The technician that repaired my phone was super quick and put on a better screen than I had on my phone. He showed me what I did wrong when I replaced the screen myself. Price was reasonable.

Went in with the idea I needed to have my charger port replaced, and instead the fellow simply cleaned it out and took a lower-priced approach to fixing my problem. Honesty like that counts a lot with me. Worked quick, too. Definitely coming back next time I have a problem.

Went to return a case the man said they dont have a return policy. Didnt say it on the receipts but was written some where in the store. Next time I will just go to my phone provider. The worst part about this is it wasnt even the right case that I asked for. It was the wrong one and on top of that I sold the phone to upgrade all within a week. The guy who sold it to me recognized me. I respected and his choice to not validate the return. I was referred here buy my phone tech. Never again though. In this day and age what phone store doesnt accept returns on accessories with a receipt and original packaging. Oh well Ill just try to sell it on eBay or something.

It felt like second but in reality he fixed my iphone xr in less than 5 minutes. the price was reasonable and he gave me screen protection without me asking nor did he charge me for it🥶

Everyone on staff is extremely friendly, and it is obvious that a good customer experience is definitely on their minds! These guys scam you specially with handsets. They sell used phones at the price of a new. If you are an uninformed buyer you will get into their scam and end up buying a handset thinking its a bargain. They also consult and communicate in their own language in front of their clients so you dont understand how things work. They are rude with customers and swear in their own language if they know that you are not buying from them. I had a total bad experience and wanted to share so people are aware.
