I went here to transfer members in my plan to a separate plan and it took them more than two hours to get it done. They called the headquarters and many relays of information before finally got another account set up. The member paid for the new amount but they didnt know where the money went to. Their manager was on the phone but they couldnt figured out what happened. The workers werent well trained to handle all possible scenarios. It was on a Saturday so they could have gotten a more experienced worker on duty. There were many customers waiting after us. I was able to go shopping and come back and still it wasnt finished. My friends son was watching a movie for the entire film and you know how long a movie lasts. Unacceptable service.

Stay away from this place they more like to rip u off and if u think for a second that your getting a good deal cuz u wont be. I wouldnt use them even if they offered a free phone

Only been there 2 or 3 times, but they were friendly and seemed knowledgeable when I told them about the issues I had with my phone. Nothing wrong with listen llc to music loud, which they werent. Not that there are many cricket stores around, but still.

Very unprofessional place you walk in employee has friends inside blasting rap music. Lies to you saying you actually get a discount if you get more than one phone on a plan if 2 phones on prepay cost $90 a month and 2 lines is the same there is no discount. Asked for district managers number wasnt given that and than he just walked away...... Call Cricket up said ya they are franchises sadly they do what they want.. Good job ATT/Cricket great way to control your franchisees...

Even though this store is a prepaid wireless, it is the best deal that you can ever get Ive had Verizon, and Sprint which ripped me off over and over and now my bill is always the same $200 for 10 people I just love it and will never switch back to either or
