The other workers there seemed alright, but the lady that worked with us was so rude and unfriendly. She acted like she didnt want to be there or us. She was constantly snarky about questions we had and rude for no apparent reason to other coworkers. Make sure to tell her to have a Nice Sunday for me π
If I could give them -5 stars, I would love to. Went in today at our 1pm appointment to open a new account and Caucasian male said we had to do it online only. Weβve been customers for over 15 years and I know how t mobile works. Canceling and switching to a new phone carrier that will appreciate loyal customers unlike this man and T-Mobile.We were not moving an existing number or account. We were wanting to create a NEW account and the Caucasian male declined that. Which is funny because we actually just created a new account yesterday at a different location. We felt discriminated and would like to see some sort of consequence for that employee. He was rude the minute we walked in.
Came in to upgrade phone and Evan was very knowledgeable with my questions and helped me find a great deal for the A32. My experience was great and will be back to work with Evan again!

I gave my experience a 4 and not a 5 because 5 means perfect, and I do not beleive anything can be perfect (unless it comes with a diet coke and a Cosi sandwich). Johnny aka Erick was great. He went out of his way to help us, even though we were very indecisive. (He even laughed at my jokes, which is always a plus). He also gave us a call today when he found an accessory for our phone that he was unable to find yesterday. Michael was pretty awesome too. He is the best Mike I have ever meant. Magenta is the new yellow.

The store manager Mike has deplorable customer service,both his language and tone were extremely offensive and condescending to black peopleβ¦I thought it was just me until I spoke with another customer as she left the storeβ¦..this guy needs to goβ¦he is not comfortable with customer diversityβ¦ I wish I could 0 stars!!

Upgrading to a plus is a big adjustment but not one I regret. First off customer service has been down hill since covid but one of the few days I went out was worth it.. Johnny at the Brooklyn park store was amazing. I came in to get on phone upgrade and he convinced me to get 2. He told us all our options and when we thought we heard everything he even sold us accessories that we didnt even see on-line or that we know we wanted.. I advisedall my friendstogo there.
Two of my daughters received new phones for Christmas, but the phones needed a new SIM card, as previous ones were not compatible. We were told by Dalton (employee) that the only store in the area that had SIM cards for our phones (we were Sprint customers before the merge) was a bit north of the store we were at. He offered to βcallβ that store to make sure they had the cards needed. After he got off that βcallβ he informed us that the recording said the other store was only open from 2-3 that day βlooks like youβll have to wait until tomorrow β he told us. I called the other store when we got in the car and of course they were open all day regular hours. The manager of that store informed me that all stores had all SIM cards and that this clerk simply didnβt want to help me because we were Sprint customers. Gross. Two 12 year old kids got new phones for Christmas and this clerk was on some power trip to keep them from using new phones because we were Sprint customers. Good news. Manager at the Colorado & Zane store was terrifically helpful and efficient.

Deserves no stars at all! Bad customer service, and reps are not knowledgeable of what they are selling you! They want to make sales but cant fix their own mistakes, placing charges that shouldnt be there in the first place! Of all times, this is the worst time to take advantage of your customers!
Chad helped correct a service error created when our new phones were purchased. He took the time and insured notes were placed in our file to assist so problems can hopefully be avoided in the future.

I loved shopping this store Remy made my experience well worth it. I came for the iPhone 11 and they sold out the day before but Remy helped me pick out a really great phone. Also to protect my phone he helped me purchase a phone case. I love it! He has the same phone and was able to provide great advice on the use of the phone. We will be visiting Remy again. The most legendary customer service offered at T-mobile!

I would have given all 5 stars to this place but... the 3 stars go to DMalik, a Rep in there and the girls. The guy is so cool and they were VERY helpful. And then theres this other guy, I think his name is Basil or so, he made me keep the remaining two stars. He NEEDS to work on his attitude. Customer is always king, remember that.
Came in to switch services to T-Mobile from ATT. The guy said he was the district manager. Tall and skinny with a goofy beard. Super unprofessional and terrible attitude. Was very demeaning to the other workers as well. He made everyone uncomfortable. We left and went to the Shingle Creek store. They were much better!

