from other dealers, even through in free services and discounts. I was very impressed back then. I attempted to purchase another unit yesterday but they were not willing to negotiate on the pricing. Jessica was very professional and pleasant but I ended up driving to Friendly powersports in Slidell LA to save over $700.00 bucks on the same unit. Please try harder to earn business in the future, because I would love to deal local. Start by checking your pricing and start trying to buy your customers back. Doesnt hurt to price match every now and then.

Tried to order a starter for an 03 predator. was on hold for a while. looked up parts on line. can order a whole kit starter and fly wheel 50 bucks. these con artists said it would be over 400 bucks because they would have to order it. if you pay this price you are being robbed. this is sorry business and robbery. not to mention the super helpful robber hung up on me when I couldnt believe it was 400 when online its a fraction of that.