Very helpful even though the place was very busy. They helped us get what we needed and off we went. Deciding the right products was harder than check out. Check out was fast. Two very good guys at counter.

Terrible everyone works well except for a manager name Dustin...just terrible rude and really cocky with his billygoat beard having a** and this old lady that has blondish white hair breath smell like cat piss and doesnt know how to talk or be respectful and when she doesnt know what to do she says the computer is down or they dont have that item.. other then that all other employees are really good. Specifically some girl with glasses always smiling and great attitude and gives great customer service..

Tried to look for new phone but all the phones are in a litte 3 x 3 foot display. So if someone is already looking at them and all the reps are busy good luck looking. Its a large store but space poorly used.
WORST T-Mobile experience I ever had! Ive been a T-mobile customer for 13 years and have visited various locations. The salesman was not honest with costs. Be careful when purchasing a phone from this store or anything for that matter. The store manager was the WORST store manager I have EVER encountered. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION! YOU WILL GET SCAMMED IN YOUR PURCHASE. I repeat BEWARE.

2nd guessing transfer of cell service after dealing with store personnel. I registered for an appointment on line, starr said he did not have access, I twice repeated my reason for being there and he asked again. Manager reported he had no reservations. No effort to serve me or my request. Apparently senior citizens, females and Veterans are not valued customers...of which I represent all 3 groups. I am heading to your rival or at least another site.

Best customer service i ever have received from management hands down! i went in on lunch break and left with an upgraded phone after verifying my credit increase and some signatures! Im very satisfied that they could help me out when the maple grove location basically got told to f my self and refused sevice from that location. I was right as the customer usually is and would recommend this location to anyone who needs phones upgraded or serviced as they have the best customer service around. thank you again i will be buying phones from you only.
Stopped in today 3/20/2018 around 7:15pm CST and was denied the T-Mobile Tuesday promotion for myself and my wife I believe due the Caucasian older lady not knowing the promotion policy or discriminating against Asians. The lady only gave us one umbrella because she said it was per account. This is wrong as we went to the Brooklyn Center branch and they correctly stated it was per phone/line... Horrible service at Brooklyn Park branch or horrible service from racist worker.

Their customer service is terrible . First, I walk in & the women in the back just stares at me. No greeting the customer, she just walks to the back. Then another customer walks in. He also doesnt get greeted either just a someone will help you in a moment The woman from the back walks out and writes down the name of the customer who just came in. I clearly came in first. Why would I not be helped first when she saw me come in first and just stared at me. Oh well they didnt greet the customers when they enter the store. What I dont understand why she would just stare at me. They need better training, the least they could do is greet the customer.
Worst customer service by this lady named deiajah (dont know how to spell her name because she was not wearing a name tag). I know what amount of change I gave her but she said I didnt give the what I said I did. When she was taking off the stickers on my phone she had something stuck on her nails and she focused on that instead. She didnt greet with a smile or said anything to confirm that I didnt need to do anything else. She handed me the box receipt and that was it! I had to say do I need to do anything else.

The worse customer service I have ever met before. He doesnt want to solve the problem that people who work there had made and try to put the blame on the customer instead. I wonder what exactly is his job. We bought galaxy 7 edges on the event buy one get one free. The guy told us that they will send us the pre-paid card a month or two. So we have been waiting until today, and we came to the T mobile store, brooklyn park, and asked I havent seen my prepaid card for that phone yet. He (the black manager) blamed on us that we didnt fill online and stuffs, eventhough when we bought the phone, the guy didnt tell us anything about that beside wait. So he(the manager) said its not his responsibility, its customer responsibility even though we didnt know that. He said sorry, but it doesnt help with that word sorry. He still wanted to win the conversation. I would say hes the worse. I have been using T- mobile over 5 years and its the first time that t-mobile treat us badly like that. I wish T-mobile cooperation would fired that guy!!!
God customer services
Went to go Make a payment over there and clearly gave them my phone number. Kept getting text messages saying i didnt pay it after i did and when i found the receipt it said that the payment was for made for someone else. A little disappointed but Im hoping it doesnt happen again. Called customer service and they were great but Im still a little disappointed.
